Middle Caicos : locations de villas de vacances

The villa was very comfortable and clean. I appreciated the yoga mat and weights for daily exercise routine. There are Smart TV’s in bedrooms to catch up on your Netflix programs and a regular TV with cable stations in the main room. The pool was wonderful, clean, refreshing. Lots of white, plush bath towels and beach towels in lovely bathroom areas in both bedrooms. We love the Leeward location because it is quiet and off the beaten path yet easy to access downtown and Grace Bay Beach. A rental car is necessary. Pelican Beach is a quick drive away or an easy walk. The beach is absolutely beautiful with awesome sunsets … My husband and I had a wonderful, restful vacation in this well appointed villa. Rochelle was easily reachable to answer questions and responded promptly.

Had a great stay with 4 friends for a girls beach trip. Beach chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, and floats. made our stay so much better to enjoy all the beaches with comfort. The pool was perfect for a dip when we were beached out. Had plenty of tools to cook. Walkable to a WONDERFUL calm beach area and we felt very safe. We didn’t have any urgent issues to report (we lost WiFi for a few hours but we just let the modem cool down and used WiFi at a local coffee shop) but the host was super easy to communicate with if needed. Would definitely stay again with this host at the amazing location!

The Capri Villa was a beautiful place to stay in Turks (Provo). This was our third time to Turks in recent years and we were definitely impressed by the villa and by the SulMare team. Overall, communications were excellent and the team proved flexible and personable in their approach. They were helpful in ways that were not required but were deeply appreciated given a variety of entirely unrelated challenges we experienced with our trip. Capri itself is the middle of three SulMare villas on Sapodilla Bay beach. The beach is beautiful and the villas are in the far corner, with some privacy from others staying on other properties and the jet skis and vendors at the far end of the beach. The villa itself is exactly as pictured -- beautiful views, particularly from the upstairs bedroom and balcony (even the shower!) but also from the living room / kitchen downstairs and patio / pool. The beach is steps away, calm, and lovely. We'll definitely have fond memories of our visit to Capri!

We were a group of 4 couples- friends and family- were celebrating my SIL’s big birthday. Lori was extremely responsive and quickly answered all our phone calls. Lori’s villa was magnificent with all 4 bedroom with en-suited bathrooms and located near to the restaurant , supermarket and attractions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Mafil s’est révélé être l’hôte parfait lors de notre séjour à la villa Haven : gentil, discret, attentionné, toujours prêt à nous renseigner sur les meilleurs endroits et restos de l’île! Il nous apportait avec plaisir les fruits exotiques murs du jardin; pommes au sucre, sapodillas (absolument délicieux), noix de coco… La villa, très bien équipée et impeccablement propre, semblait nouvellement aménagée et ne manquait de presque rien. Nous y étions confortables au point de préférer y cuisiner nos repas que de manger à l’extérieur! La piscine est évidemment le point de mire; facile de s’y prélasser pendant des heures. À noter : pour vous rendre à la villa, le (nouveau?) nom de la rue Yellow Flower Road n’apparaissait pas au GPS. Mais Mafil sera toujours là pour vous mener à bon port! Et si vous avez le sommeil léger, des bouchons sont conseillés; les coqs semblent avoir une minuterie dérangée et se mettent à chanter dès 4 heures et à toutes heures de la journée!

Pros: - Beautiful and clean villa. - Nice swimming pool (although we didn't use it because you want to use all the beautiful beaches during the day, and during the night the pool water was too cold for us – I wish it was heated) - Great beach stuff available (5 foldable chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, kid toys, ...) - Good host. We never met them but they were responsive on the app. - Not far from the airport. Only a 10-15min drive - maybe even less without traffic. - Big size. While the kid was asleep upstairs, we could watch TV downstairs. - Their TV supported Apple TV so we could easily connect a laptop and mirror the screen. - Private and quiet. Although at nights you could hear music a bit in the upstairs bathroom. I think there is a club or something not too far. Cons: - The location is not walkable at all. It's in a dead end and you have to drive on the highway to go anywhere. - Expensive. But everything on the island is expensive. A similar villa in Mexico would be less than half

We loved our stay at Eric's Villa. The pictures matched the listing, it is private and our family felt at home and very comfortable. The pool was great, nice distant view of the sunrise and island, location was not a far drive from the Marina, Grace Bay, airport, beaches, etc. Great location and safe for our family, we had a rental car and was easy to get around. Eric had some great suggestions, was extremely responsive a helpful! Recommend the place and we really enjoyed our stay! Our kids loved the pastries that Eric dropped off daily! Perfect stay for first time in TCI. Thank you!

We had a great few days on North Caicos. Kedra’s house was as advertised and was the perfect spot for us to unplug and chill. Kedra met us at the ferry dock with the rental car that comes with the house rental. It was necessary and also a nice touch. House has great view and is close to a plaza with a grocery store, restaurant and gas station.

Beautiful well appointed villa. Cool enough without AC. Ocean breeze and the sound of waves is a magical way to fall asleep. We all loved the pool, fire pit, loungers, kayaks and paddle boards. Well-appointed kitchen and grill for meals. Villa was well taken care of and maintained. Host Julian was very responsive and attentive. Highly recommend Island Escapes TCI.

This Airbnb was incredible. The host was amazing - responsive, friendly and so helpful! One of the guests in our groups had been to North so had a really good idea of what we’d be getting into - but exceeded all expectations! We were the only people on the beach and it was so peaceful and relaxing!! A few helpful tidbits for north newbies - grab groceries on Provo before coming over (we brought cooler bags and bought ice for transport) and got all of our water from the local store and filled up throughout the week, went out on captain D’s boat (excellent)! Try to bring an umbrella (zero shade by the pool) and bug spray when lounging by the pool (which is expected). AC worked great and we were up with the sun (curtains were thin) but that’s was fine by us, we just made sure to go to bed early. Can’t say enough great things about this place! But if you are looking for fancy touristy resort, stay on Provo (please), if you want relaxing paradise - come to North but keep it a secret 🌴

This place has a beautiful view and is in a great location. The staff at the resort are incredibly friendly, especially Regina. They do a great job of assisting if you need anything.

Our stay at Villa Blu was perfection! Our trip was 5 girls for a birthday celebration and the accommodations were on point! The walk to the beach along with the beach accessories was a HUGE highlight. George our concierge was lovely, fast to answer texts and offered local recommendations. We also appreciate told the suggested taxi driver, made us feel safe knowing this person was recommended and he was there whenever we asked. The kitchen was fully stocked, we were able to have breakfast everyday at the villa and a few grilled dinners. If I ever get to return to Provo I would 100% stay here.

Our family had a wonderful time at the house. The grounds were absolutely lovely. They had a resort feel without the resort crowd. Pool was a nice amenity. We especially enjoyed the sound system outside. The house was modern, well appointed and clean. Washer and dryer were great. I chose this house based on the proximity to Babalua beach. It’s one of our favorites. Beach chairs and umbrella were a useful amenity. A paved driveway might be better suited than the rock because of the incline. Not a huge deal, but would make pulling in and out a lot easier. Overall, this was an amazing house for our vacation and our family would absolutely stay here again.

We had an amazing vacation at this beachfront home. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The drinking water dispenser was much appreciated. The private pool and water toys were a big hit with the family. There were plenty of beach towels and beach chairs for everyone. The screened in patio was comfortable after a day at the beach. The house had a few minor challenges. The light in the shower was out and the AC in the kids room was not kicking out cold air. We did let the property manager know. The backyard had limited privacy since it’s shared with the other neighbors across the street. Their high balcony looks right into the french doors over the garage. There are no curtains! Overall, the place is nice and clean.

Well equipped, friendly, comfortable and clean home on the golf course. A quick drive to Grace Bay beach, grocery store and many restaurants. Perfect for our family of 4. I have stayed in many an AirBnB and this had everything you could need. After a day at the beach we loved coming back for a dip in the pool too. The host was very communicative and left clear instructions/recommendations. Definitely recommend.

Hope’s place was absolutely beautiful and looks exactly like the pictures! The use of the golf cart to go to the beach was a great addition! It was absolutely worth the money and I was absolutely stay there again!

Marta's place was just what we wanted for a nice getaway...peaceful, beautiful view of the lagoon, short drive to the beach, a great space to relax. We sat out in our own little private space/chairs each day for a bit, morning, afternoon, and night, enjoying the views and weather. Bob's Bar is a short walk away, with good food and drinks, and is a perfect spot to watch the sunset. Marta greeted us as we drove in and showed us around the place, making sure everything was in order and that there was nothing else we needed. She also arranged a local car rental for us, which included a pickup from her spot in the end to drive us to the airport. She was an amazing host, giving us local recommendations on the first day and available the whole time for any questions. We highly recommend staying at her place, and we hope to be back ourselves!

This surpassed my expectations. It was perfect for the entire family including the kids. I will definitely be rebooking in the future.

From start to finish, Dina and Nester communicated thoroughly and if we had any questions, they responded within a couple minutes. We love the location as it was very close to the beach and good driving distance to all the sites, including beach walks in middle Caicos. There were a lot of local restaurants where we dined and went out for live music at Miss B’s on Thursday, met a lot of local people that we dined with again on Friday and Saturday night. We felt very welcomed in the community and everyone was so friendly and gave us hugs Goodbye on Saturday night. there Airbnb was equipped with everything that we would need including pots and pans, dishes, freezer packs in the freezer if we took lunch with us to the beach. It was a two bedroom two bath house so we had plenty of room for everything. There was a local market a few miles away so we could stop frequently for anything we needed.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Villa Tresor. It's a perfect space for a family of four and came with amazing amenities such as the private salt water pool, outdoor shower & bathroom, grill and bluetooth speakers. You do need a car if you're going to explore the island and nearby destinations but most things are only a 15-20 minute drive. There are lots of activities to do and we took advantage of several including scuba diving, snorkeling, reef fishing and a private jet ski tour. This was one of our best family vacations we've had in while. We will return!! Thank you Wendy.

Perfect villa!!! Was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures!! Loved the privacy of the villa will definitely stay here every time I come to the island!! Perfect way to spend a birthday trip!!

Beautiful house! Met the needs of our party of 4. Hosts were great communicators and provided useful recommendations. Transportation is expensive. Essentially a $100 roundtrip most places. A few excursion hosts provide roundtrip transportation. They are pretty accommodating. I recommend having the airbnb location pinpointed on google maps when traveling from airport to airbnb. They did not know where villa was located so the gps was necessary. Most likely will be first stop as grace bay is located further out. Nonetheless, had an amazing stay!

This Beach House is a great place to stay in TCI: A block form the beach Lovely home with fabulous deck and pool Close to Grace Bay and Leeward Settlement and all that the area has to offer Nice and responsive local staff Working with Kathy and her family was easy and they responded timely. Nice extras like having groceries ready when we arrived, beach chair rental and set up at the beach, plenty of nice towels, helping with taxi transport Helpful tips on local businesses, including Grace Bay Rental Car, which is right at the airport and saves time and headaches dealing with the off-site rental car companies.

The Beach Please Villa was absolutely perfect for our group of 6. Rooms were spacious, beds were very comfortable, and it was so nice having en-suite bathrooms. While we went out to restaurants for most of our meals, we did cook a bit as well, and the kitchen was well stocked with what we needed. The walk to Grace Bay beach from the villa was quick, and having beach chairs and an umbrella available to use throughout the week was so great, as we explored several beaches during our stay. Stephanie and Tim also provided incredible recommendations on dining and activities. We would absolutely recommend staying in this villa!!
