We loved our stay! We had a great time as a family. one thing we thought of was we were very thankful our children were at the ages (5,3,2, 7 months) they were since there was lots and lots of glass stuff sitting around.

We felt right at home. Very comfortable couch, beds and linen. We enjoyed the hot tub, beautiful ocean views from the top deck, and hanging out in the living room. Everything was as expected based on the descriptions and instructions

Elizabeth's place was so cozy and it felt very welcoming! We got in late on check in day and everything was easy to find in the house. . The house feels very much like home. The kitchen had everything we needed too. Our family of 5 and our 2 dogs loved the space inside as well as the fenced backyard. It had plenty of room and the beds were all very comfortable. Elizabeth was very quick to respond when we had a question too! We would definitely stay here again!!

Just as described and shown in the photos! Our group of four families with young kids stayed at Brian’s place for spring break and we all enjoyed our stay. We really wanted to find a place with a heated swimming pool for our young kids to play in and Brian was incredibly accommodating in opening up the pool for us and making sure it was heated 2 days before our check in date so that the pool was up to temperature upon our arrival. We weren’t so lucky with the weather and the outside temperature was quite chilly, but the water was warm enough and our kids still had an absolute blast. The rest of the home was lovely, just as described. All of us had a very comfortable and fun stay. Brian was also very attentive and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed leading up to and during our stay. Would love to be back in the summer time!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

As soon as we walked in the house it felt very homey, calm and peaceful. All the things were marked with labels so everything was easy access. They had lots of games and activities to do within the house. We extended an extra night because we didn’t want to leave. We will definitely come back in the future to stay more than 3 days. Highly recommend this place.

Fantastic house, very responsive and accommodating host. Everything is new, extremely clean, great open floor plan and spacious rooms. Beautiful place to enjoy all that Cape May has to offer in any season.

Beautiful property! So close to the bay with absolutely beautiful sunset’s. Convenient to downtown Cape May. Great backyard! Entire family enjoyed the pool, fire pit, & having a fenced in yard. Would highly recommend this place.

Erica's place was fantastic. We had a great stay for our short, off season weekend. The house was very clean and comfortable. Honestly, the pictures on the listing don't do it justice. The updated kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. This location is close to everything and an easy walk to whatever you need. We had unfortunate luck with a telephone pole fire a block over that caused us to lose power for a day. Obviously no fault of the owner, but the reason I mention it is because the amenities in the home made our stay comfortable even without the luxury of electricity. The hot water heater met the task of giving us hot water which was awesome. We would love to stay here again!

My 6th stay at Tracy’s place if that tells you anything! My go-to place in OC. Just the right location for great walks, the beach and boardwalk, and nearby shops and restaurants. Home is perfect for singles, couples and families. Great kitchen and multiple spaces for gathering. We will be back!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect—my family and I were able to walk to breakfast, then head over to the boardwalk to play arcade games and grab some snacks before strolling back. It made for a fun and convenient experience! The property is also just about 25 minutes from the convention center, which was a huge plus for us. The beds were very comfortable, making it easy to rest up after a long day. Overall, a great stay—we’d definitely book again!

Bill's "Ocean View Corner Condo" is fantastic! It has ocean views from the kitchen and front deck. The location is great and just a short block from the beach. The off street parking was nice too. With two bedrooms and two full baths it can't be beat. Thank you Bill for letting us stay at such a great place!

We had a wedding in Smithville and spent the Thanksgiving holiday at this house. There was 11 of us and we had plenty of space. House was clean and comfortable.

Bryan was very responsive, his place really does include everything you need. His place actually looks better than the pictures. There were only three of us but there is enough space to easily keep 6-8 adults comfortable. Thanks we had a great time.

The house and location were absolutely perfect with a breath taking sunset. The amenities were more than we could have asked for.

The cottage was quite comfortable with all the necessary essentials provided. It was very clean and made one feel at home. It is within about a 12 minute walk to the Delaware Bay and about a 15 minute drive to Cape May. Enjoyed walking the Delaware Bay beach at low tide and taking photos. Took the Cape May-Lewes Ferry to round out our quaint little getaway. Would definitely recommend the cottage to others.

Aurielle, was a great host! She was responsive and quick. The house was as pictured, beautiful and cozy. We enjoyed our weekend in Cape May. If the house is available our next trip down to the area, I will definitely book again!

Nancy is a very nice host! She was always responsive and proactive in providing useful reminders before check-in and check out. Her place is beautiful, new, clean and very cosy. My family loved it and I would book again!

Thank you for a home away from home. We were super comfortable, warm, and had everything we needed. We needed a place close to the convention center and this place was perfect. We were also just a few minutes from all of the casinos and restaurants. The home was very clean and we will definitely book again when we stay in AC. We are so happy we chose the perfect place for a family or a group. It’s so nice to have so much space and not be in the tight quarters of a hotel. The host was super friendly and very responsive. The neighborhood was very quiet and right down the block was a perfect corner store that made delicious food. It’s also nice to have such easy parking steps from your home. Will book again!!

My friends and I enjoyed our weekend stay at Igor’s house! Everything was as described on the listing and he left very simple, helpful instructions for check in and check out. Perfect for large groups.

House was beautiful, comfortable with plenty of space for everybody! Also, close location to boardwalk and beach! Would be great if there was a crockpot, and a few deep dish lasagna pans, muffin pan and some pyrex big pans to cook in for large groups.
