The house is located on a very quiet street. Across the road, there is Spar Convenience Store and Bar. It has a very nice backyard and a clean living room and bathroom. I am extremely satisfied with this stay!

Wow! What a lovely place, the family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Kevin the host was great and provided lots of useful information. The home was clean, modern and spacious. Local pub only a few steps away and lots of other activities nearby. We can’t wait to return already!

Most relaxing weekend we’ve had in a long time. We discussed venturing out to the country bios available but decided against it, treetops cottage is just too nice to leave!!

This was the perfect place for a peaceful weekend retreat. With no TV to distract me and gorgeous countryside full of daffodils and signs of spring to enjoy, it was just what I needed to be restored. Gaynor was helpful with recommendations, and the walks were beautiful from the front door. The fresh bread was delicious from the bakery next door and the bookcase had some wonderful books to dip into. I will be recommending it to my friends.

Stylish cottage in a quiet location and only a few mins walk from the high st. Only thing I would suggest to improve is providing more toilet roll (no spare rolls) and some tea/coffee/sugar would have been nice to arrive to. There is a Morrison’s less than 5 mins walk away so it was fine though, it didn’t spoil our stay and would stay again.

Just spent a weekend here with my boyfriend to celebrate his birthday and couldn’t have asked for better accommodation, location or facilities. Although the space is small, it contains everything you’d need for a couple of nights away and was more than sufficient for us. The hut was decorated beautifully and was very clean. The setting of the hut is idyllic and so peaceful and was perfect to help us switch off for the weekend. The hot tub is a wonderful addition, keeping its warm temperature despite the (slightly) chilly English weather. Although we didn’t use them, there was also disposable BBQ’s available which was a lovely touch. Whilst there we visited nearby towns of Whitby and Sandsend, both around a 20 minute drive away. Throughout the booking process and our visit, the hosts Jay and Callum were very quick to respond and incredibly helpful and welcoming, even giving local recommendations. Thanks to you both for a wonderful weekend!

Deborah's cottage exceeded all expectations, it was simply beautiful. It had everything we expected and much more. There is a lovely walk direct from the rear door, through the private garden and straight into the open countryside. Overall, our visit was peaceful, cosy, warm and homely. I would definitely recommend Deborah's cottage for anyone looking to escape the hectic demands of life, and simply sit by the wood burner, kick your feet up, read a book or watch a movie in peace. Would love to come back sometime. Howard

Really nice place! Tastefully decorated! Really enjoyed our stay!!!

Lovely, clean, spacious lodge in a lovely setting with a perfectly placed hot tub. The lodge meet all our requirements. Plenty of storage space, extra bedding provided and all the essentials. Highly recommended.
