We'd been looking forward to coming back to The Recycle House since we first stayed there in 2022. Safe to say it was just as we remembered it...great house, great location, wonderful community. Looking forwarded to returning.

We had a great stay at this cottage- it was a perfect size for our family and was extremely clean, warm and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the quick walk to the beach, and proximity to town. Hosts were very friendly and responsive but never intrusive. Would highly recommend.

Would absolutely book again. We were travelling as a family of four (teenager and an elementary schooler) to visit family in Guilford area. This was a great space for us, three bedrooms and baths, den, sitting room, kitchen, dining area. You could do this as a family of five pretty easily, maybe six if someone sleeps on a couch. There's a back porch we didn't use due to cold weather but I suspect is lovely in summer. The residence is well maintained and tastefully decorated, I suspect some of the wall decorations are at Sharon's store. Wi-fi and TV with tubi subscription, and there were some board games in the closet. Sharon noticed snow in the forecast and salted the driveway and walk before we arrived. We didn't experience any problems per se but Sharon was very responsive when we had questions. We had a really positive experience.

This was the perfect home to celebrate Thanksgiving with family. The kitchen was VERY well-stocked. Better than any other airbnb I have stayed in. There is a gas fireplace, which was delightful to have in cold weather. Surrounding areas are beautiful - lots of coastline for long walks. There is only one bathroom for three bedrooms on second floor but this was well done documented in description. We were allowed early access for a business call, which was most appreciated. I highly recommend this delightful home.

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

Super cozy house with plenty of space for my family of 4. The kitchen is well stocked which made cooking very easy and enjoyable. We will recommend this spot to our friends in Guilford.

Alison's "River House" was a wonderful and relaxing experience! The gorgeous waterfront views, accommodation, and close proximity to local shops, shopping outlets, and beaches...which was everything my family and I needed for our close-cation. Alison was a great communicator and truly demonstrated top tier hosting skills by making sure the house was well stocked with just about everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay! This is our second time staying in the home and both times Mariza was accommodating and great to work with. The house is in a great location on the water and is clean and maintained very well. We plan to stay again in the future!

There are a lot a reasons to use Airbnb, and one is that you can stay in the most interesting places. That's the reason to stay at the Ludington mansion. Incredible property. If you have any interest in history or architecture, this is your place. We stayed in the 3rd floor suite; of course, it's not a good choice if you can't manage the stairs, but since that was not a problem for us, we loved it. The space was as described: full of character and immaculately clean (if not always new). It was nice having two full baths. The next-door church bells didn't bother us. I can't think of anything we needed that wasn't there. We appreciated the host's suggestion for where to have dinner and were not disappointed. We ended the evening by streaming the (admittedly cheesy) Hallmark Christmas movie filmed on the property and spotting furnishings that were in our suite. We wished we could have stayed longer instead of just over-nighting while on the drive from Maine to NC.

This is where you want to stay when you come to Middletown. It allows you to walk everywhere—bookstore, toy store, coffee shops, restaurants, and Wesleyan! The beds were incredibly comfortable and everything was just so clean and tidy. We always check to see if their properties are available when we have a visit scheduled.

This is the third time we have stayed at one of Andrea’s rentals. She is quick to respond and we have always felt very much at home. Loved this little apartment above the Lace Factory and would love to be here in the summer to hang out on the porch and watch the river go by. Thank you!

My wife and I absolutely loved this cottage. It far exceeded our expectations. I felt so much at home, I almost went out and picked up the mail!There were so many supplies in the kitchen, a thoughtfully laid out living room and bedroom, a heavenly soaking tub in the bathroom, and serene surroundings. Everything was thought of from tasteful decor to plenty of firewood for the wood-burning fireplace and even an unopened toothbrush and other toiletries in the bathroom (including 2-ply!! ) It raised my standard for future rentals. We are lucky enough to travel several times a year. When we do, we almost exclusively stay at Airbnb‘s. This one was by far the most comfortable we’ve stayed at in many years. Thank you very much for the perfect visit to Connecticut

This was perfect for our overnight! Felt right at home and had so many great restaurants and quaint shops close by.

Just got back from another great stay at Suzanne's Airbnb. As always, the unit was sparkling clean, very comfortable, and in a beautiful location. Suzanne is a great host - very friendly, quick to respond to questions, and always very accommodating. Thanks Suzanne for a great stay!

A stone’s throw from Wesleyan’s campus, we stayed at Mark’s place for my son to visit the University. The house was just as described, clean, comfortable, and cozy. I had a great place to relax, read my book, and drink coffee while my son did his tour. :)

My girlfriends and I stayed for a girls’ weekend. The place was so clean and lots of personal touches. Beautiful flowers and a well stocked kitchen. We even had yummy chocolates available to us. The beds and lines were very comfortable. Fun games and lots of books and magazines to choose from. The home had a lot of character and antique charm. It is a quick walk to restaurants and shops. We had dinner at the Red Door and would highly recommend. Deep River roasters was our destination for breakfast. Coffee was sensational. And bagels tasty. Liz was so responsive, kind, and helpful for any questions we had. We will definitely be returning to stay.

The apartment was perfect! Well kept, very clean, quiet. Elizabeth is a pro - always responded quickly and her instructions were easy to follow. Made my three days a perfect stay!

Muna is an awesome host. She is super responsive and always gives us good advise. We had a long stay and the place is very warm, clean, and very comfortable. Excellent location with everything you need, we had a wonderful stay and family vacation at her place. Thank you once again Muna, we look forward to come back again!

Lovely stay in greenport! Short drive from major north fork activities. Can imagine its even better during the busy season!

This was by far one of the best Airbnbs I have ever stayed at and I have stayed at quite a few! Christina provided clear instructions in advance of how to access the property so no time was wasted trying to figure out how to access anything. I also had mentioned it was an anniversary surprise and Christina went out of her way to decorate and provide wine which my fiancé absolutely loved! There were also many board games provided along with smart tvs in the living room and bedroom which was perfect for any staycation. Also no need to stress if you forget a toiletry because most were also provided which was extremely convenient! Not only was the place extremely accommodating but it was also unbelievably clean and the decor was so fun and welcoming! If you are also planning on going to the casino or the spa at Norwich Inn the location is beyond perfect! I absolutely will be staying here again for future staycations and will recommend it to absolutely anyone!

Had a wonderful stay! It was so cute and cozy and just what we needed for a wonderful weekend getaway. My daughter and I had a great mix of fun at local wineries, concert and dancing at Mohegan Sun just minutes away and a wonderful relaxing time at the spa just a short walk away. We also took a trip to Mystic for some shopping and a great dinner and still managed to have some nice wind down time in front of the fire watching a comedy on Netflix. The condo had everything we needed as well as great touches of snacks and coffee plus all sorts of creamers. Would definitely come back again!!!

Overall relaxing stay and trip to Greenport. Sherri is very communicative and her instructions and listing is clear and accurate. The condo is well decorated and clean and has everything you need for a nice weekend. One thing to note- we were aware check in is between 3 and 5 pm based on the listing (wound up being around 4) but it would be nice for it to be earlier. Still 5 stars though!

Irinas place was exactly as she described. She answered all inquiries in a timely manner. We will definitely be back.
