Beautiful neighborhood, spacious unit with everything we needed! Clean, comfortable and a lovely view of the sunset in the peaceful surroundings! Hosts were responsive and helpful, I would recommend and definitely stay here again!

Jane and Alan were lovely and extremely kind hosts, I had a wonderful time! The room was very spacious, and had everything that you may need! The AirBnB was close to numerous restaurants and shops and a few mins walk away from the T station.

We had a great stay at Woody’s place. He was a very responsive and helpful host. The area is fabulous - very close to the Orange Line stop and a short walk from great shops and restaurants. A note for families: the downstairs bedroom is well insulated, so if you have a kiddo upstairs, bring a monitor to hear!

This is a great place. It’s very nicely designed, private and comfortable. I would stay here again.

Needed a last minute overnight stay while moving across the U.S. since my belongings were delayed. The Carriage House was wonderfully comfy and a great respite from the chaos of my relocation. Poppy was an excellent host, gave us a great dinner recommendation and ensured we had everything we needed. The history of the farm was fascinating to learn about.

The well named enchanted cottage was fabulous. We had a lovely stay, lucky with the weather. Easy reach of Boston on the train. Whole foods just down the road - I cooked in most evenings- as the kitchen had everything we needed. We sat out on the deck chairs and contemplated the Universe over a bottle of wine, watching the birds, squirrels and fall colours. We did a couple of day trips- Concord (loved the antique shops), the Nashoba Winery (get some of the Northern Comfort Apple, Cranberry and Maple Brandy…. Wish I’d bought two, it goes great with Mince Pies). We did the Union Oyster Bar in Boston and Legal Seafood (the oysters were amazing). I would highly recommend The Enchanted Cottage (very comfy beds).

This is one of the nicest Airbnb apartments we have stayed in. It is perfect for a couple or a couple with a small child. The apartment is filled with sunshine and has a view across to the Prudential and you can even see a bit of ocean. It is breathtaking and unusual to have such a view in Newton. Kitchen was great, space for us to work and hang out. The bed is very comfortable. A great place to stay.

So happy to be among Benjamin’s first guests! This peaceful carriage house is set in a forested area with access to woodland trails. Newly renovated, the home is totally up to date while maintaining the charm of a country home with picturesque views. The bed was very comfortable as was the living room furniture—I can attest to the sofa’s comfort as I fell asleep on it! The dining room chairs were very comfy as well. There was no TV when I was there which I didn’t miss as I had my laptop and iPad and the wifi was quick. The kitchen was well equipped and Benjamin helped me figure out the two-drawer dishwasher as I hadn’t used one like that before. I was in the area for work in Lexington and the commute was super quick—-also convenient to the Lincoln train station which takes you into Boston North Station. Driving to Concord (a favorite town) was easy as well. Relaxing to return to this cozy, natural setting at the end of a busy day. Highly recommend! I already booked another stay!
