My go to spot when I’m headed to Boston. This place is conveniently located close to everything, but yet still in a peaceful area. It has a super homey feel to it so at the end of the day, you can just sit and relax. I highly recommend.

Marie was quick to respond to my questions and the space itself was immaculate and extremely convenient. I have never stayed in an Airbnb that allowed pets before, and I was pleased that Marie’s space was completely free of pet hair and odors. (I am allergic to dogs and have a very sensitive sense of smell — the fact that I saw and smelled nothing is really unusual for a space that has hosted dogs.) Super easy to walk from this spot to Main Street for quick access to shops and restaurants. Would definitely book this space again.

Elizabeth's house is as beautiful and clean as the pictures, and it is fully functional. Before my daughter and I arrived, Elizabeth thoughtfully prepared bottled water, snacks, disposable toiletries, and clean bedding and towels. During our stay, Elizabeth gave us the utmost freedom; I could make full use of the kitchen to cook, and my daughter could practice her vocals without any disturbance. The neighborhood where the house is located is very charming, with many restaurants and grocery stores, and it's convenient to take the Green Line to downtown Boston. If I have the opportunity to visit Boston again, I would still choose this house.

Steven and his property manager were very friendly and helpful! My stay was peaceful and my other guests had a great time with the arcade games! I was happy that I was able to host a small gathering with friends in a very cozy and comfy home! Would definitely stay here again!

I really appreciate Flavia’s accomodation for a large group of guests. There was enough room and comfort for everyone. Easy clean up instructions despite cleaning anywhere we go. Kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Everything was as advertised so we didn’t really need to ask for much but Flavia was openly communicative. Would book again in future and suggest the stay for larger groups!

A perfect stay! Ken, Jim, and Rusty have created a delightful b&b. The room was relaxing as soon as we stepped in, the bathroom was furnished with plenty of towels and there were fluffy bathrobes in the closet. We loved the stone flooring in the shower too! And the bed was the most comfortable I’ve stayed in at an Airbnb for a long time. The breakfast nook was furnished with a variety of coffee, tea, and cereal and plenty of dairy/non dairy options. The house is spacious and felt easy to navigate, and the laundry room upstairs with a cordless iron came in handy. We appreciated that this was a dog friendly place, and our little dog had a great time with Rusty. Restaurants are walkable and all I have left to say is run and make your reservation 😊

I was in town to run the BAA Half Marathon and this was conveniently located near the start/finish. There was another guest there, but we didn't see them much and it wasn't an issue. The place was clean and we appreciated the amenities. The neighborhood is super walkable with lots to do. Francisco was helpful and communicated well throughout our stay.

Relocating to a town hours away for a summer job made me very nervous - but Laurie’s place felt just like home! She is so nice, the house is clean and cozy, the neighborhood is lovely, and all the other guests are respectful/kind as well. I’m so glad I chose this airbnb to stay in and highly recommend it. No problems at all.

It's difficult to describe the degree to how welcoming, clean, and well located this spot was. one example I believe may show just how thoughtful Ken and Jim are: They have a "lost socks" hanger beside their dryer...this just goes to show the extent to which they care for every detail!!! I know it can be intimidating at times to book a room without privacy, but I assure you this place affords you the right amount of privacy, while also offering wonderful conversation and guidance when sought out. I'd visit again 10/10

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, location was perfect for my needs. Somerville has lots of little one way streets so it’s confusing to get around in a car. Parking was easy at the house though. No EV charging even though it was listed as an amenity.

We have stayed at this location on several occasions and will be back. The location is perfect for our needs. We have never had a problem with parking. The room is large, clean and well furnished with access to a big kitchen and bath shared with one other room. Francisco is very responsive if anything needs attention, but we have only had to contact him once or twice for minor issues.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Perfect Stay! I had an incredible experience staying at Francisco’s place! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and at home. The check-in process was seamless, and the communication with Francisco was excellent—quick responses, helpful local recommendations, and a genuine effort to ensure my stay was perfect. The space itself is stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail is thoughtfully curated. The location is ideal, making it easy to explore the area. I can’t recommend this Airbnb highly enough!

Quite honestly, the photos don't do this house justice. Every bedroom is unique and has its own character. The beds were so cozy it was hard to get out of bed. There are special little touches throughout the house from a welcome bottle of wine to a few candies in our bedroom for that late night sweet tooth. The house is close to the Orange line which will take you into downtown. We wanted to experience Boston in the Fall and we feel that was accomplished as we sat on the patio with a small fire taking in all the beauty. Lastly, Francisco was an amazing host. Very responsive, helpful and kind. We would DEFINITELY stay here again.

Vanna and Jenny went out of there way so I can check in was looking for a place last minute and they helped me big time. They made me feel right at home from the minute I arrived. They would chat with me but also respected me if I wanted alone time. They were amazing host who supplied everything fir me during the visit. Felt like I was at home during my entire stay. They were also very quick to get back if I had any questions or problems. They have a dog who was super friendly and I loved him and playing with him. I would definitely rent from them again if I ever needed too. Thanks again for everything during my stay.
