Such a beautiful place! The pool was fantastic!! The house is so much better than the pictures even are!!

A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

Wow! My toddler daughter nicknamed this place “The Pretty House.” It is beautiful inside and out and is pretty near perfection. Kitchen is well stocked, beds are comfortable, linens were nice and we enjoyed our time in the beautiful pool. You can see water from just about every window and the place feels very private. There’s plenty of space for everyone to spread out but we also enjoyed the selection of games and outdoor toys during our together time. This has been our best stay ever and we hope to return again and again in the future. Thank you for hosting us!

We enjoyed a wonderful stay over Thanksgiving with our family. The home was as advertised - the location is beautiful, even in the colder months. The large living room makes it easy to enjoy time together, and there is plenty of room for guests to spread out in bedrooms and smaller spaces.

Wow!! What an amazing stay! We spent the weekend here with some friends from church and three babies! The place was great for entertaining everyone and the babies had a blast hanging out in the open space of the kitchen! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The house was beautifully maintained and had super cute decor! We enjoyed the amazing views from the house and deck overlooking the water! Amy’s suggestion book was super helpful for finding niche spots to explore downtown! She was quick to respond to any questions we had throughout our stay! Hoping we can stay here again soon!!!

My family has an amazing stay. The view never got old and it was so wonderful seeing the different colors in the sky throughout the morning and evening. We even had a double rainbow! The dock was awesome, I even jumped in the river! It was clean but a little shallow (about 4 ft at low tide I think). The pool was unreal! So clean and fun. Our family spent hours swimming and playing and laughing! Loved the screened in porch too, was so cool during the storm! Highly recommend! There isn’t a diving board on the pool that was seen in the photos and there were a few minor things that could be fixed but nothing that stopped us from having an amazing stay.

The place is perfect for a group. Comfortable rooms, kitchen and couch area. Add in the games room and you have everything you need for fun nights. We were in the area for a sports competition and this location is only 10 minutes away.

Literally perfect. Everything our family of nine could have needed…and then some. Hosts are quick to address any questions or concerns. Absolutely plan to stay again!!

We stay in about 3-4 Owner rented properties a year for the last 14 years and I can honestly say that this home is one of the most beautiful I have stayed in. It had been impeccily renovated and updated. It is beautifully decorated. It feels so clean, spacious and warm. The house is well maintained and appointed. Kelli is extremely responsive. I highly recommend.

Cannot wait to visit again!! The area was so beautiful, as was the house. There were so many fun things to do in the area. The private beach was perfect and peaceful! Was very sad to leave but excited to come back!

Our family absolutely loved the tranquility of being right on the water, the home was decorated perfectly and very clean. This is a true gem in Deltaville!

One of the very best Air BnB rentals we've ever had. The other one we normally use in the NN was rented for the dates we wanted. This one was available, it looked good, so we gave it a try. It's tied as our #1 favorite place to stay. We'll be back here next year as it is so close and convenient to everything and the home was terrific!

Great experience, we stayed there the weekend for a baseball tournament. The house is clean, the water access in the backyard was great as well! The host was very responsive as well Will definitely stay again!

This home is fantastic! It’s beautifully updated, very clean, and fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect weekend getaway. The view is beautiful, and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the boat dock. The host was friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable about the area. He even went above and beyond to research which restaurants would be open during the off-season, which was greatly appreciated. My husband and I are already looking forward to booking another weekend here this winter. Highly recommend this lovely home!

Great spot, beautiful dock, comfortable beds. We had a great time here with dear family friends. Do note you may need to bring neospresso if you’d like to use the machine. Lovely that kayaks and life jackets were included!

Our stay at this stunning waterfront home was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking views and the immaculate condition of the house. Every detail has been thoughtfully curated, from the stylish décor to the abundance of amenities that made our stay so enjoyable. The dock and outside deck was a dream—perfect for morning coffee/reading a book, sunset cocktails, and everything in between. Whether we were soaking in the hot tub, playing ping pong, or just relaxing in the beautifully designed spaces, every moment felt like a true getaway. The entire house was spotlessly clean, making us feel instantly comfortable and at home. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook. You MUST try The River Market - they have meals you can purchase and make at home - EVERYTHING is superb - crab cakes, she crab soup, ziti, flatbread, ETC. Chefs kiss! If you’re looking for the perfect waterfront escape, this is it!

Beautiful place and a private setting. Everything was as described. There is plenty of space. Loved that we were able to have our doggies with us too. We would definitely come back!

Kristie was awesome to deal with and responded to me quickly. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very peaceful and relaxing. The house is beautiful and well stocked. We definitely felt at home. Everything was clean. The instructions for the grounds were easy to understand. I would definitely go back there again.

Kimberly and Jonathan are wonderful hosts. Our family was very comfortable and found everything just as described. The touches to have a welcome binder and guide on Airbnb were so helpful and the messages we received during our stay were well timed and informative. The water front beach is squeezed between two private properties but make sure you take time to walk over and visit at sunset. The water really sparkles and it’s beautiful! Our 11 year old dog enjoyed the water and it made our family so happy to see our kids and dogs have so much fun exploring the waterfront. We also used the kayaks and life jackets. After our stay the hosts went well out of their way to reunite us with an item we left behind. We hope many of you will stay at their property and enjoy it as much as we did. Thanks!

My family and I stayed at Ashley and Ben’s adorable cottage for a spring break trip. Out of the many vacation rentals we’ve stayed in over the years, it was among the best. The location was peaceful and quiet but conveniently located to Urbanna. The house was so beautifully decorated and thoughtfully laid out. It was also immaculately clean. The beds and linens were super comfortable. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The screened-in back porch was awesome, and the yard was big enough for our kid to play in. The puzzles, board games and outside shower were a hit. We would love to return.

We stayed there with a crew of eight for two nights while racing in the Stingray Point regatta a Fishing Bay Yacht Club. Diane’s house met our needs perfectly! We had two crew dinners and breakfasts. The kitchen was very well appointed! The beds and linens were as you would expect in a high end hotel. We did have a little trouble manipulating the TV. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will come back next year! …Jim Keen

Lovely place! The kayaks and SUP were in great shape and we enjoyed time on the water. The kids set crab pots and fished.There was lots of space to eat meals together and to have quiet time alone. Pretty decor and beautiful views of the river. It was a short stay for us or we would have tried some of the restaurant recommendations.

Beautiful property. Wonderful host. Very quiet and the beach was perfect. The house was well appointed and had everything we needed. An excellent place for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend.
