We love the house 🏠 clean decoration beach team. We loved the fire pits for roasting s’mores the kids love the corn hold game. Lots of trees private. The views from the deck on the lake was calming. Definitely would stay again. Host was very good responsive and friendly.

Our family and pup had a fantastic stay at this house. Our kids loved the dock, the beach, and the loft upstairs. The house was as described and the hosts provided all the things we needed for our stay. It was clean and well cared for inside. The location was great, far enough away from town to be nice and quiet, but close enough to be able to run out for a meal. We would definitely stay here again.

My friends and I had a wonderful long weekend at the Deltaville Blue Cottage. The house perfectly showcased the views, fresh breezes, and natural beauty of the area. We were continually saying " the hosts thought of everything!" If you are looking to comfortably relax with friends and family (young and old) this is the place for you! A spacious home by the water. We celebrated Thanksgiving at this location and it was very special. The views are beautiful, had a fire right by the water and relaxed by the beach. A perfect getaway with family and friends. It has everything you need, the living room is super comfortable and great to relax with the family. The kitchen was spacious making it easy to cook and entertain the family. We loved the hot tub, playing pool and having family dinner. Overall a fabulous experience!! Great host- great communication. Highly recommend

The most perfect girls weekend getaway. The house is stunning. Four spacious and spotless bedrooms, comfortable beds and luxurious pillows. They thought of every detail with soft robes, phone chargers, extra blankets, sound machines, games and binoculars for bird watching. We stayed in the first night to cook at the house and they had everything we could possibly need. The outdoors is incredible- the sauna brought us life. We cannot wait to return when it’s warmer to grill out and use the kayaks and firepit. A beautiful girls weekend, but would love to bring my family back here. Very kid friendly. The location was perfect for 7 women from all over VA. We went to a delicious winery, gorgeous seafood restaurant, adorable local coffee shop and ordered pizza for pick up. Impressed with everything. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We are already planning our next trip back.

Our family absolutely loved the tranquility of being right on the water, the home was decorated perfectly and very clean. This is a true gem in Deltaville!

One of the very best Air BnB rentals we've ever had. The other one we normally use in the NN was rented for the dates we wanted. This one was available, it looked good, so we gave it a try. It's tied as our #1 favorite place to stay. We'll be back here next year as it is so close and convenient to everything and the home was terrific!

I stayed at Meg's beautiful home with my bridesmaids for my wedding weekend in Deltaville, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, clean, and well-organized, which made it a comfortable and relaxing place to stay during such a special time. Meg was so kind and responsive, providing helpful local recommendations and detailed instructions for the house. She truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, and her hospitality made my wedding weekend even better. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience—thank you, Meg!

Really enjoyed our three night stay. The house was immaculately clean and the kitchen was well stocked with every conceivable utensil provided. Even though there are nearby homes the property still feels very private with nice views of the water. We managed to observe herons, ospreys, and multiple bald eagles. The provided kayaks were great and the launch platform made it easy for us neophytes.

We had a great long weekend stay. The house was spacious and well appointed. We loved sitting outside under the stars and playing with the kids in the sunroom. Was such a nice touch to have kids toys at the house and lots of space to gather. We had one issue with the HVAC but each space had a window AC unit and the host was super helpful and responsive. Would 100% recommend and stay again.

Unlike most of Airbnb listings, this place really is a gem. The layout of the home was open, yet private. Each bedroom was perfect and I had a hard time deciding which room I wanted to sleep in. Ultimately, I chose the master bedroom which had a king-size bed, it's own thermostat and a door that led out to the closed in porch that faced the water. Watching the sunrise each morning was worth waking up early for. The kitchen was well equipped and had items that were not listed. The keurig coffee maker had a drip and pod mode and there was coffee available. The yard was large enough that it felt private. Our host was friendly and I felt like I was her personal guest. I definitely would stay here again!

We visited Susan’s home for an out of state wedding we were attending. It was so much more than she even wrote about and she filled us in on every detail possible. The special little touches around the home….the welcome basket, the toiletries, the ice machine, the bottles of water, a fully stocked home….the list goes on and on! We were so busy with our wedding that we could not spend a whole lotta time enjoying the multiple amenities that they provided to us. I guess that means we’re going to have to go back and use the Pickleball court, the fire pit, and take full advantage of the pier. Thank you for being so welcoming to our family!! We literally cannot wait to come back and spend some more time in your PERFECT guesthouse! It was so nice meeting you!

I cannot find the words to express our families stay. When I say this was the best stay at an ABNB we have had thus far it was. The outside itself from the landscaping to the scenery was breathtaking. Checking in was a breeze. Once inside pictures cannot begin to show the beauty of this property. The hosts have really thought through a guest experience. They went over and beyond hosts duties adding extreme attention to details. Anything and everything you may need or want for your stay was there. Even with all the extra amenities and the beauty of the home our family instantly felt at home. We loved our stay so much we have already booked our next stay.

The home sits on a nice point of land at the end of a quiet road. It is a nice mix of early 20th century charm and modern with spacious living room, kitchen, and bedrooms. The living room and large deck allow unobstructed views of the water. The home is well-kept, clean, and includes everything you need for a pleasant getaway. And, it is a short (10 min.) drive to the shops and restaurants in Kilmarnock. A relaxing, recommended stay.

My group of 10 had a wonderful stay at the Rivah House! We could have fit several more people quite comfortably - we felt we had plenty of space in both common areas and rooms. Lots of fun, bright decor livens up the space and makes it feel homey. The house was clean, linens were nice, and beds were very comfy. We appreciated that there were different room configurations that could fit a variety of group types. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed, with plenty of dishes, utensils, and some pleasant surprises like a Crock-Pot! Our group had a great time cooking and eating together around the big table. Our stay was early March but if the weather had been warmer, we definitely would have spent more time sitting out by the dock watching the birds on the water, playing with all the outdoor toys (kayaks, etc.), and enjoying the spacious fire pit. Francesca was an excellent host, giving us clear check-in/out instructions, local advice, and responding promptly.

Had a great time at the Elderberries cottage! The views were spectacular, and you could take them in from the enclosed porch, the open deck, and even the living room. The entire setup was perfect for a vacation/remote work getaway, and the kitchen has everything you need. WiFi worked great, and the smart TV supported pretty much any streaming service you'd want. Rachel was friendly and super responsive; we hope to stay there again sometime.

We piled 5 adults and a toddler into the house on Kelley Neck Drive, and it worked just fine! Bathrooms, AC, kitchen, appliances, etc, all worked perfectly, the furniture was comfortable and in good shape, and the house was spacious. The yard was perfect for us, but might have been small for older kids, and I wish there had been more than one kayak (but even one kayak was a bonus!) The heron was fishing at the mouth of the our private lagoon every morning, and an osprey and eagle visited as well. We barely heard any neighbors, and the nights were quiet and peaceful. Thank you!

Our family has been blessed to travel several locations on the East and West Coast of the US. This is quite possibly the best AirBnb we have stayed in. Our host, James (x2) was extremely responsive, kind, and helpful. It can be a little tough to find just the right place when your kids range from teens to young adult. This place fit the bill. Tons of room to spread out with an amazing game room, a gorgeous deck on the river to fish, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen so that we could enjoy home cooked meals together as a family. The house was spotless and we appreciated all the extra details like cleaning supplies, paper goods, and even shampoo/conditioner in the bathrooms. We even saw a deer in the front yard one evening. Most of all it was so peaceful and all of the kids agreed it’s been one of our best trips. Lastly, it’s just about 25 minutes to Jamestown and Williamsburg. Great places to visit. We will definitely be back next time we visit the area.

The cabin and property are amazing! We had total privacy and our German Shepherd was able to just relax right along with us humans. Teresa really does think of everything anyone could need for supplies, and then some! We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation getaway.
