Andrew was an excellent host and this was the perfect place for a family. We have been coming to Newport for years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Highly recommend!

I don’t want to hype it up too much because I would like it to stay available when we need it. It was a lovely location. Really clean, comfy, felt right at home. It was safe and the kitchen is for a cook for sure. Awesome place. No reason to pass this one up. Host was exceptional.

Angelika’s place was amazing!!! The photos are great but in person it’s even better! We were very impressed with the cleanliness, fresh smell, chic and minimal vibe of the furniture. The couch and beds were extremely comfortable. The neighborhood is so quiet we almost felt like we should whisper to adhere to the silence of the outdoors! Angelika was very responsive, instructions were clear and unit was easily accessible. The location is also great! 10 minutes away from just about anywhere in Providence so we were able to go many places with a quick drive to and from. We are returning to Angelika’s place for sure!

Absolutely perfect apartment for a lovely weekend getaway! Close to all the main attractions! Apartment was clean and cozy! Bed was super comfy! We felt right at home! Loved that parking was off the Main Street-felt secure! Would love to book again!

Perfect for a small getaway. Great space for me and my dog. Big backyard area for her to walk around, and right close to the water. One of the parks is nearby and just a very good overall area. The space was clean and had everything we needed.

Great place to stay for a few days. Not too far away from the city. Fast EV charger was the highlight of the stay. Would book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this historic home. Centrally located, it is beautifully appointed and very accommodating. Our party of seven enjoyed breakfasts together in the welcoming dining room, evening conversation in the gracious living room, and afternoon chats in the gorgeous patio garden. Everyone reported a good night’s rest in their comfortable bed and good water pressure in the showers. Matthew and Alice are wonderful hosts. Communication with them is easy and seamless. They made us feel welcomed in their lovely home. I highly recommend their home for a memorable AirBnB stay in Providence.

The Sweet Spot was just the escape we needed! Jill was very helpful before our arrival with brunch suggestions and we were welcomed with an assortment of snacks and adult beverages to enjoy. We will definitely plan a trip to Bristol and stay at the Sweet Spot in the future. Thank you for your hospitality!

The place was great for us. We came as a family of 5 with our 3 boys' girlfriends. We all had such a nice time. The rooms were perfect. The backyard was a treat. Loved the firepit and the grill. We had such great family time. Thanks!

Justin was a wonderful, friendly, helpful, responsible, professional host, and the place was lovely! I especially loved the peace and quiet of being on a dead-end street, and it was a surprise and pleasure to be able to see so many stars from the house (far more than I'm used to). Walking distance to the ocean was great, too! The bed was comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a quiet retreat. I'd intended to spend more time in Newport and the Cliff Walk, but I liked Sachuett Point even more, spending a lot of time over there, walking on rocks and beaches near the ocean (even though it was the winter). Dramatic, quiet, and beautiful!

We needed a place to stay for the holidays while some work was being done at our house a few miles away. We felt really lucky to have found Ashely and Justin’s house when we walked in. Four bedrooms with 5 king and queen beds were an incredible plus, and the beds were perfect. The bathrooms were super clean and had great linens, lotions, soaps and other things like makeup removers. The kitchen has all appliances and utensils we needed and was a big open space you can move around. The living spaces in front and back of the house were big and open, well furnished. The living room in the back opens to a great backyard with a fire pit and swinging bench. The house is awesome and we’ve recommended to all our local friends and family. But the thing I like the most was being in the Pier and walking to the seawall and beach, Monihans jetty and the restaurants and pubs off Boon Street. Location location location!

Absolutely wonderful location with access to the adorable downtown and right on the water with walking/bike path. The view was lovely! The place was spotless and kitchen was perfect. The house is not the same colors as described so it was a little tricky initially to find it and I thought it was a whole house (it is a single family house but you stay in only one part of the house). Thankfully there was no one staying in the rest of the house since I was there with 4 children! Also it’s noted that there is no TV so I was prepared for that but there also really isn’t a living room or living space so just something to keep in mind. A great stay!
