We rented Amanda's place for 2 nights in the winter and it surpassed our expectations! Amanda was a great communicator. The older cottage has been extensively renovated, it was clean, comfortable and cozy. We loved the wood stove and the heating system worked well. The kitchen is first-rate, and very well-equipped, it even had decent knives! We cook a lot and we very much enjoyed making meals there. We loved watching the ever-changing weather on the river from the picture window in the living room, and even saw a beautiful sunrise. The star of our stay was the sauna—we have a wood-burning sauna at home and at our cottage—and we were very impressed with its size, the modern design, the huge picture window and the style of stove. It got up to temperature even in -17 degree weather. We hiked and snowshoed in the Alexander Hope Smith Nature Reserve which was a walk from the cottage. The town of Washago was a 11 minute drive, with a great grocery store. Would definitely stay there again!

Jennifer and Blaine were very responsive and even helped us when we had some car trouble. We loved attending the Vetta Spa which was close by. Highly recommend staying at this cottage! 10/10

Cottage was beautiful, looked just like the photos! It was spacious and a perfect layout for a larger group. Cottage was clean and beds were comfortable. The dock and beach area/sand area were perfect for our small children. Maryrose was very quick to respond to all our inquiries. The only “con” which was clearly outlined in the listing is the proximity to the road. You could see cars passing while on the dock and there’s also a train that passes through. You didn’t hear the noise when inside and you could hear it a little bit when outside on the dock. Everything else was great and outweighed the location. Would love to return in the future!

Fred’s house was great! The house’s open concept was large enough for all of us (6 adults) to hang out in through the cold winter days without feeling crowded. The fireplace added lovely ambience and warmth. The six bedrooms ensured we all had our own space, which was a nice treat for our girls’ weekend. The master bedroom with ensuite was particularly spacious. The whole house was nicely decorated, and overall was a cozy and welcoming place. We didn’t use the sunroom, as is unfortunately smelled of smoke. Fred was a very responsive host. He quickly answered any questions. We had a lovely stay here, and wouldn’t hesitate to fully recommend it.

Dylan’s place was better than anticipated. Large, well-laid out, clean, beautiful views and well-stocked. I think most impressive was Dylan himself who was extremely responsive and friendly. He is a SuperHost. I would absolutely come back,

We had a fabulous stay at this property. The pictures don’t really do it justice with how spacious it is. Tall ceilings and vast windows allow for a stunning view. Nicole was very responsive and helped quickly to any issues that we had. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone that has a chance to stay there.

We had an amazing experience staying at this Airbnb! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The place was just as described – clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. It felt like a true home away from home, with all the amenities we needed and more. The host Alon was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. He was always available for all our questions , It was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience. This was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. We will definitely be back again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient getaway!

the space was gorgeous! the views out of all the windows were awesome. the hot tub/deck/dock space were also to die for! Randy gave us a tour of the space including our private deck with bbq and the shared outdoor spaces. Having a host actually meet and greet is something that is rarer and rarer on air bnb lately and my wife and I liked the experience. Will be back again!

I had an amazing stay at Jeff and Tess's place! From the moment I booked, they provided clear and detailed instructions that made the check-in process smooth and stress-free. The house was incredibly well-maintained, clean, and cozy, as described in the listing. I met Tess she was very kind, and I enjoyed talking with her It truly felt like a home away from home. We had a short, but great stay! Carley is an amazing host who goes above and beyond. She is so quick to respond and leaves you wanting for nothing and feeling right at home. The place is so cozy with the added bonus of a hot tub to enjoy! We had a great time and really couldn't say enough great things about Carley and her home!

Wonderful and relaxing place to stay for my boyfriend and I! The complimentary toiletries, wine, freshly baked bread, cookies, etc… we really appreciated the thought and effort into making us feel welcomed. The hot tub was AMAZING and the instructions were clear to use (we were first timers). The fireplaces made us feel so relaxed and cozy during this unfortunately cold April. We would definitely come back if we find ourselves in the area again :) Thank you for having us!!

Catherine was a superb host and even gave us delicious slices of pie during our stay! We felt right at home!

Bryan and Pam have been amazing hosts. Our booking was close to being cancelled due to the aftermath of the storm that hit Muskoka and southern Ontario and took power out for most of cottage country. Bryan kept us updated on the power repairs and we were ecstatic that we didn’t have to cancel. We were also so pleasantly surprised to find the place in such great condition despite the havoc from the storm - it was completely cleaned and cleared before we arrived. The cottage itself is on Lake Muskoka and is a fantastic space - directly facing the lake with great views from indoors and outdoors. The kitchen had everything we needed and there was ample room for the family and our dogs. Loved it and would visit again!

I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free stay!

What a great location for a cottage! The included boats (canoes & kayaks) are really nice. We went in late October (end of the season) and the neighborhood was nearly deserted. We were often the only people out on the lake. It takes about 20-25 minutes to paddle over to one of the several waterfront restaurants in Port Severn. Trevor's communications were very precise and easy to follow. Only negative comment concerns the well water. It's not just high in minerals, it is so high in minerals that it smells terrible and you really don't want to shower in it.

The cottage setting was spectacular! Quiet and peaceful with the amenities my group loves - big, comfortable common spaces, a large kitchen, and rooms for private, peaceful sleeping. The wood burning fireplace was a real treat.

Chris and Frand were very friendly and attentive. They responded very quickly to my messages. They were flexible with check-in and check-out. The place has a private lake entrance which can be beautiful in the summer. The two rooms at the 2nd floor are cozy but keep in mind they have short ceilings, so watch your head. It was a great experience and will return at a later time

Beautiful property on Lake Simcoe with more than enough room for everyone we absolutely loved our stay and requested to stay longer but unfortunately it was committed to other guests. Great hosts, great communication. This property is the place to stay if you are looking for a spacious, lakefront property with privacy in Innisfil which is very hard to find. Highly recommended!
