The space was immaculate. It looked recently painted and fresh. The staff were extremely responsive. My phone can't support the upgrade to airbnb and they helped me work around that issue.

Great place, nice neighborhood, less than 10 minutes from all your needs and owner was timely respectful and responsive. Place was clean and comfortable and quiet. 100% would go back again.

This is a very charming place! We originally wanted one of Shannon's other properties, but waited too long and it booked. Shannon then suggested her other locations and we picked this, so nice! In warmer months, would be a fairly easy walk to downtown where they're was plenty to do. The upstairs of the duplex was good for 4 of us girls and managed with the one, beautiful bathroom. Shannon was very responsive when messaging and would definitely stay here again!

This is my second stay at this home and just like last time it was perfect. Great location and very comfortable. Will be coming back again.

This place is clean, cozy with lots of complimentary amenities. It was easy to find and close to downtown. We easily walked to the downtown area. We will definitely be coming back and staying here

Cindy’s place was wonderful - comfortable, convenient and clean - a great place to come back to at the end of the day. Cindy was immediately responsive when we had a question, and she had recommendations for local sites to enjoy. The garage was a plus because the weather was cold and windy. The kitchen is spacious and perfect for enjoying appetizers and dinner. My family and I really felt at home - it was the perfect home away from home, and at a reasonable price. I hope to return! We stayed here for a relaxed bachelorette weekend and it was perfect! The location was perfect to walk downtown, and the space was perfect to play card games and hang out with. The beds had plenty of warm cozy blankets, and there were more than enough towels!

This place is well located and extremely well stocked. Jennifer is quick to respond to any needs. We enjoyed our visit to Midland and recommend staying here!!!

This is by far the best air bnb we have ever stayed in. Clean, cozy, space to put our things away. We felt right at home and this is the only air bnb we would stay at if we are ever back in the area!

Don and Kristy have a gem! The house character by itself is amazing - a ton of history just looking at the house. The next layer of amazing is in the form of furnishings! The mid century breakfast table, end tables, living room clock, couches, and chairs are completely amazing! Super flexible on scheduling also - very responsive. I can't say how wonderful our stay was! The neighborhood was quiet and all well kept! Truly a gem!

This was our first Airbnb experience, and it exceeded our expectations! My family and I had a wonderful time at this home. The house was cozy, well-stocked, and truly felt like home. We especially enjoyed sitting outside by the beach, which was such a peaceful and relaxing experience. The house even had extra beach items that made our stay even more enjoyable. We only needed to bring a few extra items since everything we needed was provided.

Place was fantastic, within a few blocks of downtown. Great host, loved the small touches.

The house was nostalgic and perfect for our stay. The “summer kitchen” was an extra bonus area offering a wonderful game room and space for group activities. Convenient and spacious parking were a plus.
