Overall great experience and stay , any questions or concerns had was instantly answered and communication was great ! Place felt right at home and was very nice , convenient location for just about anything wanted to go and do . Will surely recommend and be back in future !

What a beautiful home to stay at! We greatly enjoyed ourselves in this home and cant wait to come back. The home was incredibly clean and smelt so good! It is close enough to the restaurants, but not so close that you hear the city. The neighborhood is perfect, quite, and safe. Perfect office space which already includes a docking station to display your computer screen onto the two existing monitors. Donald was very responsive and helpful. This place books out for a reason, get it while you can! Thanks again Donald for making us feel right at home.

Highly recommended if you’re ever in the Midland area. Great neighborhood and friendly host. Has a very nice back yard. Close to all the restaurants and stores. Comfy Bed!

we loved staying here, was here for 2 weeks and Mr. Sungu was very nice, quick to respond, very helpful, and we loved his chose, it had everything that we needed the furniture was nice and comfortable, the bed were good and snug... I would tell my friends and family to stay here if they were ever in Odessa....

We had a great stay at Richards place. My family and I were able to fit both of our vehicles in the clean and uncluttered garage. Once inside the home we felt relaxed and comfortable and rested very well overnight. the "ONLY" issue for us was the water pressure in the guest bathroom sink was low, the shower was not an issue. Great place, very quiet at night, and located near plenty of food establishments. If we are ever back in the Midland area I would book again. Thank you, Richard, for great place to rest.

This is the second time we’ve stayed in this location and the host is absolutely amazing!! Definitely a go to when we are in town!!

Really enjoyed my stay at this unit. Very private, clean and comfortable. Within walking distance of park and nature area and the units dedicated courtyard area is a nice place to chill and relax after a hard day's work. Would definitely stay here again.

I recommend this place. It was very peaceful. Everything was alright. The mall was right next to the apt. He always responded to my questions. The place had games for the kids and that kept them entertained 👌

Ona was a great host. Reposive, friendly and clear instructions. She was able to accommodate us last minute as there was an issue with the house, which was great because we needed a place to stay the day I booked, and didn't cancel our booking.

The home was just as described and pictured! We only stayed a couple of nights but it was perfect, especially the yard for my dog which is always a major plus! There was a couple of things come up but I communicated it with the hosts and they responded quickly. I would stay here again in the future, thank you!

Jennifer’s place is always clean and a perfect spot for what we need. She always has plenty of water and other stuff to make your stay great. Perfect location for trips to Odessa and other places as well. Staying again next week.

It is a beautiful place to stay peaceful quiet it has everything you need! Mike is very responsive. Any questions he will answer them will be staying again.

Everything was perfect. Shower head didn’t work the best. I went to Hone Depot and bought one and used while I was there. Definitely needs replaced.

After looking at the reviews of some hotels in the area we deciding to check on airbnb and we're excited to find Pat's apartment. It was clean and he went the extra mile proving Snacks, water, and coffee :) wifi worked great. Highly recommend!
