Very worth it. I thought I will not be happy with the place based on the review that i have read before my check-in that there is no heating,water is cold etc. But I was wrong. The rooms are big,toilets are clean,easy to communicate with the host,there is television,complete cooking utensils,with small fridge,with dishawasher,cooker,towels and lots of beddings. With the very cheap price, I am more than happy and my friends.thank you so much.

J'ai passé un très bon séjour chez John. Il a été très réactif et accueillant ! Le quartier est paisible et accessible en transport en commun. Diverses possibilités d'accéder au centre ville, dont une agréable balade au bord d'un canal. Je recommande le logement de Jonh pour un agréable séjour à Edinburgh.

Oddny is a lovely, warm-hearted host and she made us feel at home immediately. The room is really nice and cozy and there were some teabags (and cookies 😀) and a kettle in the room which is really nice when you want to snuggle up. To get to the flat, you can catch the bus 24 and then it's just a two-minute walk to Oddny's place, so it's quite easy to reach and Oddny has told us everything we needed to know. It was a lovely stay and if we come back, we'll definitely check if we can stay with Oddny again.

We stayed with Aoife & Gareth for the week and they were super helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our time. Beautiful parks to walk around, great coffee shops and walking distance to the highland cows at Swanston Farm! It was so nice to come back to clean, warm welcoming home. We would recommend Aoife if you're coming to Edinburgh.

Loved, loved, loved my stay with Paolo. He is such a friendly, welcoming and thoughtful host and made me feel right at home as soon as I arrived. The room is large and cosy and the beautiful flat is spacious and very clean and tidy. The area is quiet and felt very safe. The bus stop and Lidl are just a 4 minute walk away with buses going regularly into the centre and there are several options on transport from the airport to Paolo’s home. He is a very thoughtful host who wants his guests to be super comfortable. I cannot recommend Paolo highly enough and hope to stay with him when I visit him again.

Kat was so wonderful and accommodating for my stay in Edinburgh. Check in was very clear and easy with photos, the condo was spotlessly clean, and she even checked in on us shortly after we arrived to make sure everything went smoothly. The views are absolutely breathtaking, and we would definitely come and stay again for the great pricing.

Audrey helped me out during a last-minute trip to Scotland and her warm, kind & thoughtful welcome was much appreciated.

Perfect stay for a few days, clean, tidy and easy to access. Surrounding footpaths were very nice to stroll and could see the river from the window. Would recommend.

A perfect stay at Natalia's house. Natalia, Chris and their dog Umber have been very welcoming to us. Their place is perfectly located to join the center quickly by bus. The room is extremely comfortable with great view. We felt at home in Edinburgh!

we had a lovely 3 nights in Ollies place, the apartment was clean and bright, beds comfortable and a bonus that we could use the swimming pool and sauna. plenty shops very close by so easy to stock up on food and drinks. We walked into town centre which took about 25 minutes, but there is plenty buses and trams not far from apartment if you don't fancy walking. We would definitely stay again next time we in Edinburgh.

I spent nearly four months in Wendy's accommodation. I had a great time there! The apartment itself offers great views, and the room is very comfortable. It is easily accessible by bus and has a good connection to the city centre and main University Campus, as well as being close to a big supermarket and the beach. Being on the outskirts of the city and by the sea, it made it very easy to find peace, walking along the beach or visiting my personal favourite place, Newhailes Estate. For those coming to study here: the bus connection to the University of Edinburgh's King's Buildings is not great, especially on the way back, and if you'll have to be there a lot I'd recommend getting a bicycle, which is about twice as fast. Wendy is a very friendly host, who is usually not home during the day but if you run into her and she has time she will be open for a chat - for example sharing stories or music. She loves baking, and might leave something she made in the fridge for you!

Great place for an amazing price. Ollie was extremely responsive an checked in with us making sure everything was okay.
