Very nice room in a quiet, clean and very well equipped house. It is conveniently located close to bus routes, with easy access to the airport and city centre. Usman is a very nice and accommodating host. Highly recommended.

Lovely and peaceful night away. Easy to find with clear instructions, no hassle at all. Beautiful place and hot tub was already warm and heated up automatically. The pod itself is modern with all updated tech features. Outstanding views with a beautiful little horse in the field next to the pods that came to say Hi 😊 We drove from Glasgow, which took just under a hour. Great escape without driving too far away.

We’ve just had a wonderful week at Bramble Cottage which is idyllically situated on a woodland path. It feels like a Hansel and Gretel house- a magical haven off the beaten track and perfect for relaxation. Only 11 miles out of Edinburgh, we parked for free and took the train, which was just a 10 minute journey into the centre of Edinburgh. The local beaches are spectacular and there are lovely places to eat. We had the warmest welcome from Glen and Suzie including many lovely treats for us and our 2 dogs. The cottage itself is cosy, warm and very well appointed and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much.

Absolutely perfect! perfect place for a relaxing and private getaway with stunning views and quick easy access to shops and Edinburgh. As well as local wildlife such as golden eagle just round the corner absolutely brilliant.

First of all, Ryan let me drop my bags at the flat around 11A, which was SO nice, and opened up my options for day #1 sightseeing. The flat is in a great location: away from the hubbub of Princes Street (where I spent the first two nights due to a change in plans, and don’t get me wrong, Princes Street is great, but it’s hopping), but 11 stops (22 min) on the 10 bus from Princes Street, if that’s where you’re headed. Two highlights: 1) The laundry game here is STRONG, including a descending drying rack in the laundry room which I’m 100% going to copy as soon as I get home. 2) GREAT shower. I used the tub mat, because if I fall in the shower, it’s going to be bad. 3) Convenience store across the street, Lidl (grocery) within a mile walk. Take your bag to both, as a reminder (I had to run back across the street). Thanks, Ryan. I hope to be back next year for the Edinburgh curling tournament. John

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights to celebrate his first cancer free birthday in 5 years and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The cabin exceeded my expectations, it has been built to the highest standards and takes advantage of the most beautiful surroundings. It is stunning inside, plenty of natural light in each room. The log fire was lovely at night and kept the place very warm and cosy. The kitchen is well stocked for whatever you may wish to cook. Samantha left us a beautiful hamper full of treats and took the time to personalise a few wee things. The outdoor bath was also lovely! We spent most of our time watching the wildlife on the loch. There is a pair of nesting swans which are so fascinating to watch. Lots of other bird life including ducks and geese, our wee dog loved watching them all too! I have already recommended Tirahs Landing to friends and family. It’s a very special wee place that’s full of surprises!
