Absolutely loved this place so much that the next time we visit and need a place to stay, we will definitely stay here! This is really our fault, but We would have appreciated instructions for how to run the televisions. We were so busy that by the time we got back home to watch the news each night it was too late to contact our host. We were also so busy from morning till night that we really did not spend a lot of time at this beautiful home. Our host was always so responsive to us but we really didn't think about contacting her as we were too busy throughout the day. I am sure she would have responded if we had taken the time to text her. However, we do not stream or have any type of subscriptions, so it would have been nice to have some kind of documentation to explain how we could watch just local channels on the television sets in the house. Other than that we had no issues and really really loved staying here.

Nice place, super quiet and as described. My only advice is to start using scent free laundry detergent for the sheets and towels. Thanks.

This is an excellent place to stay. I particularly recommend it for those needing peace and quiet if working in nearby Lexington or Columbia.

This is my 3rd stay at Sharon’s Airbnb in 3 years. We love Congaree National Park! This time I saw it leafing out in early spring. I brought my own kayaks and also hiked 5 miles. We even went out for Italian. We love this studio and her fountains, porch and gardens!

This location is quiet, safe and beautiful. The bed is comfortable, it's roomy, nice, and it has everything we need. The one thing I would suggest bringing with you is a sleep mask. The curtains are pretty sheer and the bedroom window faces east. There are street lights that keep it from getting completely dark ever, but if the neighbor has the lights on the corner of his garage on, it's like daytime all night. The windows are nice and big, so it's hard to cover them with anything extra, but a sleep mask would do the trick.

The place was immaculate. You walk in and open the door and it’s like squeaky clean. She went out of her way to add a little extras that made all the difference. I sent her a message. She would respond in less than 10 minutes. She was great. The place was great.

Entrance walkway was well lit and made it easy to navigate since we arrived after dark. Place was clean and super cute. Definitely a great place for a weekend getaway by your self or with your significant other. Only thing I will say that if you are big and pregnant you can not stand in front of the bathroom sink you have to stand kinda to the side cause it’s a tight squeeze. Very comfortable bed. The dog that is mentioned to be on the property is so sweet and never barked. Definitely recommend staying here as we will stay here again if we find ourselves in the area.

Wonderful place to come back from work to relax. Peaceful, quiet and relaxing. Plenty of amenities to fully enjoy the outdoor space. Great host and very friendly as well as helpful.

We had a great stay at Vanessa's place. It was conveniently located near the interstate into Columbia from the west but was far enough away that we didn't get any traffic noise at all. In fact it was a very peaceful and quiet location to stay. All the amenities were accurately described in the listing. We were also able to utilize the nearby Publix for groceries and had no issues cooking for ourselves during our stay. The only thing that was a little tricky was the spiral staircase so if you have small kids or have trouble with stairs just be aware of that. However, the stairs outside on the side of the house made it super easy to get our luggage up and down from the bedrooms upstairs so spiral stairs didnt impact my review at all. Vanessa was super responsive and proactive with communication and while we didnt have any issues while we were there I'm very confident that if we did, she would have responded very quickly! I would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place in a secluded neighborhood not far from town. There was a pond directly behind the house I enjoyed watching the ducks and geese I would highly recommend this place

If you are looking for a beautiful, safe and relaxing place to stay in Columbia, look no further! My husband and I relocated to the city and needed a place to stay for a few weeks while house hunting. Desi’s place was the perfect home base. Located in the Heathwood area—arguably the nicest neighborhood in the entire city—it's the ideal mix of charm, convenience, and tranquility. The location is unbeatable, being right across the street from Heathwood Park, and close to all the shops and restaurants on Devine. Desi is an outstanding host! From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home, providing everything we needed and more. Plus, he has an adorable dog named Marlin, who was a sweet addition to our stay! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you’re visiting Columbia, I highly recommend staying at Desi’s—whether you’re in town for a short visit or need a longer-term stay.

The space was in a private location, while being a short drive to hikes and things to do. It was very clean! Ashley was super quick at responding and very kind. She even accommodated a check out time that worked best for our plans. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

This was one of the nicest AirBnB’s I have had an opportunity to stay in SC. It was clean, and exactly as depicted in the online description. The host was very communicative and friendly during the process from beginning to end to end! Looking forward to coming back soon.

Great hosts! Answered all our questions quickly. Location was great for a softball tournament at Kelly Mill Sports Complex. Will definitely stay here again next time we are in town!
