We had a great stay! Everything was clean, easy to find, and comfortable. We loved the extra towels and bedding. The upstairs loft was perfect for relaxing and watching a movie. The outdoors area provided lots of options for mini-golf and outdoor games, and it being fenced off was perfect for our kids. The property was close to all of the sights we wanted to see downtown and convenient access to restaurants and Safeway. We’re so happy we found this lovely home for our trip!

It’s a beautiful and unique place and I love the environment with all the positive energy. It’s been a super clean and relaxing experience I would definitely recommend and love to book this place again . Thank you !

Great location for anyone who wants to stay close to restaurants, shopping, and more. The area is nice, residential, and quiet. The place was good overall, but a few things needed attention, such as the broken towel rack in the bathroom. The host was responsive! I’d be happy to stay here again.

We were three generations of extended family gathering from Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Oregon to attend a wedding. Fong's home was a great fit for our needs - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, and shared space for spending time together.

My family stayed for the weekend and we had a wonderful time! The layout of the house was perfect for our kids, the house had immediate access to nice trails, and there were plenty of grocery stores and restaurants really close by. The nice backyard and the hot tub were the cherry on top. We definitely plan to stay here again the next time we are passing through!

Anastasiya's place was fabulous. There were 3 of us traveling for work and we each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen, veranda, and family room were all great places to hang out. Loved the hot tub. Kitchen was well stocked so we cooked in quite a bit. Everything was perfect! Would highly recommend.

The house ended up being perfect for what we needed and the backyard was so peaceful, and definetly what we needed !! The house was clean, the beds very comfortable and the linens were great! Every area was very clean and you could tell the owners took great care of their property! I will definetly come back if we come this way again. Sergey was great at responding and follow through.

This spot was great for me and my friends weekend getaway. There’s tons to do in the area and if you choose to just stay at the house, there’s plenty of entertainment! A TV in every room and tons of games and activities. Would love to come back again if I’m in the area!

This place was very comfortable and very clean. All streaming services are provided on the tv and the dimming lights are a great bonus to change up the vibe and setting of the place. The stay has very relaxing and not a sound surround the entire stay even thought the location is in a neighborhood, and surrounded by houses. Very nice place to stay for a getaway. Very clean and the host gives clear instructions and responds quick. 10/10 stay in my books, will most likely come here again when in need of a relaxing quiet weekend👍🏾

We had a great stay with our three kids! Sway was a wonderful host — communicative, helpful, and provided the space with thoughtful touches. Check-in was a breeze. The house was clean, comfortably furnished, and tastefully decorated. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the location was super convenient.

The house was very clean and cute. Lana was very responsive. The house is a 20 minute walk to a lot of great restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again!

Spacious home with 3 FULL bathrooms!! That was a plus for grandma who doesn’t like walking up and down the stairs while she is babysitting. It’s also next to many stores, even our favorite donut shop. Lots of natural lighting which we enjoy very much. If you need space for kids and have an elderly with you, this is perfect!

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.

Staying at Alex's place (River Cats) is the five-star experience you would expect from reading the reviews. I can't think of anything that the place lacked, and the amenities were plentiful. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, creamer, and sugar for your morning cup. There is a small patio in the back with table and chairs. Parking is right in front of the River Cats unit. The bed in the room just off the kitchen was comfortable. The bathroom had added touches like cotton pads and balls, shelves above the toilet, and a shelving unit with hooks and a bench below it. Very functional! The laundry room was also handy, with shelves that held extra towels and washcloths, which are often lacking in other Airbnbs. The location is close enough to the state capitol that I could have walked to it and the surrounding offices (if only my knee wasn't feeling better). All in all, I highly recommend the place.

A great, clean and modern space. Right across from a dog park! My family, including my dog loved this spot! The host’s local suggestions were great. We’ll be staying here again.

Loved this place. So peaceful and quiet. The house was so nice and clean. Everything in the descriptions was accurate. Stayed for a weekend with my family and pets. We really couldn’t spend time outside in the backyard because of the rain, but the when it stopped raining for a bit we did go out and saw how pretty it was. It has a nice grass area and lots of trees. I would stay in this house when I visit Sacramento again.

Home was gorgeous, very clean and new looking from the inside. Great location close to downtown. Dimitri was very helpful, friendly, and responded almost immediately. Great home would recommend.

this charming 1920's home can be fully envisioned with artist or a book author writing getaway!! The Bo-Ho style in the backyard was complimented by the storm that sent the garden flowers scent ( lavender) in the air while sitting in the hot tub and while in the back yard kitchen net. I grabbed a book and blanket and read and relaxed!!!

Mike's listing was absolutely perfect for what we were looking for. Extremely comfy, very lovely up to date kitchen, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. Everything was spotless when we had arrived and the check in was easy and fast. A very big selling point was the patio, it felt very nice and secluded and the peacocks and view while having a nice cup of coffee in the morning was a great way to start the day. Mike himself was very quick to respond to any questions and keeps the property up to date and very clean. All of this without gouging the bank account for me and my friends made the trip absolutely amazing.

This place was beautiful and cozy! Carolyn was an amazing host. The EV charging was so convenient. Definitely would stay again. This place felt right at home.

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

Alfonso was definitely a great host. The place was nice and very clean once I arrived. Any questions that I had we was there to answer within minutes. I'd definitely book with him again if his place is available when I come back to visit
