I am from the area, but had to leave my home on short notice due to an emergency. I booked my stay within a day of my arrival and Andrea was responsive and understanding. Additionally, I have physical disabilities and Andrea and Todd both made sure the location was as accessible as they could make it even on such short notice (e.g., moved some tables and chairs out of the path ahead of time so I'd be able to get to the entrance with my walker more easily). Throughout my stay, Andrea and Todd were both very accommodating and more than willing to offer help with anything I needed. Additionally, communication is prompt and concise, and they are readily available when needed. Also, they have a tangerine tree, so if you are here in tangerine season, you may find yourself receiving many tangerines! They truly go above and beyond for their guests and I highly recommend their home to anyone looking to visit the Sacramento area.

This has become my go-to Airbnb when I come to Sacramento — I’ve stayed here multiple times, and every visit has been just as great as the last. The space is always spotless, well-stocked, and super comfortable. Christian is consistently kind, responsive, and thoughtful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I especially appreciate the little touches, like the coffee machine and laundry setup—it’s clear a lot of care goes into making guests feel welcome. It’s rare to find a place that’s this reliable and enjoyable, so I’ll definitely keep coming back. Highly recommend!

This stay was exactly as described. Very clean and easy to get into in a very nice neighborhood on a tree line street. All the furniture was comfortable and it was very nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again if in Sacramento.

Was very satisfied with our stay. The neighborhood was peaceful and clean, great large sidewalks for walking and running. The house was clean and ready for us upon a very late arrival, so we were very apprecitive of that. Linens and towels were neat and smelled clean! Great place, clean and spacious, quiet and with easy access to general area. Would have liked to see more utensils and cookware. We were unable to cook and serve a full meal for our group of 7. Would stay again with those changes.

I had a wonderful stay! The location was nice and felt very safe. The lodging itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable—truly felt like a home away from home. I’d definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was well stocked. I liked that there were plenty of towels, and we didn't run out of hot water even with 5 adults taking showers. Also, the house was perfect for a toddler; it had everything we needed like a highchair, crib and toddler activity table for our grandson to use.

Ideal for our needs! Stayed 5 nights. Friendly responsive host. Water pressure is low in the kitchen but didn't affect the shower. I didn't catch that the private suite isn't pet-friendly so we had to rearrange our plans within our group but worked it out no problem - my error but it was clearly indicated at the home to avoid mishaps. Would definitely stay here again if in need of group accommodation. Thanks, John

Kelly’s place was more than spectacular better than the pics! She was quick to respond with any questions, the amenities available were great and the location was perfect to me! The neighborhood felt safe and it was only 7 mins away from family in the area which made my stay very convenient and stay worthy.
