Such a beautiful apartment in the perfect location. Porta Pollensa is a wonderful town with beautiful white sand beaches and aqua seas. There are lots of lovely shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is situated so close to it all that you can easily walk everywhere but it’s just out of reach of all the noise and bustle. It’s right by the sea but not overlooked. It is a large apartment with air conditioning. Very clean and Antonia was a friendly and helpful host.

Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Alles ist liebevoll eingerichtet, es gibt viele Extras und Annehmlichkeiten in der Wohnung. Die Wohnung hat mit dem beidseitigen Meerblick eine tolle Lage und es war sehr ruhig dort.

Firstly the view from the balcony and bedroom is simply amazing! Looking out the balcony everyday made the stay even better! The apartment had everything needed for a short or long term stay. Belky and her husband were such welcoming hosts who even picked me up from the bus stop! I can't thank them enough for such a warm welcome and extremely comfortable stay. Belkys communication was amazing and made everything really easy. There was flexibility with checking out so I got to enjoy the view just a little longer. I will 100% be booking again, such a cute home away from home!

We had a fantastic stay at Dimi’s apartment! The place was exactly what we were looking for—comfortable, well-equipped, and in a great location. The beds were very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the apartment had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Parking in the area is possible if you're willing to walk about 5 minutes. The kitchen was functional, though cooking for five could be a bit challenging at times—some larger pans would be a great addition. That said, we managed well and thoroughly enjoyed our time there with our children. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this apartment to others. Je tiens à remercier Maria pour toutes les bonnes choses qu'elle nous a préparé ( toast, confitures, legumes, fruits etc..) et pour sa gentillesse . Lors de notre arrivée Maria nous a expliqué en détail la quelle route il faut prendre pour accédez au parking privé. L'appartement est une petite merveille qu'on voit pas souvent. Tout était pratique, les 2 salles de bains séparées , les lits confortables, la propreté des lieux exceptionnelle. La fenêtre ronde qui est la source de lumière ne passe pas inaperçu pour les promeneurs qui s'émerveille en la voyant. Le balcon est idéal, la levée de soleil magique. Deux chaises longues et les jeux de plage c'est un atour pour passer du temps a la plage. Les serviettes de plage disponible et ça c'est un big plus. Nous avons passé des jolies vacances en visitant cap de Formonetor, Palma de Mallorca, Alcúdia et son marché et les restaurants aux alentours .Que dire de plus a part un énorme MERCI à Maria . The property was exactly what we wanted and the location opposite the beach and within easy walking distance of the Pine Walk was just perfect. We will definitely try and book this accommodation again. Also Eva could not have been more helpful.

Perfekt läge i Santa Catalina, Palma. Trots det centrala läget var lägenheten tyst (hörde inte trafiken utanför). Tatiana var mycket trevlig. Lägenheten har alla nödvändiga bekvämligheter för såväl korttidsboende (vi bodde endast i två nätter) samt för längre vistelser.

The air BnB was the high light of our trip, it is beautiful and peaceful.

We had a great vacation in Maria's beautiful house. It was perfect for our family of four. The house is well designed and cared for. The hosts provide lots of extra activities, including a ping pong table, bicycles, kayak, etc. The house is located right on the water and you can walk out the back door and enjoy a beautiful view of the harbor. The hosts are very friendly and provide excellent instructions. They are easy to communicate with and it was a great experience.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Calma. Ein Bäcker, einige Restaurants und auch drei Buchten sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Terrasse, auf der wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und beobachtet haben, wie die Sonne langsam rum kommt und auf den Pool scheint. Wer eine geschmackvolle und ruhig gelegene Unterkunft sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Carmen’s house is so special! We were a few girls staying in the off-season and it went far beyond our expectations. It was so nice to stay in a house that felt authentic, …we would love to come back :) The town is an also a great stay for a relaxed environment!

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in diesem Airbnb und habe die Ruhe sehr genossen. Es war eine großartige Erfahrung, im Haus echter Mallorquiner zu wohnen und bei An- und Abreise ihre Gastfreundschaft zu erleben. Das Haus ist sehr großzügig und geräumig. Ein großer Pluspunkt war der Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür, so dass man sich keine Gedanken um die Parkplatzsuche machen muss. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr praktisch - Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke und man ist schnell in der wundervollen Natur. Perfekt für alle, die Erholung suchen. Ich kann diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen und komme selbst gerne wieder! Ein authentisches Mallorca-Erlebnis fernab vom Massentourismus.

Die Unterkunft ist wie auf den Fotos zu sehen, sehr einfach eingerichtet. Das eine Schlafzimmer hat nur 180 cm Einzelbetten. Wenn man zu zweit beide Schlafzimmer benutzen will, muss das bei der Buchung mitgeteilt werden. Im Spätherbst/Winter riecht man die Feuchtigkeit in den Schlafzimmern. Aber der Platz der Terrasse und der Ausblick macht alles wett. Das ist das Highlight vor allem im Spätherbst, da kaum Menschen am Strand.

A truly fantastic house in a fabulous location. Thanks to Mette and Christopher for sharing their holiday home where we had a wonderful week. The house is comfortable, well furnished and equipped. All local amenities including the supermarket, beach and shops/bars/restaurants all less than a 5 minute walk away. Everybody in the village was very friendly and welcoming. The beach umbrellas and chairs came in very handy and we loved the rooftop terrace for sundowners when we got back each day. Would definitely recommend. Thanks again

Traumhafte Lage, perfekt geschnitten! Vor allem aufgrund der Lage haben wir uns die Wohnung von Cristian ausgesucht und diese hat auch absolut gehalten was Beschreibung und Fotos versprechen. Mit Meerblick beim Frühstück auf dem Balkon in den Tag starten und mit einem Wein am Abend dort beenden - ich kann mir wenig schöneres vorstellen. Die Wohnung ist super geschnitten, die Schlafzimmer nach hinten raus besonders ruhig und vor allem kühl gelegen. In der kleinen Küche war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. Eines der beiden Bäder ist sehr schön renoviert, modern und mit bodengleicher großer Dusche. Die Kommunikation mit Cristian war absolut unkompliziert und zu jederzeit kurzfristig möglich. Ganz klare Empfehlung für die Wohnung!

Die Wohnung ist in bester Lage in Cala D‘or. 4 große Schlafzimmer, großer Wohn- und Essraum, schöner Balkon und sehr große Dachterasse. Es gibt Sachen für den Strand wie Poolnudeln, Luftmatratze etc. von vergangenen Mietern. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht zum kochen. Wir wurden mit einen kleinem Korb mit Brot etc. begrüßt. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt in der Wohnung. Haben noch nie so einen schönen Ausblick gehabt. In direkter Nähe ist das belebte Cala D‘or Viertel mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Kinderpark mit kleinen Attraktionen. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber. Man hat Parkmöglichkeiten auf dem Grundstück der Wohnanlage. Vor der Wohnung ist man direkt an den Klippen von Cala Ferrera. Man kann von den Klippen direkt ins Wasser. Gemeinschaftspool vorhanden. Kaffeemaschine ist von Nespresso Dolce Gusto. Handtücher in den Badezimmern zum Duschen ausreichend vorhanden. alles in allem eine Top Unterkunft!

A stunning apartment, fully equipped for our needs. A lovely bottle of wine on arrival with plenty of water and other goodies. We all loved the location, the apartment had everything we needed, and we had stunning views across the port. Would highly recommend! Lluis was a great host, reponsive and welcoming. Eine wunderschöne Wohnung mit hochwertiger Einrichtung, in der man sich sofort wohl fühlt. Alles ist vorhanden und die technischen Geräte sind Top Top. Wir haben die beiden Terrassen und die Ruhe in der Anlage sehr genossen. Vielen Dank Ralf und Frank, dass ihr so viel Liebe in die Wohnung gesteckt habt und sie vermietet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

I have had a good solo trip to Alcudia staying at Luis place. The apartment is in an area tucked away that is next to beautiful scenery. The supermarket nearby, Colber, is great by the way (coffee / pastries / service etc). But the apartment really was lovely - clean and had all the amenities described. Luis was a great host always keeping me informed and replying straight away if I had a query. Thank you for having me Luis and I will be back:)

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold på fire uker. Veldig barnevennlig og romslig leilighet. Uteområdet og basseng ble mye brukt. Hadde alt vi trengte. Jasmina var hyggelig å kommunisere med, og svarte raskt på meldinger. Vil gjerne tilbake!

We had a wonderful stay at Diana’s accommodation. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. I can highly recommend this place!

Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Kontakt vorab war super, alles war toll beschrieben und die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Ort ist in der Nebensaison wenig belebt, trotzdem haben wir zwei schöne Restaurants gefunden und bis zum Strand sind es keine fünf Minuten zu Fuß.
