Absolutely great! The location is perfect, walking distance to the center and beach side, plus you have a supermarket really close for everyday needs. The house is really nice and has everything you need...and much more! We felt like home :) Many thanks to the host as well, communication was smooth. I recommend it 100%

Ons verblijf is prima verlopen, van begin tot eind hebben we enorm genoten. Initieel was er geen kinderbed en kinderstoel aanwezig (desondanks de omschrijving) maar dit werd meteen in orde gebracht waarvoor we heel dankbaar waren. De woning was zeer proper alsook de tuin en terras. Zeer makkelijk bereikbaar met de auto t.o.v. luchthaven, snelwegen en stadscentrum Fuengirola. De gigantische jacuzzi was perfect op temperatuur en zeer schoon, prachtig uitzicht had je. Als we terug naar deze regio komen, boeken we terug deze villa!

The place was great, fantastic views - and Paramount homes was about as good as it gets in terms of communication, they really were amazing. Would stay here again. Really small thing, but if you're looking to play basketball, the court on the common property is broken, hopefully will be fixed at some point.

Very good value for our booking period and exactly as described. Great amount of space for the price, very quiet location a short walk down to various restaurants etc. It seemed like the obvious one to book when we searched and I would definitely book it again. Only minor thing to mention was that the outdoor table area to the right of the house wasn’t very clean and the table-tennis table looks like it has seen better days. But the weather has been so unusually bad in Malaga recently that I can understand parts of the outside not being absolutely tip-top when we were there. There is a lovely terrace off the lounge which we spent a lot of time on, also enjoyed braving the pool in the rain! We also made use of the great luggage storage room in the centre of Malaga.

What a wonderful Villa we’ve stayed in. Everything was great. Steve even got us a square table for us so we can play cards. Well worth the money. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay at Carlos’ apartment! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how bright, spacious, and clean it was. The large windows let in so much natural light, making it a perfect space for groups of friends or family to gather and enjoy quality time together. Carlos is an excellent host—he truly understands the needs of a larger group, ensuring the kitchen and dining supplies were well-stocked, and even providing plenty of cleaning supplies so everyone could pitch in. Carlos also gave us a great restaurant recommendation—Mesón Andrés—which was absolutely amazing in terms of taste! He was always super friendly, responsive, and quick to assist with any minor issues. We also tried to use the heated pool, but since the weather had been quite cold and rainy (around 10°C), it wasn’t as warm as we had hoped—still usable, but more lukewarm than truly warm.

Me and my family stayed here we are a family of 12, with all different ages from 1 year to 60 plus. And there was something for everyone to enjoy the children loved pool and pool table along with the play room which is great for young kids. The adults enjoyed the pool and lounge area also having a downstairs bar and grill with a kitchen was amazing. This is the first time doing a villa as a family and it exceeded are expectations. We were met by the host tania upon arrival and she was so helpful and friendly and made us feel so welcome. And she was always contactable if we needed anything. All round an amazing villa and a brilliant family holiday which everyone enjoyed. Would definitely recommend for larger family. Thank you tania for the use of your lovely home.

The villa was absolutely beautiful. You drive into the garage and street level and take the stairs or elevator up to the swimming pool where you find the front door to the villa. The villa has seating areas outside the lounge and master bedroom with wonderful views over Torremuelle out to the sea. The pool area is delightful and clean with lovely sun loungers and the water is warm all day. The villa has electric shutters which cover all windows and doors and the whole place felt very safe while we were there. You can walk for 10 mins to Torremuelle station where you can catch a trains to Malaga, Fuengirola or Marbella. Walk another 10 mins and you are down at the sea. Lyx were incredibly responsive when we had an issue with one shutter and sent out a locksmith at 11pm who fixed it there and then. Enjoy your stay!

The pictures didn't do it justice! probably the nicest villa I have ever stayed in. It was spacious, practical, great location. The hosts were lovely with great communication. Couldn't recommend enough!

My daughter had already stayed at the villa last year and suggested it for our family trip. What fantastic place, spacious, clean and comfortable. Perfect for a family holiday with our grown up children. Rueben is really proactive with instructions. Beautiful grounds and pool. Very well equipped. Thank you we all loved it.

Enorm genoten van ons verblijf met 12 man en. Wilrik heeft ons van te voren van veel tips voorzien. Wij vlogen vroeg heen en laat terug waardoor we van Wilrik vroeg konden inchecken en laat konden uit checken. Dit was echt een cadeau waar wij als groep enorm blij mee waren. Tijdens ons verblijf konden we ook veel vragen en kregen we altijd snel een reactie. Het is een rustige omgeving waarbij wij alles bezochten met Ubers en Bolt. Dat is wel echt nodig of een huur auto. Ook de boodschappen service van Marisa is super. Daardoor hadden we een gevulde koelkast bij aankomst. Het zwembad was lekker voorverwarmd wat wel lekker is omdat deze wel het grote gedeelte van de dag in de schaduw ligt en omdat wij eind maart er zaten was dat wel een must. Ondanks dat het er 22-23 graden was. Het huis is heerlijk ruim met veel aparte slaapkamers en aparte badkamers. Kortom enorm genoten en het persoonlijk contact met Wilrik zie ik als een echt plus punt!

We enjoyed our stay at Svein's house so much that we have booked to return later this year. We stayed for two months from the end of November to the end of January. The house is in a quiet area surrounded by other villas looking over the countryside. The house is up the hill from Elviria, which has everything you need on a daily basis, with Marbella a short drive away. The beach - Golden Beach - is also easy to access with great beach bars. The house has five bedrooms with three ensuite. The other two bedrooms are in the annex and share a bathroom. The kitchen has lots of cutlery, glasses, and plates, with more in the Barbeque area. The barbeque area also has another fridge, freezer and dishwasher, making it easy to eat outside. Svien was helpful during our stay, responding very quickly to any questions.

Hemos estado 5 días, íbamos 8 personas incluidas dos personas mayores y dos adolescentes de una familia y todo fue perfecto!! La casa es fantástica en todos los aspectos (cómoda, grande, tranquila, moderna, limpia, impecable). Todo fue un lujo para nosotros , desde la piscina siempre con la temperatura ideal y limpia, la barbacoa es súper sencilla de utilizar, tiene cinta para correr en el salón, libros para leer, toallas para la piscina. Además, en todo momento estuvo pendiente Thomas por si necesitábamos cualquier cosa. Al llegar teníamos cava, refrescos y bombones en la nevera. Ha sido una semana fantástica !! Muchas gracias por todo.

Olemme tästä hyvin kiitollisia.Mari vastasi nopeasti viesteihin ja piti meistä hyvää huolta. Asunto oli parempi kun kuvissa, viihtyisä ja puhdas. Näkymät terassilta upeat.Alora on kaunis ja ihmiset ystävällisiä ja Villa Marin naapurit ottivat meidät hyvin vastaan. Villa Mari on loistava vaihtoehto kun haluat viettä lomaa aidossa Espanjalaisessa pikkukaupungissa.

Eine super tolle Wohnung. Viel Platz, edles Interieur, elegante Möbel, unglaublich tolle Küche mit einer Austattung vom Feinsten. Absolute Highlights sind der direkte Lift in die Wohnung, das Frühstück auf der Terrasse oder im Wintergarten und der Zugang zum herrlichen Strand. Die ganze Anlage ist bewacht und sehr ruhig - generell eine sehr gepflegte Parkanlage. Annehilde war eine tolle Gastgeberin, war immer super schnell erreichbar und ihre Tips waren sehr hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Appartement aufs wärmste empfehlen.

Just had a fantastic week at the villa. It's in a great location, with supermarkets and number of restaurants within walking distance, whilst it's possible to walk to Puerto Banus and the coast from the house. The house itself is comfortable throughout, we asked for the pool to be heated as we visited for Christmas week, and we got lots of use out of it. Simon and Christian were always responsive when we had any questions, which was fantastic. Would highly recommend this home, and would love to stay again. Thank you

The villa is a lovely place to stay. Large, spacious & modern. Pool not heated but that didn’t bother my child. Need a car or use Uber to get around. Restaurant over the road is fantastic. The weather was very bad during our stay so didn’t walk around the area so not sure what else is close by.

Nádherné místo! Byly jsme mile překvapeni, ubytování předčilo naše očekávání. Opravdu velmi prostorné, vhodné i pro velké skupiny, stylové s příjemnou atmosférou. Každý pokoj má svou koupelnu, vše je odděleno, takže se nikdo neruší. Je zde plně vybavena kuchyně, prádelna, vše je k dispozici. Na velké zahradě je spousta místa k posezení a odpočinku. Ze zahrady je nádherný výhled na město pod námi a moře, užívali jsme si krásné západy slunce. V docházkové vzdálenosti je městečko s kavárnami a restauracemi. Skvělý poměr cena/výkon.

Everything was great! We definitely recommend staying there and hope to return next year as well :) The villa looked as in pictures and even better. We were a group of 16 people and we arrived early on Sunday. It was very convenient that we could agree to check in earlier than afternoon, because afterwards we could go straight to the disc golf track and the persons not playing disc golf could already relax and stay at the villa. By our arrival, the hostess Vanessa warmly welcomed us, showed where things are located and how everything works, gave practical tips and tricks during our stay, also which grocery stores were open on Sundays. She was very helpful and tried to solve any issues if they occured. For example, an item was left behind after the check out, she managed to find it and now it has safely returned to its owner! Thank you very much! The surrounding area was peaceful. The beach was very close, we loved the pool and jacuzzi. The house was modern, clean and well equipped.

The villa was superb every little think you can imagine Tatiana had it all ,a group of 6 adults in a room each and still lots o room ,villa is on a bit of a hill but taxis are cheap ,we will definitely be back in the near future

we hebben een geweldige week gehad in de mooie villa. we hadden de pech dat we erg slecht weer hadden waardoor we niet alle faciliteiten konden gebruiken maar werden zeer aangenaam verrast door onze host Maarten die als compensatie voor het slechte weer ons een gratis massage aanbood bij een plaatselijk contact.. geweldige geste terwijl hij toch echt niets kon doen aan het slechte weer :) ook de uitchecktijd werd op onze vraag enorm aangepast zodat we tot op het laatst in de villa konden blijven al met al, supersnelle vriendelijke reactie en een mooie plek om te zijn! zeer aan te bevelen. robert en Svenja en kids

This is a beautiful villa in and excellent location, walking distance to a large supermarket and restaurants. Really easy to access the main highway by car. There was an unavoidable issue with the pool for our first few days but the whole team were so quick to resolve it and super communicative throughout and once it was up and running we loved it! We had a really great stay, Amie is a fantastic host!

Just came back from staying here for my sister’s hen and we had the most amazing time! Villa is beautiful and in the most perfect location. Accommodated 9 of us and still felt very spacious! Walkable to many bars/restaurants and Puerto Banus main area. Hayley was very quick with responding to any messages and giving recommendations and Sol was on hand answering any questions while we were there and held our luggage for us due to a late flight leaving! Would absolutely stay here again and would definitely recommend!
