Das Haus ist einfach einmalig. Die Aussicht auf den See ist atemberaubend und es ist toll, dass man direkt im Wald ist. Unglaublich schön. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten noch länger geblieben. Kari ist sehr zuvorkommend und hat sogar kurzfristig noch eine Kinderschwimmweste für unsere Tochter organisiert. Vielen Dank! Der Whirlpool und die Saune sind top in Schuss und die Küche ist sehr gut eingerichtet. Alles in Allem war es ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub für uns und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt.

Wir hatten außergewöhnlich schöne und entspannte Tage in der Unterkunft! Eine tolles Erlebnis mit einem wunderschönen See und der verschneiten Natur direkt vor der Haustür. Unsere 3 Familien mit kleinen Kindern hat wirklich jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Von der gut ausgestatteten Küche angefangen bis zur schönen Sauna. Unsere Kinder wären am lieben geblieben…das ist sicher ein gutes Zeichen! ☺️

We spent 5 nights at Erik‘s place and it simpley was an amazing time. If you want to enjoy nature and take a break from hectic every day life, this is the right place to go! Also the outdoor sauna was a very cool experience :) 10/10 would recommend!

Lea is a lovely host - very welcoming, warm, friendly, accomodating, easygoing and flexible. I had no issues whatsoever with her or my stay in her house. The house and her property by the lake is just gorgeus, the view is so calming and beautiful to look at. She takes great care of her garden too. I found the house having a very peaceful energy to it, I felt very relaxed there. The only slight downside for me personally was the double bed itself in the bedroom I stayed in. The mattress felt as it had seen it's better days, didn't feel quite firm enough for me, but then again this might not be an issue to other guests at all. I personally happen to have certain back issues and a good bed is something that's very important to me (I had forgotten to ask about the bed prior to my trip). I spoke to Lea about it after my first night and she was just wonderful with the whole thing as with everything else - didn't get triggered or provoked at all. She offered one of the other rooms to me as the single beds are firmer and that I could pretty much choose freely what ever works for me best as I was the only guest in the house during my stay. I found her to be very easygoing and just lovely in every way. I had some very nice conversations with Lea as well and we shared some great laughs too. She was also very kind to me, for example when it rained hard upon my arrival and my only shoes had gone soaking wet, she offered to dry them in the sauna for the next day. Also on another day when it kept raining, she offered me her own rain coat and rain boots so that I wouldn't get wet as I was taking part in the music festival as a singer and getting sick would have been very unfortunate. She also allowed me to practise freely in the house. Brewing a cup of coffee in the morning and the use of basic condiments such as salt and pepper while cooking in the kitchen was also included in the price. I am very pleased with my stay at Lea's beautiful home. She was a superb, fun host and seemed like a wonderful humanbeing overall. I felt great in her house and have no complaints about her whatsoever.

Tutto perfetto: superconsigliato. Se dovessi tornare in zona alloggerei sicuramente qui. Barche a remi sempre a disposizione, barbecue in riva al lago e casa comoda per 5. Natalia è stata molto cordiale.

Viihdyimme todella hyvin Markun huvilalla, harmi että olimme varanneet majoituksen vain yhdeksi yöksi. Näkymät järvelle oli mahtavat. Majoitus sopi myös hyvin isommalle porukalle, plussaa neljästä erillisestä makuuhuoneesta.

Mökki joka varmaankin aika uusi kun hieman keskeneräisen oloinen ulkopuoli. Sanoisin jännä pohjaratkaisu huoneiden suhteen. Toinen wc olisi hyvä. Tosi hienolla paikalla hiekkatie siirtymän päässä omassa rauhassaan. Ihan toimiva, eikä varsinaisesti moitittavaa kun työreissulla pysähdyimme. Ennakoiva ja avulias vuokraaja!

Viivyin useamman viikon ja olen erittäin tyytyväinen: asunto oli puhdas ja siisti, rauhallisella paikalla lähellä keskustaa ja esim. välisiivoukset tehtiin joustavasti ja hyvin. Pekka piti vieraasta hyvää huolta, vastasi nopeasti ja pyysi ilmoittamaan, jos mitään puutteita on - ei kyllä ollut. Oikein mielelläni palaan tähän, jos majoitusta Mikkelissä tarvitsen.

Kaikki sujui todella hyvin ja majoittajan kanssa kommunikointi oli helppoa ja vaivatonta. Suosittelen varauksetta.

The Staff of Koivikko is very skill, nice and friendly. There is no better place to stay; to relax and to listen the silence. I enjoyed very much my time in Koivikko. Many thanks to all of You. Stay healthy. We see in next Winter.

"Kuin mummolaan olisi tullut". Kodikas, kaikki tarvittava löytyi ja sijainti loistava. Ritva myös piti viestien huolta, että kaikki sujui mallikkaasti. Todellakin suosittelen! 😊

Hanna's house was one of the loviest place I had the chance to stay at! The environment around is a dream, even under -15 degrees: the frozen lake you can have a beautiful walk on, the snow and animals... In itself, the house has the most beautiful view and everything you need to spend a great stay and feel at home! I recommand 1000%, will be back there in the future!

Iso huvila kauniilla paikalla järven rannalla. Tontilla rantasauna, grillikatos, pihakeinu, soutuvene, palju. Huvila on uudehko ja tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Keittiö toimiva ja tilava. Makuuhuoneessa pimennysrullaverhot ja mukavat sängyt. Paikalle oli helppo löytää.

Katseltuani Sulkavan majoitustarjontaa näin talvikaudella tulin nopeasti tulokseen, että hotellimajoitus ei tule kyseeseen. Matka oli työmatka, joten tarvitsin toimivat yhteydet sekä neuvottelutilaa. Lisäksi keittiön tuli olla sellainen, että ruuan valmistus sekä tarjoilu sujuu vaivattomasti. Kohde ylitti odotukset: paikalla toimi 5G - yhteydet, joka ei sisäsuomen hotelleissakaan ole jokapäiväistä. Asunnossa oli selkeä oleskelutila, jossa palaverien pitäminen sujui hyvin, yhdistetyn keittiön vuoksi ei ollut tarvetta kulkea ns. yksityisissä tiloissa. Työn lisäksi myös vapaa-aika sujui, sillä saunomismahdollisuus + rauhallinen ympäristö sai nopeasti ylivirittyneen ruumiin rentoutumaan. Pidempään reissussa oleva arvostaa pesukonetta ja kuivauskaappia (lapsiperheet huom). Keittiön varustus sekä astiastot bränditavaraa eikä mitään Ikeaa. Voin varauksetta suositella kohdetta lomailuun ja etätyöhön. Jos ravintoloita yms. palveluita kaipaa niin kannattaa katsoa toisia paikkoja.

Elämyksellinen näkymä avautui heti sisääntullessa olohuoneen ikkunoista järvelle! Laadukas ja viihtyisä kokonaisuus poreammeineen. Majoittaja vastasi nopeasti viesteihin. Lämmin suositus !

Underbart ställe, vackert hus med roliga detaljer. Fin miljö med privat strand. Rymligt och bekvämt hus, perfekt för familjeträff. Fungerande kök, med tillräckligt av allt. Det var en upplevelse att bo här. Värdarna toppen, jag beundrar allt arbete de satt på den här unika platsen.

Hyvin varusteltu ja viihtyisä huvila upealla paikalla. Erityisesti ulkoporeallas oli erinomainen mukavuus.

Magnifique chalet, hyper propre, très fonctionnel. Le sauna est juste parfait après une journée de rando. La communication et les suggestions étaient très utiles!!! Je recommande chaleureusement !

Wir hatten eine traumhafte Zeit in dieser schönen Villa und allem was dazugehört. Tolle Villa, super Austattung, die beiden Saunen sind hevorragend. Alles modern und sehr sauber. Die Lage und das Grundstück am See sind wunderschön.

It was an awesome jump into the new year! We had 5 beautiful days in an wonderful cottage, surrounded by 100% Nature and 0% stress.
