Przestronny apartament, idealny dla rodziny 2+2. Fantastyczna lokalizacja ze względu na bliskość mariny, plaży i restauracji. Ma to też małe wady bo jest przez to trochę głośniej w nocy. Duży parking publiczny pod blokiem, 20zl za dobę lub 60zł za tydzień.

Man bekommt bei Adam einiges geboten, man hat nicht nur eine Wohnung, sondern ein komplettes Gehöft mit Teichanlage, Grillplatz und einem wunderschönen Gemüsegarten. Eine perfekt Lage in einer wunderschönen Gegend! Adam pflegt und hegt diesen wunderschönen Hof mit Leib, Seele und Liebe! Die Unterkunft ist makellos, modern und extrem sauber! Man hat hier alles was man braucht! Adam ist ein wundervoller Gastgeber, der extrem hilfsbereit ist. Unkompliziert und einfach. Ich empfehle jedem diese Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung liegt direkt am See, so wie auf dem Bild. Unten ist ein Steg, von dem aus man auch baden kann. Die Vermieterin stellt ein Kanu, ein Stand up-Paddel-Brett sowie drei Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Der Wohnbereich mit Küche, Eßbereich, Wohnzimmer und Wintergarten ist groß. Die Küche ist ungewöhnlich gut eingerichtet mithochwertigen Gegenständen. Alles ist bestens in Ordnung. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Der Empfang durch sie war sehr freundlich, u.a. mit Prosecco und Obstschale.

Very nice, spacious and well equipped apartment in a modern building with an elevator. We liked the central location, fast internet and well equipped kitchen. Everything seemed new and well maintained. Location is in a quiet side street close to the city beach. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Private parking was available in the underground parking garage. This parking space might be a bit tight for large vehicles. Outside parking can be found easily as well.

amazing place We arrived as a couple plus a baby and a five-year-old girl. The house is equipped and lacks nothing. The garden has a variety of activities for children such as a pool, trampoline, sandbox, playhouse, barbecue corner and a huge area for playing. From the back you can go directly to one of the lake channels which is wonderful The public beach of the lake, including the promenade to the lake, is a five-minute walk away. A ten minute walk from the old town and the park. Everything is close, including the rope park and other attractions. We stayed for a whole week and had an extraordinary experience

The flat totally exceeded our expectations! It was super cozy and comfortable! Would love to come again!

Świetne miejsce - cisza, spokój, las i brak sąsiadów. Właściciel przemiły, dom czysty i zadbany jak i działka w okół. Idealne miejsce na spacery, dla rodzin i ludzi z psami ;-) Serdecznie polecam

The eight of us had a marvellous time at Agnieszka's fantastic house on the lake at Stare Stady. She could not have been a better host. So patient when we arrived several hours late, and accommodating when we had to check out early in the morning. The house and garden are incredibly well-equipped and have many different places to relax. There is a Rolls-Royce barbecue area, and wood all seasoned and graded for the fire pit. We used the jetty and boats a lot, swam several times a day, and just had a great time there. There is a restaurant and bar next door that we twice went to which was cheap and welcoming and where they have a beach volleyball pitch you can use. All the beds are comfortable and the TV and audio is easy to use. Plenty of toys and games for all the family - including all our adult children. An idyllic place for a holiday!

Dom jest pieknie polozony na obrzezach miejscowosci, przy bocznej drozce, a za plotem rozposciera sie pole, ktorym w kilka minut mozna dojsc na przepiekna, pusta trawiasta plaze nad jeziorem z lagodnym zejsciem i czysciutka woda. Z tarasu widac wode, zielen i pole, bardzo relaksujaco. Dom jest swietnie przystosowany dla tego rozmiaru grupy - prywatne sypialnie, 3 lazienki, kuchnia wyposazona tak, zeby wygodnie przygotowac wszelkie jedzonko dla duzej grupy. Duza przestrzen wspolna z kominkiem i wygodna kanapa na relaks w chlodniejsze wieczory. Piekny taras z odpowiednia liczba miejsc dla wszystkich, pufki i lezaki na popoludniowe bimbanie. W rogu ogrodu jest miejsce na ognisko. W odleglosci kilkunastu minut spacerem pyszna knajpa, a na rowerze mozna pojechac do bunkrow i innych atrakcji. Zdecydowanie warte polecenia na odpoczynek od miasta i reset na lonie natury.

Domek był zgodny z opisem, a nawet przerósł nasze oczekiwania. Wnętrze było czyste, zadbane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone. Wszystko, co było obiecane w ofercie, zostało spełnione, a dodatkowo czuć było, że gospodarze zadbali o każdy szczegół, by goście czuli się jak najlepiej. Lokalizacja to zdecydowany atut – zaledwie kilka kroków dzieliło nas od jeziora. Gospodarz był niezwykle komunikatywny i pomocny. Polecam wszystkim szukającym spokojnego miejsca na wypoczynek blisko natury.

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im späten Herbst, das Haus bietet eine liebevolle Atmosphäre und ist von der Küche bis zum Bad, über das Bootshaus bis zum Kajak mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Egal was man kochen möchte, die Küche bietet alles. Das Haus war sehr gepflegt, makellos uns ausgesprochen sauber und ordentlich. Die Gastgeberin war mehr als freundlich und zuvorkommend, besser kann man es sich nicht wünschen. Die Lage des Hauses ist zauberhaft und bietet absolutes Potenzial sich zu entspannen. Auch die Nachbarn waren sehr ruhig und freundlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, freuen uns schon sehr und sind wahrlich dankbar für diese tolle Erfahrung.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Ferienhaus war einfach perfekt! Von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute haben wir uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, extrem sauber und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich für einen erholsamen Urlaub wünscht. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet, was das Kochen vor Ort zum Vergnügen machte. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der großzügige Garten, der perfekt für entspannte Nachmittage und Grillabende ist. Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls unschlagbar. Es liegt in einer ruhigen und malerischen Umgebung. Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit waren. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir können dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen und freuen uns schon auf unseren nächsten Besuch!

Das Haus ist ordentlich, sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man für den alltäglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Die Lage ist ruhig, die Haupstraße 58 hört man nur sehr selten. Internet ist vorhanden und ausreichend schnell um auch fern zu arbeiten. Allerdings ist der gezeigte Badeplatz der öffentliche Badeplatz der Gemeinde Stary Kiełbonki, das sollten Sportangler berücksichtigen und entsprechend früh oder spät fischen gehen. In der weiteren Umgebung gibt es noch weitere Seen an denen man fischen kann (Angelgenehmigung muss separat gekauft werden in Zgon), Wälder zum Pilze sammeln, einen Hochseilgarten oder die Möglichkeit sich Kajaks zu mieten. Ein kleines Geschäft, 'Sklep ABC' befindet sich in Stary Kiełbonki.

Przepiękny dom i miejsce. Pokoje czyste i duże. Cały parter to zrobione w pięknym stylu dwa salony oraz jadalnia. Dwie duże kuchnie. Dom wyposażony na Maxa we wszystko. Właściciel przesympatyczny, odpowiada na wiadomości niemal natychmiast. Pani Judytka opiekująca się domem bardzo sympatyczna i pomocna. Nie wiem czy może być jakaś zła strona tego miejsca. Gorąco polecam. Wrócimy tu na pewno
