The house is great, the hosts thought of everything and not lacking in amenities. Rafina was peaceful and walkable to tons of variety of food options. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony drinking my coffee in the morning and wine in the evening staring out at the water. People are walking their dogs, going on jogs, playing in the park in front of you, having picnics. It’s an absolute serene experience. The hosts are so sweet and attentive and super helpful. They answer every question you have night or day. They have food recommendations and even have a binder in the living room with menus of local options. One thing I’ll point out is use the cross streets in the address description, it was the only way to explain to delivery drivers, taxis and Ubers where to deliver food and where to pick us up.

Appartamento molto bello, con vista sul mare che regala tramonti meravigliosi. L'appartamento era molto pulito e ben fornito, abbiamo soggiornato due mesi e siamo stati benissimo, trovando tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. La zona è molto comoda, a due passi dalla spiaggia e a pochi metri da tutto: supermercati, ristoranti, bar, negozi, una zona verde. Adatto anche a chi ha un cane, il nostro ha adorato il posto. Con dieci minuti di auto si è nel centro di Atene, oppure si può prendere il tram dalla vicina fermata. Host molto disponibile, reattiva e cordiale, grazie veramente di tutto :)

Nous n’avons passé qu’une courte nuit mais Mike a été très réactif quand nous avons eu des difficultés à trouver l’emplacement. Super endroit juste au dessus de la mer avec possibilité de baignade à 2 mn. Magique ! Seul petit bémol il faisait assez chaud à l’intérieur, et la chambre adulte n’a pas de grand lit mais 2 lit jumeaux, avec une literie assez limite pour un dos un peu fragile. Nous avons trouvé des bouteilles d’eau et des bières fraîches à notre arrivée, tellement sympa ! Merci Mike ! super adresse, on serait bien restes !!

The apartment is beautifully renovated with its modern, welcoming interior. Every need was provided. Located at the back of the building facing an internal courtyard created calm and privacy at all times. Yet, well walk out onto the street all need from supermarket, cafes, restaurants, cinema, and the beautiful port of Pireaus Pasalima directly in front. I like walking and although Athens is not a walking city, this area is. The hosts were all brilliant communicators and extremely responsive. It was a pleasure to stay here for a week. I can't recommend more highly.

C'est la deuxième fois que nous sommes accueillis dans cette maison paradisiaque et nous espérons y revenir encore. Les trois chambres sont extrêmement calmes et lumineuses et le séjour est paisible et agréablement décoré. Mais rien ne vaut la grande terrasse et sa vue époustouflante, chaque matin recommencée. Nous n'avons pas loué de voiture et sommes tous les jours allé.es à la plage à pied (2 minutes pour Askéli beach en descendant une grande volée de marches), 5 minutes pour Kavali, 15 minutes pour Neorio). Le centre-ville est à 15-20 minutes à pied et longer la mer et le port pour s'y rendre est un enchantement. Il y a une bonne boulangerie et une superette bien achalandée à 7-8 minutes de la maison. Nous remercions encore Zia et Michalis pour leur gentillesse et leur disponibilité!

Jak tak pięknie jest w zimie, to co dopiero w lecie :-) Antonios zawsze dostępny, znajduje rozwiązanie na wszystko! Dom, ogród, zaplecze - pierwsza klasa. Koty - kto lubi, a chyba wszyscy lubimy :-) - dodają dużo atmosfery. Widok z salonu, tarasu i górnego tarasu - bajeczne. Miejsce świetne, morze 100m, knajpki 100-300m i na śniadania, lunche i kolacje. Sklepy też na piechotę, zarówno małe jak i dwa markety. Na lotnisko 20min, do Aten (pod Akropol) 60min. Cieszymy się, że wybraliśmy dom Anotoniosa.

היה מקסים! המארח היה אדיב והגיב מהר לכל שאלה. הוא שלח לנו המון המלצות מקומיות שעזרו לנו להתמצא. הדירה הייתה מאובזרת מאוד! היה סאפ וציוד שנורקלינג, מזרן יוגה ועוד הרבה אביזרים שמעידים על תשומת לב מיוחדת לצרכים של מי שמגיע. הסביבה מהממת והבית ממש ממש *על* הים, הכי קרוב שאי פעם ראיתי! יש משהו אחד שחשוב לדעת- בגלל שהבית מקסים ויפה ועתיק הוא בנוי בצורה מיושנת. לכן, קומת השינה נפרדת לחלוטין מקומת הסלון והמטבח, והשירותים והמקלחת נמצאים ממש מחוץ לבית - כלומר צריך לעבור בכל פעם דרך החצר. גם כשהדלקנו דוד המים היו פושרים יחסית. זה לא הפריע לנו ואפילו היה לזה את הקסם שלו- אבל צריך לקחת את זה בחשבון.

We stayed in studio 3, which offers the most in terms of privacy, but restricted sunlight onto the balcony area during the daytime. We didn’t use the pool which is located directly outside of studio 4 and one of the smaller studios. The studio itself in terms of cleanliness we could not fault, including the mid-week linen and towel changes. The studio is well equipped, including a dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. We were kindly met at the port by Evangelia, we were grateful of this as we doubt we would have located the studio ourselves due to it being located in a remote area accessed by a 15-20 minute journey down a challenging, undulating dirt track which tested both the ability of our hire car, and indeed driving skills when returning back to the studio in darkness each evening. The location of the studio is in a remote area, with other properties set in the rock face which are set just up from the beach. The beach was nice, it gets busier at the weekends when there is also a charge of 25 Euros for two sun beds, a parasol, two towels and two bottles of water, there is however space on the beach if you just want to set out your beach towels, free of charge. There are no taverna’s or supermarkets located near the studio, the closest being another 15-20 minute drive back along the dirt track, we ended up doing this journey at least twice a day, once to explore the island, and again in the evenings to enable us to visit the taverna’s. All in all, the studios are well presented, and ideally located if you want to watch the sunset and enjoy a relaxing holiday away from the crowds.

Fantastic house. Good location but good to have a car for sightseeing. Very helpful host. Lots of advice. Very quick to respond to any questions. She welcomed us wonderfully. We enjoyed the large, family living room. The house is very clean and nice.

Where to begin. Fantastic hostess, family are so sweet and make sure everything is taken care of to make your stay comfortable. Location is perfect, very central with amazing sea views. Apartment is spotless and highly refurbished with all mod cons. The is a supermarket is literally around the corner, with a great selection for fresh produce. There is a bus stop that runs frequently to Athens so you can explore the history of the acropolis. The pool is owned by the cafe, however, if you make aware to George you are staying at the apartment and so long as you are buying drinks, they will waiver the fee. Great food, great atmosphere. Very clean place, eating out costs roughly 60-100 euro for a family of four including two alcoholic drinks. Overall, immense value for money and the hostess was an absolute gem, nothing was ever a problem. Quick responses. 5/5 We can’t wait to stay again ☺️

The house has all the amenities provided on the description. The rooms and all the spaces in general were clean and tidy which consisted a perfect place for a family stay such as my own. The area was also very quiet and peaceful. The host was very friendly and eager to help us with every need and inquiry. He also provided info about the local restaurants and places to go. All in all I totally recommend it!

Magnifique environnement pour un séjour calme et privilégié. Le lieu est vraiment paradisiaque avec un accès à la mer par un petit escalier (attention ce n’est pas une plage mais des rochers - accès pas facile pour jeunes enfants ) et t une piscine agréable. La villa est très jolie et assez bien équipée (hormis la cuisine qui mériterait un rafraîchissement des équipements ). Les lits sont confortables. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille avec un enfant et mes parents de 80 ans .

The hosts are very friendly and helpful! We didn’t have a car for a couple days and they helped us get a taxi when we had issues with the ride share app. The hosts were also very responsive when we had any issues or questions. The villa is spacious and looks just as pictured! I would recommend staying here and my friends & I hope to come back during the warmer months one day.

We had a fantastic week in Greece. Villa Dryas has everything you need and the outside space is what really makes it special. Our 14 and 7 year old were fully entertained with indoor and outdoor activities at the Villa. The swimming pool is great. The location is just outside of Athens (only 20 mins from the airport) and we would recommend a car as there was lots to see and do in the surrounding area. Thanos is a great host and responded very quickly to any queries we had. We would recommend Villa Dryas! :-)

3 Nächte im Secret Paradise waren definitiv zu kurz. Uns hat die gut ausgestattete und perfekt eingerichtete Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Empfehlungen für Ausflugsziele, Tavernen etc. haben wir ausreichend erhalten und diese haben uns ebenfalls sehr gefallen. Die Unterkunft eignet sich perfekt um vom Alltag abzuschalten - eine privatere Lage geht kaum.

Logement idéal pour passer quelques jours de repos, sans voiture, loin du bruit et de la fureur des villes où des plages organisées La plage de Asimaki était parfaite, tranquille et propre, la boulangerie à proximité nous a permis de prendre d'excellents petits 'déjeuners et le restaurant ouvert lors de notre séjour un peu hors-saison était très sympathique. La maison de Kassy est très bien agencée, agréable et dépouillée, nous avons profité des deux terrasses selon l'heure de la journée et avons apprécié la qualité de la Wi-Fi. Bref, on note l'adresse pour une prochaine fois!

Wir waren 4 Wochen in der Unterkunft und es hat uns unbeschreiblich gut gefallen. Der Strand ist einfach genial, nur wenige Meter vom Haus entfernt und man hat den Strand fast immer alleine. Das Haus ist super ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, Fliegengitter Grill etc. Unserem Hund hat es auch sehr gefallen da er rumtollen konnte wie er wollte. Es war einfach ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub! Vielen Dank an Marina u George!

For those seeking tranquility and breathtaking views, this place is perfect. The house is fully equipped with all amenities, including a well-appointed kitchen with various appliances, a children's room, board games, beach gear, and books. The biggest highlight is the semi-private beach and the stunning view from the balcony. Anna was very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. I would love to come back here again.

This has to be the best Airbnb I have ever stayed at. It is absolutely beautiful and the Elias‘s hospitality is beyond words. There are some restaurants and beaches walking distance away, but you have a gorgeous pool at your disposal. There were snacks and other sweet touches. I highly recommend!!

Yigit’s place in Athens was absolutely stunning! Everything a family would want in an apartament for a pleasant stay. It was spotless, clean and very beautifully arranged. The kitchen was fully equipped for dinners at home and the area was super peaceful and the views were amazing! Would visit again :)
