Immaculate home with everything you need for a 5star holiday. Views to die for and the accommodation has all the little things that youd hope for in a luxury stay!

A peaceful and serene location with lovely facilities. So comfortable and cosy with every small detail thought of. We will be returning!

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The interior is brand new and beautifully set up. The kids absolutely loved the game console and our nightly movie sessions — such a treat! The beds were super comfortable, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, all spotlessly clean. My personal favorite was the laundry room — brand new, clean, and stocked with plenty of beach towels, which came in really handy. The outdoor decking area and the spa were a big hit with the kids as well. The location is perfect — quiet yet convenient. Just a three-minute walk to the beach playground, and only a five-minute drive to the town center and main attractions. The kids said it was the most comfortable place we’ve ever stayed in. We’d love to come back again!

Staying at Rustic Waters was lovely. The location was perfect, the home was cozy and clean especially with the wood fire going. Brad & Laurel were always available to answer our questions if we needed them. I highly recommend staying here with the lovely views.

We really enjoyed The Deck at Nelson. It is well appointed with sufficient bedding, comfortable lounging areas, well resourced kitchen. There were a few glitches but nothing that was not manageable.

If you are looking for a comfortable place with beautiful views and a short drive to Beachport/Robe this is perfect.

We had a lovely stay at Anthony’s lovely renovated cottage. We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Portland. Highly recommend!

We spent a couple of nights at Richard and Elisha’s cottage on our way home to Melbourne from Adelaide. It felt a bit like being in the outback, with the sound of surf on the beach not far away. It’s ’rustic chic’ or similar. Everything we needed was there, comfy bed, good aircon (it was hot!) inc a welcome bottle of wine. Only 20kms to Portland and similar distance to BudjBim NP. No pub or cafés close, so take what you need for breakfast etc. Thanks for having us.

Dianne was the perfect host. Friendly and communicative from the outset, without being at all intrusive. The house was absolutely immaculate – like a show home. Cleanliness top notch, personal touches such as home-made treats, milk & juice in the fridge, and handwritten notes around the house. The two bedrooms were very large and tastefully decorated with high quality bedding (the beds themselves were very comfy as well), and there were plenty of spare pillows etc. No detail was overlooked for the comfort and convenience of guests in this spacious and well-equipped house, with everything you need for a short or long stay. Could not recommend more highly.
