Mil Palmeras : locations de vacances avec lave-linge et sèche-linge

Asunto oli todella siisti ja kodikas. Asunnolta oli helppo kulkea rannalle, Habanerakseen ja keskustaan. Kommunikointi sujui hyvin ja omistaja toimitti meille uuden paahtimen ja imurin kun vanhat eivät toimineet. Ainoa asia mitä jäimme kaipaamaan oli säilytystila. Olimme asunnossa kuukauden ja olisimme toivoneet lisää tyhjiä kaappeja tavaroille.

Mein Aufenthalt mit Baby (10Monate) war sehr angenehm. Es gibt alles, was man benötigt (Hochstuhl, Beistellbett, Geschirr, Rolläden zum Abdunkeln, Waschmaschine, Steckdosen außer Reichweite von krabbelnden Kindern). Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, die Terrassen toll gelegen, Klima/Heizung funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Betten sind sehr bequem, die Schränke großzügig. In der Umgebung gibt es genügend Parkplätze, einen fußläufigen Supermarkt sowie einen Kinderspielplatz. Auch der Strand ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort sowie mit den Eigentümern funktioniert zuverlässig und reibungslos und war stets freundlich. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen gerne wieder!

L'appartamento è cosi come viene descritto. La zona è ottima perchè si può raggiungere tante spiagge. Noi siamo arrivati tardi e i loro genitori ci hanno dato le chiavi. Sono gentilissimi. Raccomando questo appartamento. Per fare la spesa hai Mercadona, Lidl e Aldi e 2 negozi dei cinesi se vi manca qualcosa per la spiaggia.

Mejor de que nos esperamos. El piso muy limpio, tenía todo los necesarios, buena ubicación , la anfitriona muy amable, muy buena comunicación. Todo perfecto. Y lo mejor de todo la fantástica vista al mar. Muchas gracias Mercedes, seguro volveremos

"Дьявол кроется в деталях" : очень приятно после перелета зайти в квартиру в которой стоит бутылка воды и шампанское. Приятно когда чисто , когда хозяин Вас встечает...когда есть формальны едетали,но это лично к владельцу.

This apartment stands out from the others due to the large terrace above the apartment. It offers a great area for sunbathing and socialising outside. The car parking space is near the lift which is next to the apartment, but you don’t hear it, which is a bonus. The apartment itself as a slightly larger bathroom than others which is benefits from a bigger worktop and sink area. Sofa is lush and very comfortable, doubling up as a bed. And dining area is perfect.

merci Jan nous avons passé une très bonne semaine avec les enfants l'appartement était propre nickel rien à dire la piscine était à deux pas et la plage à 6 minutes en voiture à refaire et je n'oublie pas Sarah qui nous a remis les clés très gentil👍

En pocas palabras, increíble alojamiento. En primer lugar darle las gracias a Irene por su paciencia con nosotros, nos demoramos en la llegada e igualmente estuvo atenta, servicial y muy educada. En cuanto al alojamiento, sin palabras, nos encantó, todo limpisimo, super ordenado y espacioso. Increíble lo moderno que es, se nota que está reformado con cariño. Sin duda alguna, recomendable al 200%. Gracias por acogernos.

Wir durften spontan länger bleiben, das sagt ja wohl alles. Es war eine super Zeit und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

had a lovely 5 days here between Christmas and new year. location was perfect with easy parking and some good restaurants within a 25 min walk. house was very clean with everything you need ,this would be perfect for a small family as the beach is almost at your front door. we had a very easy and clear check in with ceferina with clear instructions. thank you. david.

Wij hebben een fantastisch verblijf gehad in Villa Sunshine ! Gezellig en smaakvol ingericht wat een huiselijk gevoel geeft. Er is gelet op kleine details wat een comfortabel en gastvrij effect heeft. De woonomgeving is erg rustig en stil waardoor je helemaal tot rust komt. Ook onze hond had het prima naar zijn zin en hij kon vrij en veilig in de tuin rondlopen omdat het helemaal afgezet is. Veel dank aan Barbara dat ze dit huis beschikbaar heeft gesteld. We voelden ons helemaal welkom. Barbara is heel vriendelijk en gericht op een goede en snelle communicatie wat een professionele indruk achterlaat. Hopelijk tot ziens Villa Sunshine :) ! Jeg driver med Airbnb utleie selv, har opp til 30 enheter i Norge. Det å få bo hos J.Antonio & Elena var en fantastisk opplevelse. Alt var lagt til rette for å skape gode minner. Perfekt opphold, anbefales på det sterkeste. Fikk hjelp til å komme til Alicante flyplass. God service!

Han sido unos días perfectos, la villa es increíble, con una cantidad de LUZ natural inigualable. La piscina es preciosa y aporta una calidad al salón inigualable. Hemos podido aprovechar todas las estancias de la casa, con múltiples zonas para disfrutar en familia!

Ich möchte mich noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt bei euch bedanken. Die Organisation war super – alles hat reibungslos geklappt, und man hat sich direkt wohlgefühlt. Ein echtes Highlight war die Nähe zum Strand! Es war unglaublich schön, morgens schnell am Meer zu sein und die frische Brise zu genießen. Das hat unseren Urlaub wirklich perfekt gemacht. Aunque está al final de la manga y se hace un poco pesado ir por el tráfico, merece la pena. La zona es muy bonita, tranquila y con un buen baño en la playa. La casa es espectacular, muy cómoda y con unas vistas espectaculares. El balcón que tiene es de 10. Tienes todos los servicios cerca y unos chiringuitos sensacionales. Además, los anfitriones son espectaculares, muy simpáticos y responden siempre a todo y rápido. Es muy recomendable!!!

appartement propre, confortable et bien équipé. L'atout majeur pour cet appartement, c'est qu'il bénéficie d'une vue superbe sur la mar Menor, la méditerranée et le port avec en prime de magnifiques couchers de soleil. L'arrêt de bus se trouve à proximité. Oscar est très accueillant, agréable et vous reçoit avec des petits présents. Nous y avons séjourné pendant la période hivernale; La Manga est quelque peu désertée en cette saison. Globalement, nous avons été satisfaits.

Flott leilighet med fantastisk beliggenhet, alt er i nærheten. Butikker, strand, restauranter. kort vei til bussterminal. God standard med alt du forventer av en moderne leilighet.

Our stay was splendid. The area was great, perfect for walks, out of season it was also very quiet and nice. The airbnb was clean and looked just like in the photos. Miguel was extremely nice and helpful, always ready to answer. 5/5, sincerely recommending:)

We had an excellent stay! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful even before our check-in, answering all our questions promptly and ensuring everything was ready for our arrival. They were also very accommodating with check-in and check-out times, making the process smooth and stress-free. The space was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described, making our stay truly enjoyable. There are supermarkets available at walkable distance for people who don't drive will be helpful. There are plenty of beaches around too. I highly recommend this host and would definitely stay here again!

A warm welcome from Briant to a lovely modern 2 bed apartment with a spacious south west facing balcony. The heated outdoor pool was a real bonus in March. Easy to walk to Zenia Boulevard, beach and local restaurants. A secure development including secure parking for our car. We very much enjoyed our stay.
