Milan : locations de vacances avec salon de jardin

We stay in the apartment for two nights during a business trip. And everything was fantastic. The apartment is exactly what we want and it’s a perfect place for friends, colleagues and a family. Mariagrazia organised it perfectly and we had no check-in issues after our flight delay. Mariagrazia was very helpful, answer quickly and was a perfect host.

Останавливались у Марко вместе с коллегами в деловой поездке. Прекрасный дом, все чисто, кухня укомплектована всем необходимым. Магазины рядом, в шаговой доступности. Для желающих расслабиться есть сауна, джакузи и бассейн (правда и не успели воспользоваться). Благодарим за предоставленный дом!

Great accommodation! The place was spacious enough for the 2 of us, kitchen was fully equipped and the living room and private garden were great for evening get-togethers. Host was very responsive and helped us whenever we needed. Self check-in and check-pit were very easy with clear instructions. The area is great, there are restaurants around, walkable distance to the Dome and to many shops. The only thing slightly uncomfortable was the temperature inside with heating on but we visited during a very cold weekend. All in all it was an amazing stay! Would recomand the accommodation for any Milan stay!

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dem Haus. Alles wie auf den Bildern , Pool war auch super , Grill war vorhanden , genug Platz zum parken. Andrea war sehr freundlich die Kommunikation war hervorragend und ansonsten sind wir auch sehe zufrieden gewesen .

Alloggio come da foto. comodissimo il posto auto nel cortile, molto ben illuminato la sera. Host gentilissimi. Da tenere tra i preferiti.

Nausica's place is quiet ,wide and very comfortable with everything you may need to spend a few days at Milano. There were all the essentials you need for bath, wash, clean up and cook, the only thing to mention as a drawback is that there can be more kitchen stuffs for cooking. Even though the neighborhood is not so interesting, it is at .walking distance to the Metro, supermarket and it has parking, that's very important if you go by car. I definitely recommend Nausica's place ad Nausica as host with no doubt.

Bardzo dobre miejsce do poznawania okolic Mediolanu. Gospodarz pomocny, szybko odpisuje na wiadomości. Bardzo spodobała mi się możliwość elastycznej godziny zameldowania i wymeldowania.

Sabrina's apartment was very cozy, comfortable and super clean! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The apartment has a wrap around balcony/terrace which provided incredible views of the city. We had a perfect spot to view fireworks on New Year's Eve! The shower did not run out of hot water and the coffee machine worked perfectly. Sabrina is a fantastic host. She is super friendly, helpful and provided us with plenty of great recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. The Internet was solid. The tram stops right out front of the building which made it easy to move around the city. Thank you, Sabrina!

The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Located in the heart of the city, this place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The host provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. I was taken aback by the breathtaking views from the balcony. Our host was attentive and made sure everything was in order for our arrival.

Maddalena’s apartment was one of the cutest Airbnbs I have ever stayed in. Everything is furnished so uniquely, from the bookshelves to the various kinds of lamps around the home. The windows and balconies provide a lot of natural light during the day time and it gave the apartment a very chill vibe. On top of that, her neighbor’s cats came to hang out with us for a little bit and they were extremely friendly too. Couldn’t have asked for a better time in Milan :)

Eleonora is such a professional, kind, and understanding person. The apartment is in a great location and has everything you need. There is a park nearby, which is great if you’re staying with a dog. The apartment had all the essentials, and the terrace—😍😍 so cozy!

I stayed at the Bike Studio for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time. The apartment was clean, had all the amenities I needed for a long stay, and situated in a great neighbourhood with many restaurants, cafes, and bars. Alessandra was an excellent host, very easy to contact and very receptive. She arranged to have linens changed and the whole apartment cleaned every 2 weeks. I would highly recommend this listing!

Wonderful apartment in a beautiful and quiet area. The bed was very comfortable, and the unit had great features like electric shades, and a balcony. Everything was spotless, and the hospitality was excellent—the host was super welcoming and even accommodated an early check-in. Access to the building was seamless, and the location was perfect—walking distance to the Duomo, Brera, and amazing restaurants and shopping in Cinque Vie. Great value and Highly recommend!

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement, grand, propre, calme et lumineux, bien chauffé, avec une terrasse splendide. Letizia et son époux Emmanuele ont été très disponibles et avenants. Quartier des Navigli très vivant et authentique, très pratique pour arriver directement dans l'hypercentre en 20 minutes par tram n°3 (belle ballade à pied sinon, via Naviglio Pavese, Darsena, San Lorenzo et Sant'Ambrogio : belles rues historiques, animées et marchandes). Je recommande vivement ce logement, excellent rapport qualité prix pour trois personnes par exemple.

Il soggiorno presso l’alloggio di Federico è stato fantastico. La casa pulitissima e in una zona tranquilla e comoda ai mezzi,con molti veicoli a noleggio nelle vicinanze e supermercati. È stato molto reattivo e disponibile,spero di tornare nuovamente!

One of my best Airbnb experiences! Carlo is exceptional—very responsive and well-organized. The apartment is spotless and exactly as described in the pictures and details. The neighborhood is great, with plenty of shops and restaurants. The subway station is less than a five-minute walk away. Carlo’s instructions are perfect. He has prepared a well-organized binder with helpful information, including places to visit, restaurant recommendations, and apartment rules. He personally welcomed us upon arrival and took the time to show us everything. If I ever return to Milan, this is definitely where I’ll stay again!

A beautiful base to explore Milan, with warm and friendly hosts. The apartment was peaceful, spacious and clean, in an ideal location surrounded by great bars and restaurants.

Michele was a great host. He communicated often and clearly and the videos made check-in very simple. The place was clean and exactly what he hoped for and we had everything we needed there.

it was a fabulous location, a roomy well set up apartment, comfortable furniture, gracious hosts who provided bottled water, prosecco, and special Italian cookies. really everything you would want. I hope to come back again!
