We cannot say enough wonderful things about this lovely property. Lee and Charlie were so fantastic to work with, and the home was spacious, fully stocked and beautifully decorated. We would definitely come back and highly recommend it! Communication was terrific!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Samantha's place in Cushing. To say that she is "very responsive" would be an understatement. She typically responded within 10 minutes no matter what my question was. She lives a short distance away which really helped facilitate things. We had a minor issue with the Internet which required communication with the service provider, but she coordinated everything and resolved it right away. The house is totally charming - old, a bit creaky and adorable - and well maintained (no issues there). We imagined how great it would be to visit in wintertime and snuggle up to a roaring fire. They have an expansive yard with gardens great for a short evening stroll. Forest habitat behind the property was great for bird watching. The area is absolutely beautiful - quintissential coastal Maine. The Olson House (local attraction) is a few minutes drive from the house. The grounds have a walking trail along the water with fantastic views of the coast.

We came to Bar Harbor for the MDI Marathon, and this ended up the perfect location, just two blocks from the start line. Price-wise it was comparable to any hotels for the four of us and the full kitchen helped us save some time and money by prepping most of our own meals. Having laundry was a huge plus for a longer stay and being able to pack less. Everything was well-maintained and Sara gave us great info and local recommendations before our stay. Would definitely recommend!

This was the perfect rental for our family of 4 for the thanksgiving holiday. The home had everything we needed and wanted, great location within walking distance of so many great places in Rockland, and was clean and comfortable. Alicia went out of her way to provide recommendations for our stay! This is probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at and the most helpful host we’ve encountered. Highly recommend and thank you to Alicia and family for making our week so enjoyable while spending time with our kids on their college break.

Our family (2 adults, 3 kids) stayed here for a week at Christmas and it was a lovely place. It was not only very comfortable and had everything we needed, but was also extremely well kept and clean. It is a convenient location that is easily walkable to the grocery store (even in a snow storm!) and everything else in Bar Harbor, too. If you have kids, it is also just down the street from a nice local playground. Would be a great location for a family or group at any time of the year.

Brian’s home was comfortable & was exactly as described & expected! It was close enough to Acadia & we enjoyed the kitchen & common spaces as well! Would absolutely stay again!

"From my daughter: This is our 3rd trip to Acadia National Park, but the first time at this Air B&b. Originally it was supposed to be for 5 of us, but 3 couldn't make it, so it ended up just being my husband and I. The Air B&b is in a remote enough area that it is nice and peaceful, but still an easy 20-30 minute drive to almost anywhere on Mt. desert island. The house has so many thoughtful touches, like an area outside for a campfire, supplies for smores, basic seasoning and condiments, all the light switches labeled (so thankful for that!), etc. We did a grocery run our first day and came back to the house for almost all our meals. This was a cozy place and we'd recommend to anyone visiting Mt. Desert Island and would return here again if we come back in the future."

lovely family home. Had every thing you would need. rules are explicit. it may be helpful to know that the one bathroom is on the second floor.Although family is not in the area, they were responsive in a short period of time. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Our stay was fantastic. The place was clean and laid out nicely. It was also close enough and an easy drive to Acadia National Park. Highly recommend, and I would definitely come back and stay here again!

We came to Rockland for the National Toboggan Championship. There were four of us, including my husband and my parents who stayed at Dominic's place. We were impressed with how many stores and restaurants were still open in winter (we typically come to Camden/Rockland every September). We ate out at Sammy's Deluxe and Ada's. They were only a five minute walk away and both proved to be absolutely delicious. We also had lunch at Home Kitchen Cafe (13 min walk), which was arguably the best meal and worth the extra steps. Dominic's place was everything we needed for a weekend away. The beds are unbelievably comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed. Due to the awkwardness of the living room location, we spent most of our time playing cards in the kitchen at night. You can't beat this location and a good night's sleep in the king beds.

Super fun place. Great for 1-3 People. I thought this place was perfect… no washer and dryer on site but there is a place down the street. Also no freezer which for me wasn’t a huge deal. I really loved the place great location. I would definitely book again.

Location, location, location! Diane's place is right in the heart of Belfast, making it easy to walk wherever you want in town. Diane communicated promptly and with great details before we arrived, making checking a breeze. We loved the charm of the apartment and would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful stay at Mandy’s! I love that she was so proactive and direct with all of the instructions for the home (even a picture where to park). The house is exactly as described. We enjoyed all of the Maine touches. The home was extremely tidy and clutter-free. There is parking for two vehicles on site and local restaurants, shops, and entertainment are a very short walk away. We were away after some snow and came back to the snow being cleaned up in the parking lot. The house is well insulated and felt warm and cozy during negative Maine Winter temperatures. There was nothing negative or worrisome about our stay.

Staying here to go into Acadia NP was the best decision of our whole trip. The place was clean and well cared for, and Renee and partner were super friendly. Renee had a ton of little things in the apartment that made the trip/stay so much better. She clearly thought this through very well. My family and I had a fantastic experience and will definitely stay here again if in the area.

This place is really one of our favorites! Everything is so thoughtful about how this delightful studio is set up. We felt so cozy and even a bit spoiled. It also seemed every question we might have had was answered before we could think to ask it. We also very much appreciate the dog friendliness. The hosts were lovely, kind, friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again and again when in Bangor.

Thoroughly enjoyed my two-week stay. Great location with quick and easy access to Belfast, Lincolnville, Camden and Rockport. On a private road for a very quiet, peaceful stay. Clean, comfortable and very well provisioned. I was even able to bake cookies for my daughter and son-in-law!

Love this Condo. Superb location in Blue Hill Village, easily walkable to everything downtown. Modern and updated making it very comfortable. Well equipped with cleaning/cooking supplies so you can "live normally". The hosts are super responsive and helpful as well. Highly recommended.

We were very happy start to finish. The location was just so unique and incredible. Right on a working marina, but very quiet. Plenty to see and do nearby. Walk across the pier and buy live lobsters. Christie was extremely helpful and quick to respond when asked. Condo was very well done with plenty of touches to make it homey. A good value! If we come back to Maine, we’ll call her first.

We really enjoyed this cozy garage apartment! I love owls, so that was a bonus. The privacy offered by the blinds was nice (rare to find in an AirBnb). Comfy sofa, ample towels and all around great! Sadly, now that AirBnb has voiced its support for DOGE, I will likely no longer use to book, but I’d stay again.

Such a great stay! Convenient location, comfy condo on a beautiful property. Our pup also loved it.

BEAUTIFUL landscape directly on a lake with access to fishing poles, kayaks, and canoes, we felt like we didn’t need to leave the property at all. Perfect location to visit Acadia and near by towns. I wish we could have stayed for twice as long. The condo itself seems to be brand new! The beds were comfortable and the decorations and big screen tv were a nice touch. We spent hours on the dock and in the lake (kayaks). Cannot wait to return to this slice of heaven.

We would have given 6 stars if we could. Our hosts were two of the nicest people. The breakfast treats were the best and Ross was a fascinating man to talk to. It is not often that we feel instantly at home when we travel, but Alice Anne and Ross create such a welcoming environment. Our one regret was that we could not stay longer. Hopefully we will find our way back sometime soon.

What a beautiful location and house. There’s nothing better than sitting in the living room or front porch and being able to see the Belfast Bay. The house is very clean and neat. Beds are comfortable, shower is very hot. Don’t miss the sunrise in the mornings. Overall this is one of our favorite places we have stayed in Belfast.
