We loved this Beach House! The house was clean and the kitchen was full of cooking supplies. There was a variety of pots and pans to choose from. This was appreciated since we are picky about the type of pans we cook our food in. The host provided a binder full of menus for local restaurants and recommendations. Information on activities to do while visiting was also included within the binder. The house included a small fire pit that could be used at a distance from the house. It was just the right size to maintain safety and still be cozy from warmth. Dmitry and his team communicated clearly and were kind by providing us with information about the local St.Patricks Day Parade. The neighborhood felt safe and friendly. Perfect place to bring your family for a getaway trip. We couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Special thanks to the host for helping me resolve a package delivery issue.

Perfect venue for a Thanksgiving getaway with our whole family. Rather than having out of town family staying at hotels, we could all stay together in a comfortable home with a beautiful view.

My husband and I were visiting family in the area for the holiday. We loved the apartment which was sunny and bright. We went for several walks on the boardwalk at the nearby beach. The food from the Greek restaurant next door was amazing.

This house is a gem! I came to stay a week in off season with my dog, Rollo. The location is breathtaking, right on the Long Island Sound. We had a great time exploring the beach, looking for all the biodiversity in the birds and sea creatures, watching the boats, and this place is relatively close to an airport so watching the planes land and take off was awsome as well. We came for privacy, and I expected the beach to be a little more private than it was due to my dog's reactivity. But the neighbors did not seem to have issues with us, and once you are close to the water, especially in low tide, the beach is pretty open for all the locals. Walking around, the locals all waved and said hello. Not too many restaurants close by, but the Lobster Shack down the road had good food! Would stay again! The deck alone was worth it!

So glad I came across this home! The space is great with a beautiful view. Joe was a wonderful host and always responsive and helpful. It was a peaceful getaway to begin the new year. Thanks for everything, looking forward to staying again!

Lisa’s home is incredible! Beautiful, clean, organized, and a great place to stay for families or group gatherings. Lisa is proactive with communication and shared great recommendations. Best part- watching the sun rise over the water from the patio! And great coffee shops and restaurants walking distance from the home.

The house was perfect ! It was exactly how it was described and shown in the pictures. The location is right on the beach and we got to enjoy the most amazing sunset! We took full advantage of the hot tub that is right on the deck overlooking the beach ! It was so nice to come back from being out all day and relax in it ! Matt and Celia are great hosts ! They responded so quickly to our questions about the area and suggestions for dinner etc . The location is perfect to visit Yale and downtown New Haven but also close to Branford and the other quaint towns on the water . We highly recommend staying here if you are in the area! 5 stars !

Staying at Amy's place was perfect for my friends and I while we're out on the North Fork for a wedding. Amy was very responsive with any questions we had. We were all very comfortable in the main living area as well as our bedrooms. The house was conveniently located to the wedding venue and my friends were also very happy that it was located near some pickleball courts. Thank you Amy for a wonderful stay.

This is the 2nd Thanksgiving weekend we spent at Deeanna's. Her home is beautiful, comfortable and each detail is thought though in the best way. Deeanna went above and beyond to accommodate my family and we are so grateful to her. The kitchen is perfection and the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The scenery and views are breathtaking. Overall, this home is a total gem. Thank you, Deeanna! We hope to come back next year!

Thank you Fabio for a warm hospitality, we had a great family vacation. The house was pristine, very conveniently located around many local attractions, fully equipped to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable. The heated pool was a nice touch even in October! Fabio was always available to answer any questions. Will definitely return.

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

We had a great stay at Rose and Tom’s place and can’t wait to go back. From the start, Rose’s communication was super timely and clear. Tom met us at check in to show us the property and answer any questions, and remained available the rest of the weekend in case we needed anything. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, spacious. All the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of towels and linens. The house has plenty locations to work from home as well. The location is a perfect 5 minute walk to town. We didn’t get to go to the beach, but it was very close and the house also had beach chairs/ towels in case we needed them. The pool house was an extra great and comfortable space to watch sports on the big TV with our group. The yard is perfectly manicured and the pool was heated, making our September stay even better. It was truly a great stay and wish we could have stayed longer.

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

This place was unassuming on the outside but the inside was very cool and classy! Beautiful furnishings and decorations. The beds were comfortable for our family. The location was steps from the beach and the weather was spring like in October so we took early morning walks every day! We had an issue with the heat the first day and lights the second day but Mike was incredibly responsive and got them fixed quickly. It was easy to get to New Haven by car each day and there was a parking spot right outside the house. Definitely recommend this place for a family staying in the area. Thank you Mike!

This Oceanfront Getaway has amazing views of the ocean from all over the house. We sat on the deck and watched the tide come in, we cooked dinner and watched the tide go out. My family and I took long walks down the very quite beach (right outside the back gate). This section of beach seems to only be used by the people that live in the neighborhood so it did feel almost like a private beach. My kids found so many large sea shells they had trouble picking a few favorites to bring home. There were lots of great places to eat within a short drive. I highly recommend any of the G Cafe and Bakery locations for a great coffee and/or breakfast treat. It was also fun to explore some of the smaller towns nearby like Branford and Niantic both of which offered unique shopping experiences. Marc and team were super responsive and provided many amenities like laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, and creamers. We had so much fun we look forward to a return trip in the future.

We booked Chase's home SUPER last minute and Mary was incredibly accommodating in getting us right in. We couldn't have been happier with the home, location, or hosts. It was the perfect long weekend getaway for our 4 adults and two kids under 2. It seemed like almost a new home, everything in pristine condition and very tasteful decor. We like the lazy susan they had on the dining table so much we ordered one for our home! Just an awesome experience all around! Thanks Mary! Top tip: IF you want to walk out to Charles Island at low tide you actually need to arrive to the crossing point 30 minutes or BEFORE low tide. We trekked out there with the kids AT low tide and were instructed by the local life guards that it was already too late to cross as there wouldn't be enough time to get to the island and back. No biggie and it was still VERY cool to be out in the ocean on a narrow strip of sand. Also, we found Jimmy's Apizza to be great pizza when you inevitably order out.

Sophia and Gus were great hosts. We had an issue with one of the AC units when we first got there and they immediately came over and fixed the problem. Sophia was very responsive to any questions we had and gave some great recommendations. The house was a very short 2 minute walk to the beach and there are no buildings between the house and the beach. Like most of the beaches around there they have small rocks which is fine. Sophia has beach chairs and an umbrella. As you can see in the pictures the bedrooms are a bit small but the beds are very comfortable. There is very limited cell service but there is wi- fi in the house so as long you are in the house calls are not a problem. Overall the house was a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it. Sophia and Gus are wonderful hosts

Exactly as described with super responsive and very accommodating hosts! Would love to come back here during summer as it is super relaxing. You only need to walk a few steps to the beach!

Cameron's home was warm and inviting and extremely clean with water views from every window highly recommend and make sure you take a walk on the beach !

Jennifer’s placed checked all 4 C’s with 5 plus stars! Extremely comfortable, charming, cozy and clean. We absolutely loved the enclosed porch and fire pit areas. Great getaway for my parent’s 60th wedding anniversary weekend on the NoFo. I’ve rented from lots of owners, Jennifer is by far one of the best. Great communicator and very flexible. Highly, highly recommend!!
