A cozy apt that was perfect for my visit to Wesleyan. Clawfoot bathtub and lots of hot water. Well appointed and very clean. I will be back.

Loved the balcony and view. The decor is really cute, and the place was very clean. I rented this just as a place to sleep during my event in town, but it was so nice I wanted to spend more time here!

I loved my stay here with my boyfriend. It’s a wonderful place for two people and potentially a small family. It’s a quiet community and it’s a walkable neighborhood. The apartment was clean and as pictured. You will stay right in front a police station so safety isn’t as much of a concern here. I would recommend renting this Airbnb and I plan on using it in the future.

I was very pleased at the pet- friendly features of this home away from home. There was lighting throughout the edge of the backyard which allowed me to safely take my dogs out before bedtime. We also took short walks in the neighborhood. The area was very quiet at night and I slept very well. I lived in the same city in a different area for years and had never experienced that level of quiet!

I had the pleasure of staying at Rosaria’s apartment for two months, and it was an amazing experience. The place was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Really loved this airbnb! Would stay again! I love the lay out gives everyone a ton of space and was super clean. Easy 15 minute drive to most places we visited in New Haven. The only things that weren’t an issue for us but to keep in mind was the one bathroom for large groups, that can be challenging. Also, the ceilings are on the lower end for anyone over 6ft, my boyfriend had to watch his head at the doorways. Under 6 you are all good though. Lastly, one of the bedrooms has a bedroom behind it. This was not an issue at all for his but just to note. We did love that the entrance way has doors that you can close, so we actually used that as a sleeping space to have everyone more separated. We were a group of 7 and had a ton of room. All bedrooms are a pretty good size as well.

The place was perfect for me, my wife, and baby for 3 nights. It was exactly as described in the posting. The neighborhood was quiet, the place was clean and comfortable, and it was super close to my sister's house in Meriden. The host was extremely quick to respond when I messaged her and was proactive in asking if we needed anything else. Overall would definitely recommend this place to anyone and would stay here again.

This was our second time back to the pool house and it was amazing, again. We thinks of everything to make you feel welcome. Milk and eggs in the fridge. Muffins and croissants waiting for you. Pristine home. Fully stocked kitchen. I was even able to host a few family members for Christmas dinner and had everything I needed to make a lovely dinner. We also travel with two dogs and Sue is so accommodating, making our pups feel right at home. Thank you, Sue, for making our holidays away from home so peaceful and enjoyable.

I love staying here and trying to stay here. Every chance I get. Donna is truly a great person and I enjoy my stay every time. She truly makes me feel like Family and makes me feel like there’s a home away from home. I can’t wait till my next stay.

Very nice house with lots of room to spread out. The tv room was our favorite. Clean bathrooms and comfortable beds. The location is not far from grocery store, hiking and wineries. It snowed the night before we left and we were nervous about going down the steep road but the neighborhood does a great job plowing. We really enjoyed our stay!

The unit matched the photos and description. Everything was well appointed and thoughtful of guests. My mom uses a walker. The apartment was easy to for her to get around. We were both delighted with our stay and would definitely rebook. Mark was responsive and attentive to any needs.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Maritza’s place. She was very responsive and proactive in sending us the instructions to the house. The house was very clean and homey. The amenities were as described & it had enough space for everyone . I went with 5 other of my friends & there was enough sleeping space. The neighborhood itself is safe & we had no safety concerns. We had a wonderful stay & a wonderful host. Would definitely stay here again if ever we are back in Connecticut!

My friend and I stayed for a short trip at Maria's location and it was exactly what we needed, a place to stay for our trip that was well kept, had amenities, and fresh linen available. Parking spot was small, but is to be expected in an attached parking garage.

Camila was a great host, very responsive and always helpful. The apartment was clean, tidy and cosy and made us feel at home very quickly. Location was good, walkable distance to New Haven Green and its surroundings. All in all, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend Camila’s place to anyone planing to spend some time in New Haven.

The apartment was perfect! Well kept, very clean, quiet. Elizabeth is a pro - always responded quickly and her instructions were easy to follow. Made my three days a perfect stay!

Our stay was flawless and pleasurable. The rooms were sleek, spotless and very quiet. All had independent temp controls and TV. The kitchen was airy and modern with stainless Viking appliances. All consumables, like coffee filters, were in ample supply. Beds were soft but supportive, with comfortable pillows sheets and quilts. On top of that, the location in the center of Greenwich at the heart of Greenwich Ave. was marvelous. Every evening we could wander down and explore the upscale shopping opportunities, then pick from dozens of excellent, interesting restaurants. Overall an excellent experience and highly worth it.

We really enjoyed staying at Aaron's place. The location is in the downtown area and in walking distance to many places. Aaron keeps his place very clean and is well equipped with amenities. Host kept excellent communication throughout our stay to sure everything was running smoothly. We give this place 5 stars!

Zero complaints, nice and clean, big smart TV with good WiFi , exactly as advertised, I highly recommend and I would stay here again , thanks for a great stay !!!!
