Great stay, wonderfully responsive host. We needed ice taken care of in the driveway and the host was very responsive And proactively responded to our needs.

This was a great house. Anna was so responsive to any questions we had. It was spacious, with wonderful natural light filling the main living spaces. Kitchen was adequately equipped, with some basic necessities as well (oil, coffee, a few spices, salt and pepper). I loved how the host left little baskets in the bathrooms with basic necessities, in case we forgot anything. The convertible pool table / ping pong table was a big hit for our group. My only recommendation for this house -- since we were kept from skiing on Sunday -- was that it needs some more games and puzzles for rainy days!

Great host and place all around! Kim was very responsive before, during, and after the trip. The amenities were great and location was close by Plattekill. She recommended ahead of time to bring an AWD vehicle as her driveway is on an incline. I’d recommend this stay.

Asa's house is beautiful and comfortable, a great home base for skiing at Belleayre for a long weekend. There's lots of space, the beds are comfortable, the house well heated, and the gorgeous setting quiet and private. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped for cooking, and the extensive library was a fun bonus. When it snowed, making getting up the driveway tricky in our rental car, Asa was very responsive and had the driveway plowed as quickly as possible, much appreciated. I highly recommend this lovely home, would stay here again any time.

We just finished a two month rental of John’s wonderful home. Our family of 5 used the home primarily on the weekends when we were enjoying ski season at Belleayre Mountain. I can’t say enough great things about this home. Our family felt totally at home - every aspect was perfectly maintained and the home maximized comfort. Our favorite part of the home was the great room where we would watch movies on the huge family sofa in front of a crackling fire. It was the perfect way to end a day of skiing. Our kids loved the downstairs family room with the foosball table and there were lots of games to play and keep everyone busy and entertained. And the kitchen is huge and very well stocked with all the appliances you will ever need. So it was a fantastic 2 months and we look forward to renting this property again!

This was a lovely home with an amazing location. Close to skiing — and with great views. The home had a great layout and was perfect for a winter visit!

What a great long weekend! The property was beautiful, house was very neat and clean, and the views were AMAZING. Everything was as advertised. Hosts were great, responsive, and their instructions and expectations were crystal clear. Guests I was staying with were already talking about booking this location again for themselves in the future as we were checking out as they wanted to stay longer!!!

We had a nice stay. There were a lot of issues with the heating system after a deep freeze. Vasili spared no expense to get in pros to get the heat working again. When we told Vasili that the bbq needed cleaning and some replacement parts there was someone there the next day to clean and repair the grill. Just a really caring homeowner who does his best. The 15+ person home-built table in the living room is the best feature of this house. Lots of good meals there together.
