We had a gorgeous weekend at Adrian’s beautiful accommodation! The views are sensational and it feels brand new, sparkling clean and has everything you need. We would definitely stay there again and have absolutely no complaints! Thank Adrian

One of the best stays we've had! Beautiful home with incredible views and spotlessly clean, also much larger than we were expecting. The location is perfect for beach access and walking into Ryde. The hosts were lovely, very accommodating and they were always quick to respond to any queries. Highly recommend!

I'm picky about where I stay and I'd happily stay here again! What was good? The bed was comfy (and I rarely say that!); the shower was great; the sofas in the living room were comfy, and the view from the balcony was to fantastic. In addition to those positive physical aspects of the accommodation, both Amy and Jonathan were very responsive to queries. I had an issue with WiFi when I arrived. I didn't worry the first night as I had other stuff to do. I messaged about the problem at 7am on the 2nd morning, and Jonathan had given me a solution by 7.20 ish. I expected a response sometime during the day! All in all, a very positive stay, and i look forward to using Amy and Jonathan's accommodation again when I'm next down in Bournemouth.

This was a lovely apartment, spotlessly clean and just a 5 mins stroll to the beach. We would definitely recommend. The one thing that was difficult for us as a family with a dog was we didn’t realise the grass was fake. Understandably the owner didn’t really want our dog to do his business on it and my dog wouldn’t anyway. This wouldn’t normally have been too much of an issue but we couldn’t see any grass verges around and going to the beach in the dark wasn’t any fun. That was just for us otherwise a fabulous apartment in a fabulous location.

We had a great stay at Belmont View in August. The whole place was spotless on arrival and was perfect location to get into town. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything and more which is always helpful. Communication was very quick and we were also lucky enough to meet joeseph whom was very lovely. Thankyou so much for letting us stay.

We had a lovely stay at this property near Cowes for a short break at the end of the Summer holidays. The apartment completely met our expectations as it appeared as described and shown in photos. The hosts were incredibly responsive and communicated clearly on all of the check-in, check-out and property and local information. We were a family of 4 and our special dog and it suited us very well, lots of space both inside and outside, a private, secluded garden and with a great view of the Solent. We particularly liked the decking overlooking the peaceful garden, the view of the boats and ships passing by and the short walk to the seafront where we could walk to Cowes or Gurnard for shops (Cowes only) and restaurants. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely weekend here, helped by the great weather. The town was an easy walk through the park and the place was very relaxing.

Fabulous small detached annexe in a lovely country house. Beautiful views over the downs. The flat is superbly finished and kitted out with everything you need. In addition some lovely touches like essentials in the fridge and cupboards. There are also some local drinks too for the weary traveller! (Honesty box) .

We stayed for a long weekend as a family of 3 with our dog. The accommodation was comfortable and had every we needed. The site was all we needed and used the onsite bar/restaurant, swimming pool and shop. The site staff recommended a woodland walk and provided directions which took us in Milford on Sea and was a lovely walk. Samantha was very responsive to any queries we had. Will definitely be visiting again.

An outstanding stay. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, and always responded to my messages quickly. The property was exactly as described and incredibly clean/spacious. I'd have no hesitation in staying here again.

This was a beautiful location and property to spend quality time with family for our Dads 80th Birthday. The living area was amazing all in the same room but different seating areas. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, black out blinds, heard the owl and woodpecker in the mornings and saw horses in the field opposite, log burner was perfect for the cold evenings. Straight out the front door into the forest for long walks. I would definitely recommend to others.

Really great place to stay, there are noise restrictions after 10 if that makes a difference to a booking, especially around the hot tub for the neighbours. But the place was fantastic otherwise!

Claire was a great host and we all really enjoyed our weekend break. The hot tub was a well enjoyed bonus for us all, whilst my niece loved being able to visit and help with the animals in the yard. Great place to stay and would definitely consider going back in the future.

We had a lovely stay with our dog- the beach/cliffs are super easy, short walk away. The Cliff House Hotel was also on route (dog friendly and great food!). A peaceful location and only 10ish minute drive into the New Forest so perfect for exploring. A lovely, neat and tidy guest house, felt very comfy with all the amenities and a super comfy big bed! We will definitely return!

Beautiful accommodation in an idyllic country setting. Absolutely as described. Very comfortable and the relaxation started as soon as we arrived. Very detailed and useful instructions from the host regarding how to check in and find the key safe etc, with homely and personal touches such as a welcome board that made us feel special. Would recommend

We had a fantastic stay at the cottage. Enjoyed beautiful walks on the common. The weather wasn’t great some days but meant we were able to have relaxing afternoons by the fire. Kitchen had everything you need and the beds were very comfy. Love to come back one day.

Had a very relaxing stay in this lovely air b&b . It was perfect for us & our little dog with the garden . We loved this side of the island , we did many enjoyable walks. Thank you Barnie for all the helpful advice & making us feel welcome. Freshwater bay was a perfect bay for a nice September swim.

Wow, what a beautiful place! We absolutely loved our stay in Brockenhurst. The town is beautifully peaceful but with plenty of nice pubs and cafes to visit, along with lots of walking routes. The apartment was spotless from top to bottom and was extremely comfortable. Kate was also fantastic and gave very clear, easy instructions on how to access the property. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing break in a beautiful place.

We have been to sandbanks quite a few times and this is by far our favorite place we have ever stayed. The flat was clean, well equipped and private. We had more than enough space for our family of 4 and said we could fit 6 without feeling cramped. The flat felt new and high end. We loved that it was so close to the beach and many nice restaurants. Our girls loved spending the afternoon in the hot tub too! We will definitely be booking here again.

We stay there for couple of nights for a quiet time. I felt it was really nice and tranquil and very scenic. I really enjoyed my time

Hazel was a fabulous host, very easy check in, lots of helpful hints regarding the amenities etc. The apartment was beautifully clean, great location - easy walk to the beach, feels newly appointed - very fresh! It was our anniversary, and the little extras were greatly appreciated! Feel very greatful to have found this little gem and will definitely be back! Kassy and Tim.

First class stay. Spotlessly clean and very well appointed. Location very good with parking if required. Very close to station and easy access to/from airport. Kasia and Tom communicated really well and we were very confident when arriving that all would be great. It was… and our expectations were exceeded. Will definitely stay again when next in Bournemouth.
