This little home was so perfect. Quiet and beautiful and the perfect getaway. The hosts thought of so many details to make it more cozy - kitchen was perfect and we loved the lighting options. Shower is pretty great too:)

Our stay at Carl’s place was fabulous!! We loved the area and the walkability was amazing. The Chase Center is down the street; it offers a beautifully designed green space right by the water. Carl was a delightful host and the unit was well appointed. We LOVED having Gus’s Community Market right next door. What a treasure!!! We will definitely return:)

Amazing home, comfortable and peaceful.

Sues house was great, we really have nothing to complain about at all. The beds and couch were really comfortable, the kitchen truly had everything needed and the food supplies were really nice to have since we got in late and wouldn’t have time to get food for the morning. For us the location was perfect, walkable to Dimond park and our friends houses, the cafes and restaurants on Park (shout out to sushi park!). Scooter, Sues dog, was the icing on the cake. My daughter had to stop by whenever possible to pet him and get some kisses. We will definitely be back when we come to Oakland.

Megan's place is fantastic! It's like a beautiful hotel! The location is perfect with so many things in walking distance. It was very clean and Megan was very helpful and prompt in communication. Yes, you can hear people walking above, but it was never loud enough to be a distraction. If you plan on cooking, the kitchen is great but only non-stick cookware. Loved our stay!

Stayed here while visiting friends in the city. Was a great location with lots of things walk-able nearby. The rooftop was amazing and a must-try if you stay here. The room was nice and comfy and provided a good spot to relax in between activities.

We had a wonderful stay at this private Airbnb in Berkeley! The space was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. One of the standout features was the beautiful view — it made our mornings and evenings extra relaxing. We also really appreciated the air purifier in the unit — it’s the same model we use at home, and it’s rare to see hosts include one, so that was a nice touch. The kitchen was perfectly equipped with everything we needed (and more!), which made cooking easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a nice and well-stocked place to stay! Thank you for hosting us. 😁

We had the incredible fortune of staying at Peter's place for nine nights for our spring break, and it was truly one of the best family vacations we have EVER taken! Every little thing you can think of was on offer from: a variety of life jacket sizes, to Yeti travel coffee mugs for walking the neighborhood with a morning cup of coffee, to the fire place, the comfortable furnishings, the cleanliness, the incredible water toys, hot tub, dock for swimming the lagoon, and on and on. There are stunning views and vistas at every turn from inside the home, and even more when you step out the front or back doors. The neighborhood of Seadrift was so peaceful, and the beach at the tip of Stinson held many hours of ocean fun. Peter's home is one of the rare cases where being there in real life is EVEN nicer than the beautiful photos, AND Peter is an amazingly responsive host. Book Peter's place, and I promise you will be so delighted. Thanks for everything Peter; we can't WAIT to return!

Keren and Bejamin's house was the perfect spot for a staff retreat - especially during a massive rain storm over a few days of our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed for making full meals. The bedrooms were very comfortable, and the living room was spacious and accommodating for our small team to work together for the week. The serene setting of the house with large windows offering incredible views made our stay feel like a true retreat. There were tenants who lived below but we never heard or saw anyone so it felt like we were alone on the property. I would rebook our future retreats there without hesitation and highly recommend their home.

Great place to stay, especially for the price. The gameroom and theater in the basement are a wonderful inclusion and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. It’s definitely a good place to wind down from the bustle of the city.

I greatly enjoyed my stay at Paulina's home. Her place is stylish, cozy and has quality amenities. At every turn I was pleasantly surprised at the mindfully touches she made to make my stay memorable. I arrived 3 days before Christmas, when I walked in she had a tree tastefully decorated and stockings hung by the fireplace with care. Christmas eve, carolers strolled the neighborhood and sang for us. Cooking Christmas dinner was enjoyable as she has the best cookware and a large dinning table with comfortable seating. The sleep accommodations were perfect, from the comfortable bed and pillows to the soft linens. I got to spend quality time with family and we walked to historic Dimond Park with its trails, creek, swimming pool and tennis court. The neighborhood is peaceful and there's coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. When I reached out to Paulina, she quickly responded. I felt at home. I've stayed at many airbnbs, but this is one I want to return to!!

Excellent house with all facilities. Very well located. Neat and clean. Even coffee machine was good . Laundry facilities are also very good. Even response of the owners was very good. Very good stay.

This place is my favorite. 2nd stay here and I'll definitely be back. I always sleep so good here to the sounds of the owls at night, love the cozy fireplace, and this time Kate even sent me a muffin tin so i could make muffins! The hosts are the best!

Great location, quiet and safe neighbourhood. The place is very spacious for a small family (3-4 members) and has ample natural light coming through from either side (living room, kitchen, bedroomYou can reach downtown SF in about 15-20 min via car/cab/uber, as well closer to the airport. The space was ready for us when we checked-in and we were able to settle in very easily. The detailed instructions provided by Zhi were spot on and were very helpful to get into the house esp. after dark. The kitchen and dining area is well equipped with all the utensils, appliances you would need. Being able to park on-site without having to look for overnight street parking is a big add-on as well as its extremely hard to do so in and around SF. We would highly recommend picking this place due to the nice neighbourhood, free parking, as well as the nice, well equipped interiors. Besides, Zhi is very responsive and is available at short notice with any clarifications & questions.

My friends from Utah and Hawaii came to visit, and we have a very nice time at Jer’s house! The house its very clean and organized, and very spacious! The kitchen its a very organized, we able to cook and have a nice meals at the dining table. Jer send us all the instructions, we don’t have to ask anything, he is very proactive and professional! We really recommend this place! And definitely will be in our wish list to came back!

Riaz and Griffin were lovely hosts. The place was beautiful, comfortable, and a sanctuary! Everything far exceeded my expectations. Things like coffee, soaps, nice bedding and towels, and a fully appointed kitchen made it feel like a home away from home. The personal attention from the hosts was unheard of in my air bnb experiences. Wonderful people. North Beach is by far my favorite neighborhood in the city and I loved the convenience of walking everywhere again. I cannot say enough about this place. I hope to rent again!! It is by far my best Air BnB experience yet.

Stayed here to celebrate my girlfriend’s 21st birthday and had a great weekend. The resort you stay at is beautiful, as is the condo. It is about 10 minutes from downtown Napa but the resort has a shuttle bus that takes/picks up people to/from downtown. Would definitely go back!

Beautiful home, close to town, and very walkable. The house itself was spotless. Scott and Rebecca responded quickly and were very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Napa

Can’t say enough nice things about our stay with Jennifer! The value plus all the amenities you have access to at the resort…you just can’t beat it! Check in was a breeze and came with complimentary champagne. The concierge was fantastic. We loved the spa and adults only pool, and wine tastings and little grocery store across the street were so fun! We didn’t have a wine opener or coffee pot in our room, I guess that would be the only thing I’d change!

Beautiful and stylish home in an adorable, safe neighborhood. The mid-mod furniture is amazing, fun space to spend time in. Creature comforts-wise, the kitchen is very modern, great wifi, cozy stove fireplace thing, good blinds for privacy. Only cons- poor shower pressure, no heat in the bathroom. But everything else was pretty perfect, and I thought worth it for the kindness of the hosts, the location, and the pretty space.

Just had a great stay at Andi's beautiful home. Great location for our stay in SF - safe, central, close to many activities. Beds were very comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen was great for cooking meals in the home. Off street parking was easy appreciated. Andi was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommend Andi's place!

Great safe neighborhood location with lots of character. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops and to Pier 33 to board the boat to Alcatraz Island (highly recommend that excursion). Enjoyed our stay at Ted's place and he is a wonderful host.
