Our family had a wonderful stay at Kayleb's place. We really liked the location and how close it was to get to the water. The kids had fun swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding. The house was very clean and comfortable. Kayleb was extremely responsive and polite. Definitely recommend!

We loved the lake house! Peaceful and Quiet, also has Beautiful view of the lake. The house was spot on in the pictures as it was in person. The Host Lisa was great and responded right away. We can't wait to come back in the summer to enjoy the lake.

Our family loved the house, the amenities, and the location. Two large, open living spaces - one light, sunny one that we used during the day, and another cosy one we used in the evening. Kitchen was great. Well supplied. Hot tub was a definite highlight. And someone even provided a beautiful northern lights display while we were there!

very nice place to stay. a few more stairs (or steps) then expected (bad knee recent surgery) but we'll worth it. host is beyond responsive and helpful. would definitely stay again. front deck and watching the wildlife (deer and ducks) with My dad made the stay memorable!

We had a great stay! The house had a lot of games, ping pong, hot tub, and plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was nice and well stocked. It was a great retreat with friends. Thank you!!

This place was perfect for our family. From the floor plan to the room privacy, to the ability to have our dogs with us. They really thought of everything for their guests. There's extra seasonings, smore goodies(the sticks2), coffee machine plus a Keurig with pod, extra TP, and ceiling fans! The appliances look brand new, all easy to work. I thought the decor was perfect as well, such lovely little touches. We loved the rustic but sturdy table. The beds were comfy, there's extra pillows and clean bed linen. We slept great. It really was a home away from home. The only minor cons were: the traffic on the scenic road was busy, busy. But they don't have control of that. And the water pressure was lower in the shower. We made it work. We still got clean. Honestly with all the pros on this place, the cons are nothing. We absolutely appreciated and enjoyed ourselves in this home. The sunrise from the deck was beautiful! A great memory to have with my daughter.

Very nice place, was well stocked even had extra coffee. The basement exit was nice for pets and our ice fishing stuff. Felt comfortable and nice deck on front. The only problem was with the door locks. None of them worked properly and could see elderly people struggling with them. That being said would recommend it, it is cozy.

We stayed here while on a business trip and so it was wonderful to come to this little hidden gem at the end of the day and listen to the frogs and watch the squirrels play. Would have probably been pretty decent fishing but I forgot my rod! The location of the home made you feel like you miles and miles from town, but really it's a really short drive to good coffee and great restaurants!

Louis and Lorena were amazing hosts, the space very clean and the outdoor space was beautiful. You can tell they put a lot of work into the cabins and were willing to give recommendations as well as ensuring our stay was everything we wanted. Will definetely be back.

This was my third time staying at Maria's. My husband and I book it for the Ice Fishing Extravaganza and the place does not disappoint. We easily walk to nearby restaurants and can access the ice so easily. We love the space and how it has everything we need for a comfortable stay. Our stay at the Beehive Resort was wonderful. The lakeside location, Lorena's spectacular gardens and the lovely unit we used were even better than we expected. Our hosts, Lorena and Louis were so friendly and helpful. We hope to return next summer!

Great stay for the 4 of us. They had free paddleboards and kayaks to use. Very affordable for a fun weekend.

This is our second visit! We love the space! It is extremely clean and welcoming. There is lots to do or you can just relax right there, you don’t have to leave to find things. She welcomes you with goodies and a personal welcome note. She is a great host!! We feel like we are coming home!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our little get-away to Beth's cabin! This is a peaceful place to sit, unwind and enjoy the view of the little lake. The kitchen is really well stocked so we were able to make a few meals without any difficulty. Beth also has suggestions of places to eat when you don't feel like cooking. We appreciated the number of pillows to choose from and all the extra blankets. Beth was easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We would stay here again!

My family and I had a wonderful time at the Northwood Retreat! We've had the pleasure of staying here before with other family members who had booked the property, and we enjoyed it so much that we just had to return. Glen was extremely accommodating and quick to respond when we requested a later check-out time, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The house itself was spacious, spotless, and felt incredibly welcoming, with Glen’s thoughtful instructions making it easy to feel at home. We’ve already decided to make the Northwood Retreat our annual winter getaway, and we’re looking forward to coming back every year. A huge thank you to Glen for graciously sharing your beautiful home with us! We truly appreciate it.

The house was lovely! Views of the lake from both sides and so close to both Nisswa and Pequot we explored both. The 5 bed rooms and 3 bathrooms made for plenty of space for a small group.

Leann was great. She answered my questions promptly and gave good information on local lakes to fish including their own lake. Very accommodating as we had a family emergency during our stay and was willing to let us leave early and comp us accordingly. We ended up sticking it out with about half our normal group. The others were on the way but turned around to head home due to unforeseen circumstances. We ended up working out a deal to stay again next year for the same family vacation to help out with the added costs this year due to only having about half the people we were expecting. I would highly recommend. There is a ton of sleeping and if you spend a little extra for the garage space with games, full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 10 beds it is well worth it. 5 + star rating. Can’t wait to come next year!
