This cottage was absolutely beautiful and spotless. I appreciated the hospitality-level crisp white linens. The cabin was tidy and very clean with ample towels and necessities. The hot tub worked wonderfully and was well chlorinated. The jetted tub in the master bath also worked great. The cottage and its amenties were exactly as described. We loved using the fireplace and seeing goats and horses on the nearby adjacent properties from our porch. If you're a Clevelander looking for a quick getaway with ample peace and quiet, this property is an excellent option.

From the minute you walk in the door you smell the clean fresh air of a cottage that has been well taken care of and kept very clean. The one reason that we chose this cottage was the extra touches from the decor, to the mint by our bed and the bread and sweet rolls awaiting for us. This is not a cookie cutter place, but a place where someone cares about it and puts in those extra touches and love to make it a relaxing and enjoyable time for the guest who have the privilege of staying at Red Cottage Hideaway. We have stayed in two of the three Cottages and both have been extremely well cared for and very nice.. A huge thank you to those who take care of these beautiful Cottages. Your hard work and care does not go unnoticed.

We enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient to Loudonville and the cabin was comfortable. It's close to the road, but there's very little traffic, so it wasn't an issue. The hot tub was clean and we enjoyed using it. The owner, Meg, was responsive and helpful. Overall a good stay and we would return.

The little cottage was perfect for a Christmas getaway. Quiet, relaxing, and peaceful. The fireplace adds so much to the space and really ties it together. We would happily book again.

This cute pink cottage was a fun long weekend stay! The large table was great for our family and game night. The living room had plenty of seating. Bluetooth speaker in the bathroom made getting ready fun. We especially enjoyed the hot tub. Hosts were very responsive. Definitely would recommend, and we will be back.

The place was very clean and decorated nicely! Hot tub was nice but did get cold quickly but to be fair it was very cold at night. We did shut the curtains around the hot tub and seemed to help. Would definitely stay again. It was great we could bring our dogs along.

Stayed here for an introverted girls trip and it was the perfect place! A beautiful drive through Amish country and on the same road as a little farm. We drove 45 minutes to Berlin and walked around there. Lots of little shops. Also, they had the cleanest hot tub I’ve ever seen. Loved our visit!

This home was wonderful! We had a great time with lots of space. It truly felt like we were home. Home came with everything we needed. Host was very proactive in communication.

This was perfect for what my husband and I needed to have a one night getaway! We loved the location and how quiet it was. We also loved how it was within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do in Berlin, Sugarcreek, and Walnutcreek.

I had a wonderful stay at this little house with my family. We love animals and it was wonderful to get to have ponies and chickens right outside in the back yard! The chickens were so friendly that my kids could hold them, and the ponies loved all of the attention. The decor in the home is beautiful and fits the theme. The jetted tub was wonderful for relaxing- my only suggestion would be to have a privacy screen for that area. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of places for everyone to sleep. The kitchen was big and had all of the essentials for us to cook during our stay. Miriam was a wonderful host- she was very responsive to any questions we had and any help we needed. We will definitely be staying again next time we visit the area!

We had a great time. Lots to do in Amish country. House was close to restaurants and Amish theater. Nice size table for playing card games.

House was great, clean and neat. Emily was easy to work with and we enjoyed are stay. Only thing we had problem with was downstairs leaving could not get lock to work. Everything else was great...

Sharon's place was exactly as described. It was super cute and very clean. We had all the essentials and a little extra. Parking was plentiful and we felt very safe staying there. Despite being in the lower level, we hardly ever heard the individual above us. Sharon is a great host, very welcoming and quick to respond. Her instructions were very clear and easy to understand/navigate. She also has great recommendations for the area!

Everything was exactly what was shown. The host was very prompt in response and the follow up was amazing!

From the minute we opened the front door, we felt right at home. This place is stylish, comfy and cozy. My family had the best time we actually extended our stay a few more night. Allison was our host and she was very responsive and made sure we had what we needed. The beds were very comfy and the kitchen had everything we need to make meals and even had kids dishes, which was a big hit with my crew. This is the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed in. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay and the use of the pool area was a huge plus! Close to lots of shops, bakeries and stores, only downside was how close to the road it is so it was a little noisy at night with semis driving by. The host was very friendly and responded to messages very promptly! Would use them again for another stay!

Had another peaceful stay at Premier Lodging. We had no problems while there n even managed a couple of friendly neighbors in the 2 cabins to the side of ours!

Very unique stay with truly rustic vibe. Host was incredibly kind to help us out in a pinch when our other air bnb had some safety issues and fell through. We checked in late and host was able to get us in within an hour. She was very responsive throughout our stay. Beautiful little back yard for the kids to run around, thankful for the clean sheets, and timeliness of helping us get a place to stay. We had small children with and floors were a bit squeaky so be aware if you have light sleepers. Main bedroom does not have a door for privacy so be mindful if that is important.

This place is amazing. It’s on a beautiful property owned by the best people. It’s super comfortable, has everything you need, and they did a lot of work making sure everything was perfect in the interior, it’s just great! 10/10 recommend for all the reasons

This was our second stay at the Olde Orchard Cottages - Last year for our Anniversary weekend stayed at the Apple Blossom, so this year we decided to check out the decor of the Sparrow’s Nest Cottage. We already knew that we would be getting a spotless, beautifully decorated and well maintained cottage. Having already had a wonderful experience with the hosts last year, we were not surprised at all to get very prompt responses to our inquiries before, during, and after our stay! Dustan & Nicole are amazing and add a very nice personal touch to the whole experience with local recommendations for dining, little snacks and treats that are always left at the cottage for the guests, and anything else you may need. I can not express how much we absolutely LOVE these two beautiful, private, and modern (yet rustic) cottages. All the amenities are great, the decor is just perfect, and you can tell that a lot of time, effort, and money was invested in these lovely little properties! Thank you!
