Adam is a wonderful host! He is friendly, accommodating and extremely responsive. When I notified him that the washer had an issue he immediately responded and had it replaced with a new one in no time. He also knows the area well and gave great recommendations for local eateries and for fall festivities. The apartment itself was exactly as described and well-equipped with all the kitchen tools needed and with quality, essential supplies. I had everything I needed for my 2-month stay there. I would definitely stay again!!!

Melinda’s place is very nice looking, homey, and well decorated. The bed was firm (in a good way) and comfortable. The place was nice to come “home” to after long work days. Although the washer & dryer can only take pretty small loads, it is still nice to have there as an option. She had salt put down before I arrived since she knew there would be freezing rain, which I thought was kind of her. Melinda was very responsive to messages and friendly. Thank you!

Carol is a great host. Her property was spotless clean and very well managed. It had everything we needed for our long-term stay. She was always available to answer our questions and take care of any needs. I would definitely book a stay with her again in the future!

The location was in a good neighborhood with easy access to the places we needed to be during our stay 🙂

Superb listing! This place checks SO many boxes.. great location with local shops, restaurants and ice cream within walking distance. Also, right on the canal so you have a great canal view off your private deck, and you can walk down to the water in the backyard. The unit itself is extremely well done and makes you feel right at home! They blend the high-end modern finishes with the historical rustic decor perfectly. The space is clean, open, and just has an overall fun vibe that really elevates your stay. We will make this our #1 option to stay whenever we return to the area, without a doubt!

For the price and location, it was so perfect. I travel to see my son who lives in this area and this property was perfect. Brought my Mom and Grandma with me. Mom is already wanting to come back soon. 5 Stars +. A great location to get to all the fun stuff the area has to offer.* pet friendly* Thank God because we picked up my brand new puppy over the weekend.

The house was perfect. It was conveniently located and in a quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. The house had big windows that allowed for lots of morning light. We brought our dog which was a huge plus. If you are coming to Canton, I highly recommend Adrian's place, you won't be disappointed.

Had a wonderful stay at Evergreen Place, my family stayed there, being in town for the Walnut Creek Food Show week. Kelly was able to answer any questions I had. The house was beautiful and clean! The Blacksmith is such a cozy, nicely decorated, well stocked home. It was spacious with each room having comfortable, nice looking furniture. It was easy to locate, park and enter. We loved the walkable location on a quiet street in a nice neighborhood. Jerrel responded quickly and thoughtfully to any messages and was proactive in offering information and help if needed. It was extremely clean and neat. The front porch offered an enjoyable view of the many passing horse and buggies. And we viewed a gorgeous sunset from the front yard. We enjoyed our stay so much! One of the nicest, well equipped, well thought out Airbnb's that I've stayed in. The rustic & reclaimed wood furniture, kitchen cabinets, & woodwork throughout the house was beautiful and the cookies & loaf of bread were delicious! Awesome place!

We absolutely LOVED this home. We have stayed in lots of places and this is probably our favorite place we have stayed in. It's close to town but still private. It was decorated nicely but not cluttered. Everything was clean and organized! It was very spacious. The coffee bars were a nice touch and the beds were comfy. Wish the weather had been nicer so we could have spent some time on the back patio. The hosts were friendly and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Highly recommend this place, exactly as described and as the pictures! Flew in town to see family, I live out of state and this was within 1/2 of my family! Perfect location! My family did not know it was so close, so look for other out of state family members to use it in the future! 5 stars!!! My only con was the water pressure was so low, even my adult son couldn’t believe how close to the shower head we had to get for water. Other than that perfect!!! I would definitely stay here again!
