Great place to stay nice quiet area but not too far from town. Comfy beds and the hot tub is an added bonus.

Outstanding hosts. We were super happy to stay with them for a second time! The welcome basket was a really thoughtful gesture and the extra touches like robes and slippers were very helpful.

This is their home and it was lovely and cosy, full of everything we needed to entertain our close family over the weekend. Gorgeous gardens and a bountiful cherry plum tree - great for crumbles and with yoghurt! The instructions were clear verbally and in person, and later in WA messages so we navigated around things easily. Blissful week. Even the Moto GP didn't spoil things - we foolishly hadn't realised it was on during that weekend.

Beautiful cottage , warm and cosy and very quiet and private.

We enjoyed staying at honeypot cottage. The large garden is a sun trap and plenty of logs for the log burner. Simon and Caroline were good on the comms too. Thank you

Homely cottage in a peaceful setting, easy to find and all as described. Handy to have a dog-friendly pub serving food within walking distance. Friendly hosts who even let me borrow a tie for the wedding we were attending as I had left mine at home!

We stayed at this cottage with my parents and our 1 year old daughter, whilst visiting the Harry Potter Studio which was a short drive away! It was a really lovely cottage in a lovely area. The cottage had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. The bedrooms were cosy and beds very comfy. Paul was very helpful with my requests regarding the baby gates and cot, which made our stay with a 1 year old very easy! Highly recommend this cottage!

We had an amazing stay! The home was so comfy and relaxing. Loved being able to take the children and dogs for long walks. Lovely local pub nearby. Angie and Charlie were very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend!

Mia's home was decorated tastefully, well equipped, very comfortable and quiet. Plenty of room for 2-3 people. Just the ticket for a weekend get away. The village is very small, quiet, almost sleepy, with a pub within walking distance. Nice trails for long walks in the countryside.

Lovely little cottage with plenty of room for 2 couples for the weekend. Access down the driveway is a little tight but no issues in the end. All in all a quaint and cosy place to stay in nice village location.

We felt at home in Justin’s property and the surroundings are very peaceful. Great location for nice rides on the countryside and visits to a few National trust places. Thanks

The bright and airy space made it a perfect place to relax, and we appreciated the modern touches like fast WiFi. The location was great—peaceful yet convenient for exploring the surrounding area. The hosts were friendly, goes extra mile to help us with our early check in request, providing clear check-in instructions and great recommendations for local spots. Would highly recommend and visit again.

A really lovely cosy cottage in a very quaint and pretty village. We stayed to go to a family party in nearby Culworth and it was very convenient. Comfy beds, a lovely cosy fireplace and everything you need included. Sarah was very helpful and communicative and went above and beyond to help us out the next day, when our car broke down, letting us stay in the cottage while we waited for assistance which, with two small children, was a real lifeline. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely come again!

Robert's place was a quiet retreat during our local visit with relatives. Robert's communication was prompt and friendly. The check-in procedure was welcoming and easy to navigate. We felt Robert's desire for us to have a pleasant and convenient stay. The heating in the cottage (during the coldest time of the year) was easy to operate and quickly responded, keeping us happily toasty. The dishwasher and washer unit was a plus. Thanks, Robert. We had a great time.

Warm and cosy cottage in a quiet little village. A perfect place to chill and relax as well as get out and explore, as it’s well located to get to many places. Joanna is super responsive to any communication. We also discovered the Crown Inn in Weston (neighbouring village) a great place for Sunday lunch.
