Our last minute booking was handled immediately. Host sent me all the needed instructions including contact details of the caretaker. Caretakers are very friendly and helpful. They really went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The place is good for our family of 16 with senior citizens who occupied the 3 bedrooms at the ground floor. Remaining members stayed at the attic though no a/c, fans were provided; place is so breezy at night and has lots of mattresses, hammocks and bean bags. Place is very cozy. Kitchen is located outside for big family dinner overlooking the ocean. No wide beach front but has access to the beach and we even had a bonfire with the help of the caretakers. Only concern is the noise coming for the resort beside it. Videoke was too loud though they tone it down after 10pm. We'll definitely book again for family getaway. Thank you for accommodating us.

This stay was perfect! As soon as we walked in my family was practically cheering! Lina was a lovely host and came to introduce herself and we spoke for a really long time. She gave plenty advice about the area and also just general questions I had about the Philippines! The rooms were great and had aircon and fans. Also a good amount of charging points. The lounge room was the hit for us. Every night and day we would play card games and it allowed us to have a nice space to hang out and eat. The water container was lovely to have as well and temperature feature in the showers. The front table area was lovely to sit at and read with the view of the mountains (it also provided a space to dry our towels and swimwear). Thanks Lina!

Angie's place was a beautiful at home feeling. Angie and caretaker Julie were very quick to respond and helpful the communication was awesome. I highly recommend staying there if ever in San Juan Batangas, the clubhouse and beachfront made it that much better. thank you Angie and Julie for your hospitality 🤙🏽🤙🏽

The pictures in the listing didn't do justice on how gorgeous the place was. It's a cozy, quiet paradise for plant lovers, located outside downtown. Cyril and her brother, Andrew, were so helpful with booking our tours around the city. Andrew even shared a few tips and tricks in gardening. They definitely went above and beyond for our stay. I would love to come back and stay at their place again... someday!

The place was clean, quiet and private, creating a comfortable and relaxing environment for our get together. We especially appreciated how close the property was to the private beach clubs, 5min drive, allowing us easy access to the beautiful views in Porto Laiya Beach. Jun’s responsiveness and helpfulness were exceptional. He made sure we had everything we needed and promptly addressed any questions we had. So close to white beach in tranquil Station 3. Beach side residential neighborhood with the right vibe. Very safe to walk around even at night. The house is as stated in the listing, 3 bedrooms with private Kitchen and receiving area. Clean and airy and well-ventilated. And accessible to main road(short walk) for tricycle to Dmall Station 2 & 1. Though we walk along the white beach to Dmall most of the time. The host Mar is very quick to respond and assist us. He also arranged our airport transfers which is very convenient. Will stay again here.

As a person who has been to Laiya a handful of times, stayed in hotels/ resorts in all of them - this stay was pretty special. We were looking for something affordable, private for the family (being careful & a bunch of introverts) and still be able to access the beach when we want to. This was perfect. The house was easy to find and it was extra charming to see that Ms Sheryll waited for us. She showed us the house, where to find things and it was very quick for us to feel at home in her home. Though we had a hiccup at check out (used to leaving resorts/ hotels before the check out time, in a rush), she was understanding and had continuous communication of the things we had forgotten. On top of that, she was very proactive with her recommendations in the area, that halo halo was amazing! Overall, we loved our stay so much and we are looking to stay more days!

Had a great stay! The place was clean and cozy, perfect for a comfortable getaway. Shops were just a short walk away, making it super convenient — almost everything you’d need is just walking distance. Definitely worth the price – I’d come back and recommend it!

We had an amazing stay! The place is very clean and spacious—perfect for three people. The aircon is soooo cold, and the hot shower works perfectly. It’s in a super convenient location—just a short walk to D’Mall—and very affordable for what you get. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, which is a nice touch. Even my friend who was booked at Henann Crystal said my view was better! The guard is friendly and always ready to assist in any way possible. The owner, Petri, was very accommodating and even allowed me to have a guest inside the unit. Highly recommend this place!

Whenever I’m on the island, I always make it a point to stay at Boracay Flats. The rooms are consistently clean, and its location is perfect - right in the center, yet on the quieter side facing Bulabog Beach. You get to enjoy the convenience of being within walking distance to almost everything, while still having that sense of privacy. With fewer crowds during the day and peaceful nights, this place is truly worth it. And before I forget it, the kitchen utensils are in pristine condition and complete. Usually, in other units I got from this app, it is never the case. Michael and his team is also very communicative and accommodating. Will definitely be staying here again.

Hmm..wala po talaga ako masasabe para kang nasa bahay mo lang din ang feeling malinis, cozy, spacious at lahat ng kailangan mo naandun na. Malapit lang din sa mga malls, palengke lahat ng kailangan mo. Even beach di na kami lumayo pa medyo gahol na din kase sa oras kaya jan sa malapit nalang meron naman sobrang nag enjoy na din ang mga bata. Again salamat sa inyo💖Hanggang sa muli morningside!🙂🫶🏻

We really enjoy our stay! So far the best airbnb na nastay-an naming family! -complete kitchen utensils -lots of towel and beach towel for us to use -bathroom is squeky clean! -15 sec walk to the beach, sobrang convenient since may bata kaming kasama. -easy to check in, they just gave the code then tada, we're all set. -comfy na higaan, AC is working, wifi is fast which is needed since dinala ko ang laptop ko to work. -budget mart grocery store is about 10-15 min walk only and pwede ding mag e-tryc. -daming restaurant around. Best decision naming sa station 3 magstay, kaunti lang ang tao, peaceful sobra even in the midst of peak season. Special thank you din sa naghatid at nagsundo samin na nirecommend ng host na si Dian! Sobrang smooth ng pagdating at paguwi po namin dahil sa inyo. Overall a very great stay, thank you so much!

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

The unit was a good size for my family. There were 2 bedrooms, It's a good accommodation. I like the local atmosphere nearby.

it's my second time to stay in Althea's place. Easily my go to place when I'm in the city

The host is super responsive. We had a good stay, the place is just enough for 4 pax but the bed’s design is not suitable for senior. The place is clean but there are some molds mostly in the kitchen and dining area, it’s a common issue for condominiums though but often left out or not addressed.

The place is really nice and clean. The ambience was perfect and the host was very accommodating and friendly. It was my first time in the City and I will definitely book again due to the location and how great the place is.

The place itself is really fantastic. It’s quiet, peaceful and you can just enjoy the scenery. There’s available shuttle that can bring you to the beach. However, if you want to go the city mall, station 1,2, 3 etc better to utilize the hop on and hop off bus if you are alone.. the e tricycle is a bit pricey. The host was also responsive. I highly recommend this place for family who are planning to have a vacation. For sure you will enjoy it. It’s worth it.

Great place to stay, everything was as expected, comfy bed and blanket. Good water pressure in the shower. I had a minor issue with the Wi-Fi suddenly disappearing, but it was resolved by the host after I notified them. I can recommend this place and I wouldn’t mind staying there again.
