The host was very responsive from booking to check-out. The village entry was secure, and the caretaker made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The kids enjoyed the complimentary snacks. The unit was spacious with plenty of rooms and bathrooms. However, there was no toilet paper, and hand soap was limited. The kitchen had all we needed, but the fridge wasn’t working properly (the chiller wasn’t cold, but the freezer was fine). The pool and jacuzzi were great, and the location was just a short walk to the beach. The beach had some litter in the afternoon, but it was cleaned by morning and great for swimming. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable stay—perfect for unwinding.

Angie's place was a beautiful at home feeling. Angie and caretaker Julie were very quick to respond and helpful the communication was awesome. I highly recommend staying there if ever in San Juan Batangas, the clubhouse and beachfront made it that much better. thank you Angie and Julie for your hospitality 🤙🏽🤙🏽

We stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and felt like it was too short. We loved the place. It is homey and clean. Everything we needed was there. The beach is perfect as it never gets crowded as it is a private place. Plus, the sunrise is soooo beautiful in the morning. if you love stargazing the view is also perfect at night as it is quiet. Jess and Ate Shirelyn was very responsive and ready to assist with what we need. My whole family loved it. Looking forward to staying here again.

We had an awesome stay at Don’s place. It was quite far from the city center, but is easily accessible. The place was quiet and peaceful. The pool was great! The rooms is very clean, has no unpleasant smell, linens are fresh and clean. There are toiletries available for use. The ac is working, as well as the hot & cold shower. All in all, it was really your home away from home.

What a nice place...and so friendly hosts. The room (better say appartement linvingroom/TV/kitchen, bedroom A/C, CR w shower ) has everything. If you should get still too hot you can jump in the small pool and enjoy food and drinks there. Go there you will like it!

Perfect villa! Closer then 100m to the beach! Next to nice restaurants and other resorts. Easy to arrive with the taxi’s (tricycle) from the airport. Great staff that is always taking care of you and the room. Isabelle is a great host with perfect communication and nice tips&tricks

We had an amazing stay! The place is very clean and spacious—perfect for three people. The aircon is soooo cold, and the hot shower works perfectly. It’s in a super convenient location—just a short walk to D’Mall—and very affordable for what you get. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, which is a nice touch. Even my friend who was booked at Henann Crystal said my view was better! The guard is friendly and always ready to assist in any way possible. The owner, Petri, was very accommodating and even allowed me to have a guest inside the unit. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I stayed for a few days in January. The condo is at the end of the south side. It is spacious, clean and provided a restful place. Reception & security guards at the door at The Palladium were very helpful 24/7. It is walking distance to Festive Walk and we felt safe walking about day or night.

Did have a great time while staying in Ms. Pamela’s place. Her mother was friendly. Place was great, my companions enjoyed the balcony while I enjoyed cooking in their kitchen because I got everything, it really felt like we were at home. Love that they have fridge where we can store the foods we bought at the mall near the place (Robinson). 1 tricycle ride going to mall. Ms. Pamela also suggested we download an app where we can book rides which was helpful since some of the tricycle fares are overpriced. Place was peaceful and has a good ambiance. We’ve had a good sleep. We felt secure. They also have a charging electricfan so by the time the electricity went off, we barely noticed it. Overall experience was nice and I’ll definitely book again for the next visit in PPS.

Wir waren für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft und waren super zufrieden. Die Gastgeber haben sofort auf Anfragen reagiert und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Anlage, in der sich das Haus befindet ist sehr gepflegt. Wir haben über die Unterkunft auch einen Flughafentransfer gebucht. Es lief alles reibungslos. Wir kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder in Puerto Princesa sind.

Best place to relax and stay when in Batangas. Rooms are the same as what is posted. Very clean. Everything is available inside the unit! Host is very responsive as well and welcoming! Also a great place for private gathering! Affordable!! Will definitely recommend!

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

We're happy to stay in Paulies unit. The owner is approachable, and attentive and also her caretaker Jaw very friendly and tells me everything what we needed to know.The unit is very clean and tidy inside. We feel like home and easy to this unit. My parents love the balcony its very relaxing and have a beautiful view. The unit is really good if you are coming by family. It's big and spacious. And also if you love cooking they have complete kitchen equipment. Easy to prepare home cook food. For transportation we take HOHO bus easy access in the place it stop by infront of the condominium you don't need to walk. Just go out from the building entrance and wait for the bus. Overall we really have a great time staying in Paulies place. Thank you Ms Paulie and Jaw for accommodating us. Next time again makabalik ulit nang Boracay. Maraming salamat po.

Definitely enjoyed our stay in Iloilo. The place is near to the restaurants we’re looking forward to dine in (eg, Tatoy’s, Netong’s). There’s a number of nearby pasalubong places and walkable spots within the city such as a Biscocho House branch and the Esplanade. The place also was cool, windy, and safe. The unit is clean and the guards are kind and hospitable.

Great place, location, and host. The loft area is a great use of space. Has all the amenities needed as well as kitchen appliances/utensils. Family friendly. Conveniently located - Festive mall and K-town area are easily walkable. Convenience stores are nearby, as well as a 24h bakery.

We are just wrapping up a 3 month SE Asia trip and have stayed in probably 10 places and Rob’s place has been our favorite. We even extended our stay here! The pictures don’t really do it justice. The condominium and the surroundings are really nice. The view from the balcony is beautiful. You get an unobstructed view of the ocean and golf course. It is walkable to a private beach. It is in a quiet location but the bus picks up right in front of the building. It was comfortable and clean. Rob communicated with us regularly. I would 100% stay here again!

I appreciate Kelvin for saying yes without hesitation when I asked if we could check in early. The place is beautiful, clean, new, and has a terrace which perfect with coffee in the morning. It's very secured unit, and communication with the lobby personnel is easy.The Wi-Fi is good, the water pressure is great, and they provide a comforter – they have almost everything inside. This place is beautiful and worth it. It's within walking distance of K-Town, SM Iloilo and some restaurants.
