i have enjoyed my stay here, the staff are all friendly and the location of the unit is great because it's so peaceful and it is located at the ground floor so it has easy access to the parking area, the phone signal is not strong but no worries because they have wifi. the caretaker is also approachable. overall it's worth it, I'll definitely comeback with my friends next time.

It is first time in Boracay and first time on a long vacation that lasted for almost a week, this is such a nice deal. Nice place, nice people (thanks Ate Jema!), and station 3 for me is the best station for serenity. Keep it up!

We had a great stay at Pico De Loro, an exciting and a new experience for us, even the place was too far, mountanious, zigzag road the excitement cannot be compare with other resorts. Our host are also great didnt expect they are too young!!! The place is so clean and with complete utensils. Thank you so much. Hope to be back again and I hope that we can avail discount not senior discount though hehehe.

We stayed for 3 weeks. Appartment is large and equiped with everything you need. Netflix, tv, wifi, kitchen,... Short walk to supermarket and mall. Many restaurants and bars on other side of the river. You can have walk along riverside or take taxi aprox 60php. Apartment is in quiet area but close to everything. Host were very helpful and I strongly recommend this place.

We had an amazing stay! The place is very clean and spacious—perfect for three people. The aircon is soooo cold, and the hot shower works perfectly. It’s in a super convenient location—just a short walk to D’Mall—and very affordable for what you get. The swimming pool is cleaned daily, which is a nice touch. Even my friend who was booked at Henann Crystal said my view was better! The guard is friendly and always ready to assist in any way possible. The owner, Petri, was very accommodating and even allowed me to have a guest inside the unit. Highly recommend this place!

Having never visited the Philippines before, when we came across Pias listing, everything seemed right. Once we contacted Pia to gather further information, it was clear from the offset that she was a wonderful communicator and had a love for both the property and Boracay. We opted for the private transfers from the airport and they were absolutely worth the money. The accomadation was exactly as listed but had a wonderful spacious feel to it and the terrace provided great privacy to just absorb the sun and vibrations of Station 3. It was perfectly positioned out of the hassle and bustle of Station 2 (a 10 minute walk up the beach) but close enough to wander in for the restaurants and stalls. We had the most memorable time in Boracay, the most stunning island and it was made more so because of Pia's accomadation which became home from home. If anyone asks us, Boracay is an absolute gem of a find hidden amongst the thousands of Philippino islands but equally so is Pia's accomadation.

-The hosts are very accommodating -The place is a few steps away from the beach -clean -no cellular signal inside the place but they have wifi, you can walk towards the beach if you need signal - I will definitely recommend this place to my friends and stay here again if I go back

We absolutely loved our stay! Our family had such a great time. The place was very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. If you want a comfortable vacation with a lovely view, this is a great choice. The water is stunning with so many different fish to see! If you get the chance, rent their paddle board and head out a little farther; the water gets even clearer, and you’ll find beautiful corals and more marine life. We’ll definitely be back. My partner and I were very specific in what we wanted for a place to stay in Palawan. We wanted something private where we could relax, recuperate, and just be with nature. Ruth and Diokno’s place did not disappoint. The place was even better than the photos and we were treated everyday to sounds of birds, insects, and we even had a sighting of 3 monkeys. The squirrels climbing the coconuts trees always entertained us while we were having a coffee or eating a meal on the veranda. While jellyfish season is indeed already starting, most are harmless. Another superb beach option is the Long beach which is approximately 20mins away. The caretaker, Toto, was very kind and helpful and offered us his scooter for a reasonable price . It allowed us navigate our way around San Vicente very easily. We had a small sprain accident and Toto was very quick to offer us a first kit which included an elastic band. Thank you Ruth and Diokno for sharing your home and Toto and Miriam for being so kind.

we liked the place and we had a great time, we loved the pool and everything went smooth. Ella is very responsive and very nice as well, she gave us a birthday cake for my baby's Birthday.thank you so much,will definetly book her place again.

The place is 2min walk to the beach. We have a great time. Near all the restaurant.

Merveilleux petit séjour à Palawan. Logement très bien situé, propre et surtout d’une beauté spectaculaire ! Le logement est situé proche de la ville mais est d’un calme absolue. La piscine se trouve à quelques mètres, très bien entretenu avec une belle vue. Haidee a été très serviable et très agréable. Elle a su nous recommander des restaurants magnifiques et nous arranger pour les différents transports. Nous recommandons ce logement à 1000% !!! Merci encore !

On my quest to discover cozy places off the beaten path with a beautiful view serenity left me directly enchanted. The pictures showed lots of light; a balcony looking at the ocean and beautiful surroundings. The reality was even more enchanting, my highlight of all of Palawan were the sunsets on the balcony; the walks down to a hidden beach and chats with locals, and dinners in cozy restaurants around. Serenity is a perfect name for the feeling this place transmits and we just had to extend our stay twice because we didn’t want to leave. Be prepared to be immersed away from busy life, rent a motorbike and feel the freedom and peace of this place, I can only recommend it !

Our second stay here was as great as the first! The home is clean, serene, thoughtfully curated and with a beautiful view of the ocean and overall ambiance. Ate Karen the caretaker provides warm and hospitable service and Melissa is super responsive and a gracious host. Karen helped us arrange a boat ride where we snorkeled and even saw a dolphin! She could have also arranged in-home massages but we ran out of time. Later we found Lawom massage just a few minutes drive from Melissa’s place which we will definitely go back to at future visits! Just a quick drive to Altrove which is our favorite for delicious Italian cuisine.

My parents had a wonderful experience staying in this condominium! It's incredibly affordable, making it an excellent choice for those looking to stay within budget without compromising on comfort. The location is fantastic—it's so accessible to commercialized areas like shopping centers, restaurants, and entertainment spots, which made running errands and exploring the area super convenient. TM is very helpful and very responsive to inquiries, she offered her hand to my parents over and beyond and even surprised them with goodies.Highly recommend it for anyone seeking a balance of affordability and convenience! Definitely we found our place to stay if anyone in my family will visit the ilo ilo again. God bless TM.❤️

Mr Gabriel is very responsive to all queries, he is very friendly and very helpful, The room and building was very clean and everybody in the building was friendly even all the gate guards, highly recommned.

We enjoyed our stay at Alicia’s place! The unit is very spacious which we liked. The entire place was clean and tidy. We love that the beds are queen and king sizes. AC’s are working great in cooling the entire place. There is also heater in the shower. Also, the host was very easy to communicate with, plus she gave us cassava cake. :) Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. Thank you!
