Loved our stay. Small yet cozy. Its strategic location made it easy for us to go around. Best of all, it’s just a minute or so to my daughter’s testing center. We did’t worry about commuting early in the morning. Also, we like how secure the place is, with its digital door lock and unique passcode for us. Thanks, Ms. Jessa for being a great host, too!

This is a fantastic place to stay, I will stay here again in the future. The pool is great if you have kids. It's a public area at the bottom of the condos. The condo is perfect and the pictures match exactly what is there. All the kitchen items were there, and we did not have to purchase anything to cook with. It was awesome having all the utensils and cookware there ready to go. The host was amazing, she communicated clearly the check-in and check-out procedures and even went above and beyond for our check out time. Fantastic place to stay, and walking distance to the local malls.

Place is pretty clean, we loved it. However i asked for a recommendation for home massage i did not get an answer. I would understand if they do not allow it in the house. They just need to be clear about it. But overall the place was awesome. Complete amenities. If ever we will go to Davao again we will definitely book here.

We absolutely loved this place. Pool, basketball, gym and a mall a 10 min walk away. Its was awesome. The host made sure we had what we needed. She's very responsive. The apt was so nice. Great view with a practical set up. I traveled to get engaged so it was nice to not have any worries with where we laid our heads. A+

Excellent condo in an excellent building! Location is solid for area amenities and the hosts were very cool too. Having access to a parking space was a big help too! Will definitely book again!!

Condo was amazing and centrally located so that we had access to all malls and restaurants. Host and co host were very responsive. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend anyone else looking for a great location.

I had a wonderful stay at Asmalia's condo. The space was clean, well-maintained, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient and quiet. Communication with the host was smooth and prompt. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!

We had such a wonderful time staying at Zhenrentals. The home was incredibly cozy, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like a true home away from home. Ma'am Love and Sir Ariel were exceptionally welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, quiet, peaceful, and just a short drive to all the local attractions. The only thing that caught us off guard was the solar-powered electricity. We did get a bit nervous every time the power went out, unsure if it would be restored. Once we understood how it worked, we felt more at ease, but it’s something to keep in mind if you're unfamiliar with solar energy. All in all, we had an amazing time and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable retreat. We can’t wait to return in the future!

The place feels like home! It has everything you need. From kitchen utensils, linens, extra bed, free access to subdivision ameneties and more. Most importantly, it's peaceful. It's a few kilometers away from Bohol Beach Club, Oceanica and Alona Beach. There's also a private resort near the subdivision which is great for morning walks.

Great place to stay for large families as it had 4 air conditioner bedrooms. Big beautiful kitchen with everything you need. 2 full bathrooms plus and extra bath and shower outside by the awesome pool right off the lanai. Very secure place that I'd definitely stay at again. We are a group of 6 visiting CDO for our endurance event at El Salvador, and we definitely had a wonderful stay at Sir Gilbert's space. The place is incredibly comfortable, and the location is quiet, peaceful and secure. Parking space can accommodate 4 motorbikes. There are 3 restful bedrooms, and 5 comfy beds. Beddings and lines are clean, as well as the bath towels. The AC worked perfectly, appliances were in excellent working condition, a strong water pressure in the shower, and a free drinking water was a delightful bonus! Sir Gilbert is a very proactive and responsive host answering our queries immediately. He is very helpful before, during and after our stay. Sir Gilbert is very generous and kind that he offers us the option to extend our stay during check-out time. It’s a very thoughtful gesture that made our experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and home-like stay. Thank you Sir Gilbert!

Super nice host and family, the host picked me up in the other place i was and his wife took me to the airport when i needed to leave. The place is awesome on top of the mountains, fresh air and not hot, a nice wind hitting there daily. The wifi conn, space, structure, everything is good! plus you have a super nice support from the host family, while staying there he and his wife often sent me messages to make sure everything is alright and i dont need anything else. Couldnt be more grateful to stay there and have the support of so many wonderful people. I strongly recommend staying there, specially if you love mountain views with a beautiful sea. The hosts are very kind and gave very specific details. i dont even have to reach out to them. The house was perfect for the 5 of us. Our stay was very pleasant. I highly recommend this place especially those who wanted to stay in a guarded village and a quiet place but still near to alona beach. I have friends that are planning to go to bohol this year and I will definitely recommend Jhon's place to them. Thank you and see you again soon
