First of all, I really like how strategically placed the condo was within the city. It is near many places we went to. Second I like how organized the unit was with its plethora of cabinets making storage a piece of cake. Third, the linens were of good quality putting us to sleep with ease. Fourth, the unit had complete amenities, from a smart tv, refrigerator, microwave, utensils and internet connection making its price a bang for the buck. Lastly, the host was super responsive to all our needs! We’ll definitely stay here again! 💯

Juede was responsive to our queries. Place was clean and comfortable, ideal for max 8 guests. Airconditioning was cool and there was a projector with sound system. Location is around 14km to Dahilayan Adventure Park. We forgot something in the room when we left and Juede was kind to keep it for us to get it back once we have time.

Owner and Care Taker is friendly and accommodating. Unit is clean as well. I don't have any issue on this listing, this is very good deal plus the view in the Balcony. However, the building is under re-construction so almost no one stays in the same tower. I felt creepy at some time specially I am staying on the unit alone 😅 The rest. I am good. Thanks!

Cliff place is nice, clean ,peaceful near to blvd and beach .Cliff is very good host very accommodating to his guest,great location , close to mall , and restaurant, great WiFi only one glitch the city was working on under ground pipes so water was limited ….overall I had great experience

Very nice space would definitely stay again

The hosts work very to make sure your stay is comfortable. We had a baby with us and they purchased a playpen for our use before we arrived. Amazing! The house is large. 4 comfortable large beds with AC in every room including the living room. The best equipped kitchen we have stayed in. Every appliance you can imagine including the elusive toaster! More spices than I have at home. All the little extras are provided. They even deliver the water so you don’t have to go get it. Very kind. Hot water that works in the shower. Laundry and food are walkable. There is a vegan restaurant across the street As I mentioned the hosts work very hard for you. They offer shuttle service for a reasonable fee. A large group could very comfortably stay here. I would stay here again for sure.

Very clean. Nice and cozy.

We had a pleasant holiday in Joan's house. The apartment is very nice, the kitchenette equipped with pots and appliances. The larger bedroom is very spacious, bright and quiet. The view from the balcony is very beautiful, you can see the sea which is not very far away and beautiful tropical vegetation. The swimming pool is not very large but is perfect for spending pleasant and refreshing moments. Joan, our host, is very nice and above all very helpful and attentive to the needs of her guests. We will definitely return to Samal to Joan's house.

Juan ist sehr freundlich und stets hilfsbereit, immer wenn wir etwas benötigt haben war er sofort zur Stelle! Wir haben uns zu jedem Zeitpunkt perfekt aufgehoben gefühlt und das noch in diesem einzigartigen Haus! Wir können diese die Villa vollkommen empfehlen und würden sie auf jeden Fall wieder buchen wenn wir auf Siquijor sind. Juan kümmert sich um alles, falls man Transport benötigt oder einen Scooter zum erkunden der Insel mieten möchte. Die Villa bietet alles was man benötigt inklusive einer Küche und einem wunderschönen Pool von dem aus man die Aussicht und auch den Sonnenuntergang genießen kann! Die Lage im Dschungel macht die Villa ebenfalls einzigartig und zu einem Besonderen Erlebnis!

Fantastic place to stay if you’re looking for convenience and style! The condo is very close to the mall and other establishments, which made getting around super easy. The unit was immaculately clean and had a beautiful, modern design. The only downsides were the lack of WiFi and towels, which would have made the stay even more comfortable. Still, I’d highly recommend it for the location and aesthetic alone!”
