Mineral County : locations de vacances

This was a great location for our family. Plenty of space in bedrooms, common area, deck and yard. It was a confortable stay for 10 people. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the cool evenings. The lake access is a bit of a walk and requires passes. There are people who drive around checking for them. Make sure to follow the guidelines in the house binder and you'll have a great trip!

We had a fantastic stay at Carol's place, such beautiful, peaceful surroundings. The place was clean and had all we needed to cook our own food, which we always bring when we travel. We enjoyed the recent addition of the gas fireplace. Very cozy! Carol gave us easy to follow instructions and had the driveway to the cabin illuminated with solar lights so we had no trouble finding our way inside even in the dark of night. We very much enjoyed reading all the sight seeing and history information in the cabin. We saw lovely sunrises and sunsets and beautiful star filled night skies which we haven't seen for a long time living in a city. She gave us a tour of her unique and gorgeously remodeled historic home after check out which was illuminating and fun. We loved meeting her and only regret not having met her husband too. She's a kind, generous, knowledgeable soul who felt instantly like an old friend. All in all, it was a wonderfully memorable experience and we look forward to returning.

The house is beyond beautiful, my friends and I spent a night there and wished nothing other than if we could have extended our stay. Very clean and beautiful and everything you could think of is provided

We absolutely loved this house! It was perfect for a quick weekend getaway.

I have stayed in many AirBnBs from Napa to Paris. This is as the most glorious AirBnB I have ever had the pleasure of renting. From the game room and bunk room on the bottom floor, filled with fun working games, books, and new technology tvs. To the main level with the picture windows, comfortable furnishings, perfectly appointed kitchen with everything and then some. To the comfortable king beds and the cozy loft. The fire pit is perfectly separated from the house with space enough for a roaring fire and the pond was peaceful albeit I angered a goose who wanted to swim alone. My boys hiked through the quiet woods, found a waterfall not too far away and had a simply amazing time. The only thing I would have changed was to stay longer. This is the perfect hidden sanctuary and great for families.

Beautiful house, private. Around 20 min to stores, etc. When we arrived, the hot tub was in need of balancing (lots of foam), they sent someone out within the hour to take a look. Be aware, while the kitchen has plenty of pots and pans, there are no items such as salt, pepper, coffee filters, or extra trash bags. Overall, house is great. We had a group of seven and never felt crowded.

This was a nice and private spot. It was 25 min away from Wisp resort which was convenient.

What a beautiful home! This house is stunning and the views are absolutely incredible. It is a steep, windy, gravel road to get to the house so keep that in mind. The town of Romney wasn’t quite as large/exciting as we were hoping but thankfully the house was so beautiful and cozy that we never even wanted to leave! There are no official bedrooms and isn’t very handicap-friendly but it is still manageable. Probably best for a couple or small family. Would absolutely recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a very peaceful, quiet getaway!
