La maison très bien située spacieuse avec petite terrasse sur le toit. Miri nous a conseillé un très bon restaurant et a été rapide pour répondre à nos questions. Nous avons été ravi de notre séjour. En plus il y avait du café et de l’eau ce qui est bien pratique quand on arrive dans un nouveau lieu.

The home is gorgeous! We didn’t walk around but an Uber to downtown was very easy and cheap. We got in pretty late from the airport and I felt terrible for calling Ane at 1 am to open up the garage for us but she was very kind and accommodating.

We had a fantastic time in San Miguel de allende. We were in town for a wedding and Ginny's place has beautiful patio, pool, living room for all 13 of us to congregate. We used her recommendation for a chef to prepare a meal for us and it was delicious and very easy. We stayed in the casita and let the children/grandchildren stay in the main house. the town center was 10 minute walk with many restaurants and a grocery store was 5 minutes away. We did have groceries delivered before we checked in which was perfect and affordable!

La casa es como en las fotos, fue un excelente espacio para 9 personas, y las amenidades son muy buenas. Necesitamos llegar varias horas antes del check-in original y la host nos permitió hacerlo sin ningún inconveniente.

We had an amazing 5 days here… spent most of our time in the central patio area between rooms. Perfect location for getting everywhere you need to go quickly. Loved morning walks through the neighborhood park a few blocks away and afternoon dips in the pool! Isabel was very helpful and cooked delicious soups for us — highly recommend the chicken tortilla soup!

We had a wonderful stay here and it certainly exceeded our expectations. The apartment was a great size - we were 2 adults and 2 teenagers. It was clean and had a great balcony to sit out on in the morning sunshine. The whole gated community felt very safe, was also quiet and the pool and gym area was a big hit for our daughters. Communication was excellent with the host and we had no issues whatsoever. San Miguel itself is about a 25 minute walk - but we opted for taxis. All in all we highly recommend this accommodation for relaxing breaks and visits to San Miguel

A great stay-in vacation for our family. Highlights: Pool (shaded in the late afternoon, temperature reached 30 degrees Celsius); fire pit (bring your own roasting sticks and marshmallows); PS3 game night; the well-equipped kitchen. The beds had firm memory foam toppers that we enjoyed. The gym equipment could use some repair, though the elliptical and stationary bikes were still in good working order. The hosts were responsive to questions throughout our stay.

Una estancia linda y cómoda. El fraccionamiento es muy tranquilo y seguro, puedes tener todo a la mano o incluso entrega a domicilio de super, por ejemplo. Está cerca del centro de SMA, sin embargo si no llevas auto tal vez pueda ser algo complicado. El cluster tiene su propia vigilancia, la gente es muy amable. La casa está tal cual las fotos, no entramos a la alberca porque la sentí fría pero se ve bonita. Mis perris fueron felices en el espacio verde frente a la privadita. Y mi comunicación con la anfitriona fue amable y rápida. Regresaría con gusto.

Excelente opción, una increíble casa, todo limpio y la alberca súper cómoda, Mary y Emilio siempre estuvieron atentos y muy amables.

El apartamento es mejor de lo que se vislumbra en las fotografías. Está sumamente amplio, limpio y muy adecuado el entorno para un ambiente familiar… Fui de trabajo y dejé con mucha confianza a mi familia en el apartamento y disfrutaron de las amenidades del complejo (alberca y gimnasio) Si volveremos al lugar.

We really enjoyed the house. Beautiful gardens and the pool was bigger than we thought and the hot tub was fantastic. The location was terrific. Close to the cathedral but on a quiet street and within walking distance for restaurants and other events. We went out for dinner and live music almost every night within easy walking distance. Highly recommend Cafe Roma and Paprika for live music and good food. The house cleaner, Mari, and the gardeners, Fernando and Angel, were terrific and all did very good jobs. My only suggestion is that they come only once or twice a week. Mari would come every week day and it just felt like too much for us.

A great and beautiful place to stay when visiting San Miguel for an amazing price compared to the hotels in the area. Great proximity to everything you could want to do within walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here!

Delightful experience. Larger place than we expected. Adequately furnished. We're an older couple so the stairs down from the parking area and back up every day was not ideal, but we made our month-long stay, work anyway. The adjacent large, enclosed, heated, lap pool was noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly. It was an easy 20 feet from the condo door to the pool which was a delight. Walking to centro was easy through the back gate. All downhill. We took Uber and Taxis back up. Peggy's Condo is highly recommended as long as you can handle the steps to get to and from it. A really special magical house indoors and out. Stunning Mexican tile throughout and filled with Mexican pottery, art, and textiles. Clearly a home, not just a house! Caretakers are very kind and helpful as well. We were able to walk to Centro in about 10 minutes time although coming home is uphill! Was fine for us to walk off dinners but some might prefer to Uber home, which is incredibly affordable. Would love to return!
