Our stay at Greenacres was wonderful, the house is immaculate and a very relaxing environment for us all! The amenities for kids were great and the garden was very safe to run around in! The bedrooms themselves were all lovely and had everything we needed. Our bed was so comfy!! The only negative on the rooms was that we went for a week and had a lot of luggage across the family and there wasn’t tonnes of space to store it. Overall we had a wonderful stay and particularly enjoyed the view of the sea from the deck, which was also a great space to sit in the evening for dinner. If you have a car there loads to do in nearbg towns and villages. If you don’t then you can walk down to the bay which was beautiful.

Perfect location for exploring Newquay, parked the car on day 1 and didn’t use it again. Lovely big house with lots of space for everyone, lovely comfy beds and house super clean and well equipped, would definitely come back. Thanks

Really beautiful house. We booked it for the week of our wedding, so we had a place to stay and spend time with some of our guests. It was a steal for nine of us at the price. The place is stunning, and the hot tub and games room were great. It is by far the nicest Airbnb we've ever booked. The bathtub in the master suite was incredible. The kitchen and living space are gorgeous and perfect for spending time with friends and family. We'd absolutely stay there again, hopefully it stays affordable as we'd love to make it an annual holiday for our anniversary. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Just got home from a last minute 2 night stay at torvale lodge, it was a real last minute decision we are local to the area about a 20 minute drive so just last minute decided to book and go. Only 2 adults and 2 children and our 2 dogs, sounds crazy as we had this huge lodge but i literally cannot reccomend this place enough!! Its PERFECT for kids, I was so relaxed and the boys were so entertained, hot tub, pool table, sauna, ps5, Nintendo switch, endless family games, basketball, mini golf, the list is endless. Everything has been thought about in so much detail, it lacks nothing, even down to guitars… I have searched air BnB and there is nothing on this scale, we did try to book another night on, but it was so last minute the cleaning team couldn’t accomodate. But they tried there hardest. Marc who greeted us was a lovely top guy, and so helpful, and credit to him for the lodge!! We would go back in a heartbeat honestly!! YOU HAVE TO GO!!! EXCEPTIONAL!!Can’t wait for our next stay x

Had a great stay, perfect location and lovely hosts.

What an absolutely lovely property, perfect for eight adults and dogs! Well laid out, comfortable beds and it was lovely to find a really well equipped kitchen. The dogs in particular loved the underfloor heating!! The house is a lovely 10 minute walk to the stunning Daymer Bay and if you continue walking along the coastal path towards Rock you can catch the ferry to Padstow. Rachael was really responsive and provided recommendations for places to eat. Would 💯 recommend!

We had the most amazing family weekend away celebrating my mums 60th & sister’s 30th birthdays at Andrew’s place. The views & surroundings were just stunning & the house was beautiful, it had everything we needed! The scones & birthday gifts were so thoughtful and a lovely touch. Hot tub was great. 6 min drive or about 30 min walk into Bude which was perfect. We used some of Andrew’s recommendations for restaurants and takeaways which were very nice (La Bocca Pizza & Elements) Couldn’t have wished for a better stay and we would love to come back one day soon!

We were a three generation family of 6 adults and 4 boys ranging from 18 months to 5 years. The accommodation was perfect for our needs. The room with games and toys was lovely and the boys referred to it as their office😀 lovely holiday

A great place (well equipped and much more spacious than it first looks) and the location is fantastic - just 2 mins walk from the pub and beach. I'd highly recommend it for a stay any time of the year.

We had a great stay in the house. Our group was 4 adults, 2 children and a dog and it was the perfect size for us all. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. The location was very peaceful and so quiet at night we all got great sleep. We visited Bude, Clovelly and Widemouth over our 4 day stay and it was perfectly located for them. Roger provided all the information we needed beforehand with guides to everything we could possibly need. He also responded to messages straightaway. The hot tub was a nice bonus and easy to use. We were lucky with the weather and enjoyed sitting in the garden. I can't think of anything that would have improved our stay, I would definitely love to return.

As a family of 8 & 3 generations celebrating Christmas & a special birthday, the farmhouse was simply magical. Will & Danni went above all our expectations with Christmas trees & selection boxes for the kids. The farm looked so beautiful with all the fairy lights & we found everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner for 12! Thank you so much for a simply amazing stay which allowed us to celebrate our first Christmas in six years as a family. We couldn’t recommend you highly enough & hope to be back in the future. Absolutely perfect 🥰 We have just returned home from a fabulous week at this wonderful house. It truly is home from home and fully equipped with everything you need. The views are absolutely stunning. Mark, the owner, was super helpful and we knew that he was available anytime if we needed anything (we didn't) We took my elderly parents, and our daughter. My dad has dementia and it was so lovely and peaceful and calming for him and it gave my mum some much needed relaxation time and I am so so grateful for that. Our daughter loves photography and she took beautiful photos of the amazing sunsets. All in all it was a perfect holiday in a fabulous house and a stunning location. We will definitely be returning there and I cannot recommend it highly enough

Beautiful place in a beautiful location. Plenty to do and lots of walks straight from the property. Close to shops and amenities. Spacious and had everything we needed. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with everything. Great find! Would come again!

Excellent house to stay with plenty of room for a large families. Very spacious living and dining area with good size kitchen all open plan, my parking was right outside the propety and there is also a picnic table to the rear of the property if you wish to sit out. It was all very clean and well maintained and the site it's self is very good accommodating for families with a great pub which does fantastic evening meals only open Wednesday to Sunday from 17:00 Jane's house is well worth a visit and is only a 10 minute drive from Newquay. We enjoyed our week and I've notified Jane that we will be definitely booking again. ENJOY

Absolutely beautiful property! We hired this as a friend’s weekend away and it was perfect. Beautiful communal spaces and outdoor areas! The garden is huge and super beautiful. Really lovely walks all around the area. The beds were so comfortable and all of us slept well which is hard in a group of 11 where people have different bed desires! The kitchen was great, oven worked really well and the provision for making meals was perfect! We made many meals over the weekend and it was perfect! The only note is that the table was tight for 11 people and this home in total sleeps 16. This would have been hard to all eat around one table which most people would want to do if they come as a large group, this would not be possible in either property! We all loved this house, it was a perfect weekend break!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We used all the facilities apart from the outdoor pool. For two families of 4 we felt the accommodation was lovely, clean and homely with enough space to spend time together or separately. Great location for travelling out to other towns and activities and a handy tesco just up the road if you want to cook in the very well equipped kitchen. The owners were on-site, and very friendly. We would highly recommend this holiday home. Superb!

The Lodge was way above expectations despite the great reviews it already had. We were 6 adults & 2 young children- the bedrooms were perfect, roomy with ensuites- a real treat. The upstairs lounge was a kids dream with the Wendy house & sooo many toys. The Christmas tree was a fabulous bonus & made our celebrations perfect. The hot tub was brilliant & well used by us all- it was great knowing how clean & well maintained it was. The Lodge itself we could not fault. The resort itself is somewhat tired & in need of a bit of tlc. Understandably mid winter not all activities were available & we expected this but did feel that the pool facilities which we used needed maintenance. We did not expect the bar staff to be too inebriated to serve us the one evening we decided to pop up to the bar!! Other than that top marks - a long awaited family holiday that we will remember with joy. The only let down was the non-return of a left behind item that should have been easily located.

Matt and Chloe were really great hosts. Really warm welcome, there was a hamper waiting for us with some essentials and treats, after a long drive that was very appreciated. Communication was great, always quick to respond. Had some minor issues, as all trips do, but Matt was on hand to try and resolve them right away. Just a note for people booking that the washer/dryer are communal and outside the cottage. Great location to travel around Cornwall

We had a lovely weekend at Sophia’s place . The cottage was lovely , so well kept and the kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of plates and cups so we weren’t constantly needing to wash up . It was so spacious even with 9 of us there and Sophia was really welcoming and helpful when we needed extra fire lighters . The swimming pool was a brilliant addition and we definitely made the most of it . Would come again and happily recommend to others .

We had a lovely stay and worked perfectly for 3 couples and 4 children with plenty of space. Although we did not realise it was an ‘upside down house’ with the living room and kitchen on the first floor. This was a slight problem for us as it meant some of the early rising children ended up waking others when walking around/playing upstairs and it limited our use in the game room in the evening as this was downstairs by the bedrooms and we found noise travelled waking the children. However, all rooms were as seen on the pictures and much larger than expected, outside area was great and we would definitely return.

The lodge was in a beautiful setting, perfect for families, a lovely safe environment. The accommodation itself was extremely spacious and spotlessly clean, the bathrooms were lovely, with towels and toiletries included. Upstairs was particularly spacious with amazing views. The hosts kindly provided us with initial provisions, like tea and coffee. It’s a great base to explore the surrounding area, and a lovely space to return to. I would definitely recommend this beautiful holiday home, and would return with my family.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful well equipped cottage. Staff were friendly welcoming and very helpful. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be returning at some point
