we had a great stay the view was amazing, the set up and decor was very nice felt cozy and welcoming, distance of everything was 20 minutes away which was reasonable. overall great stay beside a minor set back with a break in with our vehicle, thankfully Justin was able to help with the stay, and we will keep this location in mind for our next trip,

Our family had a lovely stay of Ryan’s place over the new year. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our family of five to spend the week in the twin cities. Our children loved all the great board games, picture books and of course hammock. My husband and I loved the peaceful sauna in Ryan’s backyard. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, incredibly spacious unit, thoughtful furnishings, and wonderful amenities! No en-suite coffee despite coffee maker and filters in the kitchen, but a great alternative was the coffee machine in the lobby. Only one key fob, which was a bit inconvenient for 3 guests, but totally workable. Highly recommend, would absolutely love to stay here again!!

Perhaps my 5th or 6th stay…my Twin Cities go-to. Always spotlessly clean and accommodating. Very friendly. HIGHLY recommend.

It's a great location on Lake Street, close to top restaurants such as 6Smith and a short walk to shops and the beautiful Wayzata Bay. The unit is spacious and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

We enjoyed this stay so much! There was a power outage on the whole block (total freak accident) and we messaged Heather and Charles right away. Even though it was almost midnight, they responded within 10minutes with directions on where flashlights were and a screenshot from the city on when things would come back on. Power came on shortly after while we were sleeping and they even messaged us in the morning to check on us and offered a late checkout because of it. Incredible customer service and so so so nice! My friends and I visit here from out of state often and we’ve already bookmarked this place as one we’ll stay at again😊

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home! It was located two minutes from my daughter’s house so I was very familiar with the area. The neighborhood was really nice and there were a lot of our favorite restaurants within minutes! The house is beautifully decorated with stunning artwork and it had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We spent Christmas Eve by the fireplace with our family and played games at the dining room table. The beds were super comfortable and there were very clean instructions to everything we could possibly need!!! Our hosts were very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

I can't say enough great things about our stay at Jim and Lisa’s place! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—from extra towels and kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches like a welcome basket and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a peaceful setting that made it easy to relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep every night, and the outdoor space/balcony/view was a beautiful bonus! Communication with Jim and Lisa was seamless. They were always quick to respond, super friendly, and provided fantastic local tips that made our trip even better. If you’re considering booking this place—do it! You won’t be disappointed. We’re already planning our next visit!

This was such a beautiful home with so much detail and charm. Bri has such an eye for interior design and it seemed as though she had put thought into every little thing regarding the house itself and our stay. There were stacks of towels for both the pool and the shower, fans in every single closet, and a snack basket and Prosecco for us in the kitchen! She was extremely quick to respond to any messages and was accommodative to any and all needs. Would definitely recommend! The area itself was beautiful, lively, and had so much to offer. We were only a few minutes drive from downtown, which would have been a 20 minute walk or so. Also super close to Stillwater, so we were never running short on activities or places to eat and shop.

The home was exactly what we needed for our family vacation! Beds were comfortable and all amenities were as listed. We had a slight issue checking in but the hosts responded right away. Would definitely stay here again!

Thank you for letting us stay at the Carriage House. This is an absolutely beautiful home. I would recommended to anybody, and we are planning on coming back hopefully next year at the same time and maybe sooner and would like to rent again. Unbelievable accommodations for the price!
