The stayed with Rosemarie in order to spend time with my grandchildren. They came over almost daily and enjoyed the backyard with the tree house and the two friendly dogs. Rosemarie and Paul were very welcoming and accommodating. The amenities are wonderful and very private.

Our stay was great, it’s an adorable space, Adlon is responsive and the water was nice and hot! Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed because of the hot tub and ping pong table. Very cool, private space with separate bedrooms for the kids and lots of activities to take advantage of. Miranda and Matt were friendly and shared their yard games with us.

Amazing location walkable to bars, restaurants, grocery, coffee. Very charming unit in a beautiful neighborhood.

Wonderful spot to step into a well-thought-out comfortable and cozy bungalow space with vibes of an old-fashioned lake cottage. Beds are very comfortable and we loved the cute room divider between the beds to offer a little privacy within the shared room. Lots of games, movies, blankets, pillows, kitchen supplies and thoughtful snacks! Quiet residential area on a small lake. Nice view out the windows! Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay and loved the accommodations! The apartment was beautifully decorated, spotless and a short stroll to the adorable town of Excelsior!! It is located in a very nice neighborhood dotted with beautiful historic homes and walking distance to Lake Minnetonka and the park that overlooks the lake. Kris was very responsive and gave excellent recommendations for sites to see and places to eat. Would definitely recommend staying here and exploring the area!

We had a great stay at Conrade's! Everything was smooth sailing, from booking to check out. The bed was super cozy and place was sparkling clean. A very cozy AirBnB in a fun neighborhood. Loved being so close to Bde Maka Ska and Black Walnut Bakery!

We were visiting family in NE and Bryce's place worked out well for the location. Quiet neighborhood and perfect for our needs. We had a comfortable stay with plenty of space and very clean. Easy to get in and we appreciated the prompt communication. Highly recommend!

Our stay at Amy’s place was absolutely fantastic. It was spotless and beautifully decorated. Amy was incredibly responsive when we needed her. We truly felt to home!!

It was a perfect place to stay for our night in Minneapolis. It had everything we needed for our stay. Everything was clean and well organized. We liked the included parking spot and self check in private entrance. It was walkable to a couple of different restaurants/coffee shops. Raevhann was very responsive if I had any questions and even gave me some local restaurant recommendations. We loved the personal touches throughout the Airbnb and handwritten welcome note with snacks, coffee, and water bottles provided. She thought of anything we might’ve needed. I highly recommend staying here if you are in the MSP area.

This was our first experience renting an Airbnb and I'm certain they have set the bar very high. Their place is clean, spacious, beautiful, extremely comfortable and felt like being at home. The sheets and comforter were soft and warm, clearly well made. They responded to every message in a short time and in our two in-person interactions were direct and courteous. They clearly take care to make their guests' stay as good as possible, and they succeed. I also appreciate their thorough communication and that their price is more than reasonable given the beauty of the home and neighborhood and the large size of the accommodations.

Essa was friendly and responsive. She even came to apartment and fixed TV the night I got there. Very nice, clean, quiet space.

Home away from home. Nice quiet neighborhood filled with charming houses and s lots of neighbors out exercising, walking their dogs and socializing. This is more of a subdivision walkable to cafe’s, restaurants and Target. The shopping center which houses it has other retail places such as Cub Foods, a couple of Nail Salons and T-Mobile. Came in handy when I dropped my phone and cracked the cover. Was able to replace it on the spot. If you catch mass transit there are several bus routes within a 1mile walk as well. If one prefers closer amenities its car accessible and plenary of street parking if needed.

If you’re looking for a nice quiet place in the country, this is for you very comfortable. Will definitely stay there again.

My partner and I stayed for a weekend while visiting Minneapolis and it was amazing!! The place was very nice and had everything that we needed. Caleb was very responsive and accommodating for all of our needs. He was even proactive in letting us know about the snow emergency! Would recommend to everyone!!

Loved the heated floors and use of the garage. Comfortable bed and furnishings. High end bath products much appreciated. Occasional airport noise, but not too bad.

Kealani was a fantastic host- she thought of everything! This will be our go to place anytime we are in the area overnight. Wonderful experience!

Jared's place was a great spot to stay with my family for the weekend. He responded quickly and was very gracious of our little one making lots of noise. This was our second time staying here and we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place! Bathroom was luxurious and pristine, couch and bed are very comfy. We were too tired to take advantage of all the suite's cool puzzles and board games or stroll the charming neighborhood, but hopefully next time. Host was very kind and yet also gave us total privacy. There is a dog living upstairs but it is such a good dog there was zero noise. Parking was easily found. There was tasty coffee supplied- loose grounds not pods. I was very pleased to see many little "green" choices like that. And as always we were blown away by how delicious the water is in Twin Cities LOL! Really a perfect experience.

Wonderful place to stay! I was meeting up with a long lost friend and was looking for something private and personal feeling. Marks place was the perfect fit! Mark & Donna were friendly and very helpful. They responded very quickly to any question that I had. Mark sent great instructions on how to find his place, where to park, and how to enter. The location was wonderful. We spent a wonderful day in downtown Excelsior ... a great place to shop, eat, drink & walk around. it was a wonderful getaway with a great place to stay! Thank you Mark & Donna!
