we had a great stay the view was amazing, the set up and decor was very nice felt cozy and welcoming, distance of everything was 20 minutes away which was reasonable. overall great stay beside a minor set back with a break in with our vehicle, thankfully Justin was able to help with the stay, and we will keep this location in mind for our next trip,

Our family had a lovely stay of Ryan’s place over the new year. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our family of five to spend the week in the twin cities. Our children loved all the great board games, picture books and of course hammock. My husband and I loved the peaceful sauna in Ryan’s backyard. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

Great downtown apartment. Spacious for a family of four. Able to walk to great restaurants. Terrific lounge, pool, and hot tub on the top floor with amazing views.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, incredibly spacious unit, thoughtful furnishings, and wonderful amenities! No en-suite coffee despite coffee maker and filters in the kitchen, but a great alternative was the coffee machine in the lobby. Only one key fob, which was a bit inconvenient for 3 guests, but totally workable. Highly recommend, would absolutely love to stay here again!!

Loved our Christmas stay at Brittany's! It was even better than we expected and so cozy and comfortable. Would highly recommend this place and the helpful, friendly hosts.

It's a great location on Lake Street, close to top restaurants such as 6Smith and a short walk to shops and the beautiful Wayzata Bay. The unit is spacious and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

This place was perfect!! It was clean, lots of space, cozy and perfect for a quiet getaway, exactly what we were looking for. My 2 kids and husband visited during the winter, so the lake was filled with ice and snow, felt like a winter wonderland! Truly loved everything about the location. Would definitely stay here again, especially during the summer weather! Ryan was an amazing host, very responsive and always willing to help! Thank you!!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home! It was located two minutes from my daughter’s house so I was very familiar with the area. The neighborhood was really nice and there were a lot of our favorite restaurants within minutes! The house is beautifully decorated with stunning artwork and it had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We spent Christmas Eve by the fireplace with our family and played games at the dining room table. The beds were super comfortable and there were very clean instructions to everything we could possibly need!!! Our hosts were very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Was extremely happy with my stay. Any time I needed something it was right there for me to use. Stayed with my dog, he loved the backyard and watching the birds from the sunroom. Was right next to 94 (literally) but sound was never an issue and made the daily commute to St. Paul in 15 minutes. The floor light and fireplace made the stay extra cozy and I looked forward coming home to the space. Only issue I had was the stairs leading to the front door got a bit icy so be cautious. But like I said, they have everything you might need and there was a bucket of salt on the porch that took care of the issue. Wish I could have stayed longer!

Rachel’s place was amazing. My family had a great time, there was plenty of space for all of us. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very peaceful. We will be definitely coming back.

The space was spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we could possibly need—from extra towels and kitchen essentials to thoughtful touches like a welcome basket and local recommendations. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed, yet tucked away in a peaceful setting that made it easy to relax. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a great night’s sleep every night, and the outdoor space/balcony/view was a beautiful bonus! Communication with Jim and Lisa was seamless. They were always quick to respond, super friendly, and provided fantastic local tips that made our trip even better. If you’re considering booking this place—do it! You won’t be disappointed. We’re already planning our next visit!
