We have stayed here multiple times. The house is clean. The kitchen is amazing with everything you need to make gourmet meals. The beds are comfy. Best of all…the log fireplace and the sound of the Superior waves all night while you sleep!

We stayed at this home as a group of 10, 5 couples. There was a ton of space for everyone to have their own room. We loved the huge table we could all sit at. The sauna was a big hit. We would love to stay here again!

This was a great stay! A very cute and comfortable place to stay and get away. Host was very nice and the place was exactly as listed.

This was the PERFECT weekend getaway for us. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, the place was everything we wanted and needed, we got to relax and recharge, it was cozy as can be. We just loved it. Thank you for the lovely weekend!

4 couples stayed here for a golf weekend for the men and hiking and relaxing for the women. Price was reasonable and met our needs.

Thank you Shawn, Everything was clean, convenient, and comfortable. All in working order. The view is spectacular. We so enjoyed the deck overlooking the Lake...peaceful. We were here for the golf and it did not disappoint. Two are in the top 100 public golf courses. We will make this trip again and definitely stay here.

My husband and I had planned to check in and then go exploring the area. Ha! We never left Ann and Kari’s for the next 48 hours! The views of Lake Superior, the sound of crashing waves and walking the property and beach, the peaceful vibe of their home…no reason to go anywhere. When we had to leave for dinner, we went to The Angry Trout ( Ann and Kari’s reco) in Grand Marais. Excellent food with local art. Unique layout, quality furniture and decor make this home a special place. Thank you, Ann and Kari for opening your home to us!

This is an exceptional place - secluded in the woods, but only a few miles off the main road at Superior. Loved the light, and the furnishings, and the lake proximity. We saw otters and young bald eagles on our last day - about 50 feet from the house. Check this place out! It’s gorgeous. Sauna was a nice end-of-day experience for our whole family.

Great place to stay in Lutsen! The cabin was beautiful with a great Nordic vibe. The sauna was a huge plus and very relaxing. We cooked all of our meals in the cabin and it had everything we needed. We probably could have spent the whole weekend in the cabin! It is also close to the ski resort, winery and a couple restaurants. We also hiked along the superior hiking trail. You won't regret booking here. Everyone in our group enjoyed their stay!

We have one caveat- there was no driveway access to the home and you have to walk through grass up a small incline. This was inconvenient for wedding attire and elderly. The hosts made accommodations but it was still somewhat inconvenient. We would highly recommend this home for a family getaway - it has everything and is a beautiful location.

The home is beautiful and so is the area. It was perfect for a Lutsen ski trip. Very spacious and private. Fit 8 people comfortably.

Great place to call home for several days! This was our first time in Lutsen & it was everything we had hoped it would be. The house was set up perfectly for our group. Heated floors are now a must everywhere we go during these months. Sauna was used multiple times a day. Especially after 3 days of riding Lutsen Mountains. We were also greeted with 8 inches of snow the first full day. Vibes were high & we would certainly stay again! Don’t hesitate to book this chalet. You won’t regret it!

Kyle and Tara were wonderful hosts! They were very accommodating, attentive and welcoming!! We were able to host thanksgiving for my family with ease and had everything we needed to prepare the meal. The lake house is a very cozy and welcoming home that is very well cared for! Thank you so much to our hosts!

I had an amazing stay at this cozy cabin in Northern Minnesota! The location is perfect for a peaceful retreat, surrounded by nature and offering beautiful views.
