Had a nice, quiet & quaint stay. With our 4 guests we were happy with the two bathrooms and the washer and dryer access. Couch and beds were comfortable. Kitchen was loaded with anything that you would need. Would stay here again!

Loved our stay! We spent many hours on the road driving through the night and Des was so nice to accommodate an early check in. The apartment has such cute vintage charm. you can hear noise from the bar downstairs but it's not terrible at all and usually was off by 10pm so very reasonable. The beds where super soft and comfy. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking supplies. There were only 4 bath towels for 4 of us staying 6 nights and there is no onsite laundry but that is the only thing I wish was better. It was a fantastic stay and you MUST order the Wisconsin Dill Pizza from the bar downstairs IT IS AMAZING!

This is the perfect place to stay if taking a class at North House or exploring Grand Marais. The location is perfect, and the place is cozy. I’d love to stay here again.

This location works out perfect for when special events come along and the whole family congregates in Dilworth, it gives us a chance to get a break from all the activity.

We were very happy with our stay at Suites on 4th. The condo was very clean and exactly as described. It was nice to have 2 different grocery stores and a coffee shop within walking distance. The park and walking/running/biking trails just outside the door were really nice as well. While the highway was noisy at times, it didn't detract from our stay. If we need an extended stay in Rochester again, we will definitely try to stay here again!

Seana was an excellent, responsive host, and her place is cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location is ideal— right by several quality restaurants and near the lake— and the apartment is well equipped with tea, coffee, and a great spot by the window where you can enjoy them in the morning.

This condo was great - we went to Worthington for a wedding and had our dog with us. The condo itself was easy to find and check in was straightforward. It also came with a garage, which was great. The two bedrooms were nicely sized, bed was comfortable. The condo is near a lake/walking, so that was good with the dog. Area was very quiet. Only “downside” was it was on the other side of town from the wedding and not walkable to town center. However it was an easy 4 min drive to restaurants, etc.

What a quaint and quiet place! My pups enjoyed the land and I enjoyed the cozy space. Definitely would recommend this place!

This was our second time staying here. Great location, a beautiful stay, and a very helpful host. Highly recommend staying with Waypoint Collective. I definitely will be staying with them again!

We had a wonderful stay at Stephanie’s place. It was clean, comfortable, and well appointed. We loved the location, just accross the street from Hiawatha Lake and near Lake Nokomis. The living room has a gorgeous view of the lake, and we hopped across the street every morning to take wonderful walks. Our two sons came up to run the Twin Cities Marathon and the location couldn’t have been any better for that. The place is near a light rail station and from the station it’s just a short ride to starting line The apartment is also really good close to the halfway point on the course. The city’s great restaurants and museums are easily accessible from here too. This place is a great home base for exploring the city and getting to know it. I really couldn’t recommend it more highly!

This is a great option for a Duluth getaway! The hilltop views are very impressive and it’s a short jaunt down to Canal Park. We had no difficulties finding close street parking. The condo was incredibly clean and modern. Would stay again!

Such a cozy, clean, and comfortable place! Hosts were responsive and very friendly, and location was very convenient. Slight noise bleed from neighbors but nothing too bothersome.

The place was lovely! You can see the lake out of the back door. Couldn’t be closer to the beach. The front bedroom was also lovely. Thanks for hosting us!

Condo was delightful. Very easy to walk or drive to lodge or ski and ski out. Accommodations were really nice. Hosts were quick to respond and answered all of my questions practically within minutes.

First class all around. I have stayed here two times for fishing trips. The instructions and rules are very-simple. Doyle very easy to get a hold of for any of our needs.

We did a long family week-end here & really enjoyed our time together! The condo/townhome is cozy and comfortable & there is so much to do in Lutsen. Christopher was very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed 2 nights here and it was absolutely lovely. Amazing views of Lake Superior from the bedroom and living room, fun amenities around the building, and a quick drive to excellent hiking and more views. All around great experience!

Wonderful stay. Ski in ski out location out was very convenient. Ski locker was very nice to have. Condo and designated parking spot were well appointed. Owner was very communicative and friendly. Clean and comfortable.

My husband and I had a wonderful getaway weekend at Carrie’s condo! The kitchen had everything we needed, we loved the fireplace and the jacuzzi was a huge hit in my book. If you go to the main lobby, there was tons of games, dvds, vhs tapes, puzzles and more. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub. There was a room with billiards, ping pong and foosball as well! Carrie’s place was clean and the bed was comfortable! Highly recommend! :)
