This farm was just as described. The hosts were kind and accommodating. The property was great and we walked around the farm many times a day. We appreciated the fresh muffins that were thoughtfully left for us. We bought a jar of local honey, look for it on the porch! We used the fire pit for s’mores and enjoyed the swing. Bring a flashlight! It gets dark at night and we couldn’t seem to find one. We would definitely stay here again. Great hosts and a wonderful property. Thank you!

This treehouse stay was everything advertised and more, a true gem! Would absolutely stay again and already recommending to friends.

We had a wonderful, relaxing weekend at the farm. Martha and Mark are incredibly welcoming and generous! We enjoyed feeding the sheep and chickens, gathering eggs, petting the friendly cats, walking on the trails, and playing piano in the cozy house. A highlight was a delicious dinner we made with roasted vegetables from the garden and fresh eggs from the chickens. Our toddler is still talking about the kitties, riding around the garden in a wheelbarrow, and the corn cobs he collected for the animals. What a gem of a place. We will be back!

Lisa went above and beyond to help our 1 month stay in December be as comfortable as possible. She was always easy to get a hold of if we had any questions. The home is an older home but we knew that going in. Even being older it still had everything we needed for a family of 4. It was beautiful inside and out . The surroundings were beautiful. If you appreciate history, nature and small town feel. I highly recommend this peaceful home. Lisa was a great host and we definitely appreciate her making her home open to us for a whole month. If we ever had to go back to willmar MN we would definitely reach out to her for another booking. Thank you Lisa!

Amazing place. Super cozy and comfortable. The wood burning stove and record player created a magical retreat for creating family memories. The loft is adorable and very spacious! The basement was way roomier than expected. All beds were very comfortable!! and a total hit with my kids. Communication was quick and easy and Naomi was great at checking in with us throughout our stay. Highly recommend!!!

This place exceeded expectations! This was no ordinary air bnb! This was the most pleasantly decorated, spotlessly clean and the hosts left nothing out - all needs considered and fulfilled. The colors coordinated that even the most fussy decorator would be delighted, lush towels, comfy beds, quilts, and space for all will make you wishing you had a longer stay! The kids loved visiting the farm! Thank you for this wonderful experience!

This place was located very close to the event we were attending, the host has a bit of an issue with the house and was in contact immediately and we were able to get the issues sorted out without any disruptions to the travel plans. Great host !

We lived Carol's Place. We came up for a weekemd of side x siding on the Spider Lake Trails. They have the perfect location. We unloaded right at their place and road to the trails. We had a bonfire both nights They had the wood all cut and ready for us. We would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah's home! The home was so spacious and well equipped - perfect for our group of 8 adults. Sarah was very communicative and responsive. We really enjoyed the beautiful views of the property - the hot tub was also a bonus! We also did the short drive to Stillwater for shopping and restaurants.

Would highly recommend. Worked great for my 2 girls and myself. They loved seeing all the animals and petting them. Welch village is close to ski in the winter and canoe in the summer.

Nice esthetic rustic place. Loved the design, my wife loved the soft water, it's all about the hair, a great place to stay.

We loved our stay at the Roost! The space was so cozy and we enjoyed taking walks on the many trails nearby. What really stood out was how peaceful and private the location was. We'd definitely return for another weekend away!

My family and I truly enjoyed our trip to Scott's property. The house fit our big crew quite well. The beds were very comfortable. The kids loved the fun spaces in the house. The location was beautiful and peaceful. While there is a lot of vegetation along the lakeshore, there is a decent beach, and some shallow water that the smallest kids were able to enjoy. For the bigger kids, we brought the lily pad out to the middle of the lake, and they had a blast with that. The outdoor living space was great! Scott was friendly, helpful, responsive.

We were looking for a place to truly relax and we found it with this house! We walked into a clean, well styled space filled with natural lighting. We loved the hot tub and couldn’t get enough of the view. We often called out birds we saw (blue jay! cardinal!) because of the bird feeder right outside the window. We even spotted an eagle flying over the river. We want to make a return trip in the summer to enjoy all the outdoor activities the house has to offer.

It's a beautiful home with a lot of space and well equipped. Really appreciated the 3.5 bathrooms for our family to get ready in the morning! We also loved the country surroundings.

We had a wonderful stay at the Augua Norte Cabin! We stayed here as a little weekend get away and it was the perfect place for relaxation. The cabin was cozy, clean and had a beautiful view of the lake. The sauna was the perfect touch as well. We had some bald eagles in the tree and a few deer in the morning which was fun to watch from our Cabin. We will definitely be coming back to stay in the future!

We had a lovely stay at Anita and Harvey’s place. Only 15 min from the cool town of Lanesboro and all the area has to offer. My kids loved being on their farm and seeing the animals. Harvey even stopped by one morning and gave is a tour!

Great place and great hospitality. Dan went above and beyond to make our stay great. We had 16 people between adults and children for a hunting trip to the area and the place worked perfect. Hope to visit again in the future.

A true hidden gem! We did a group snowmobile trip from here and couldn't be happier that we picked this place! Meredith answered our questions regarding parking for our multiple larger trucks & trailers (we did need to back in our 4 place trailer but it was a very straight driveway back and not hard to do) and snowmobile trail out to the main trail. The place is big, clean and comfortable and has everything you could need including wifi. Beds are comfortable. Glenn was a joy to talk with and even lead our group on snowmobile out to the lake! Will be planning another trip here in the future!

We were in the area for work and just needed a place to fit our family. When we first got to the home we were disappointed there were no televisions in the bedrooms. This ended up being such a blessing for our family. Our kids had a blast sledding. There are all kinds of games to play in a cupboard for all ages. It was great to not be reliant on electronics to entertain, We had a wonderful time and you can tell a lot of work went into making this home a place that you can step away from your normal routine and enjoy nature and family/friendship.

Lita is a great host and was flexible on my stay. I live out in the country, so I felt right at home. It was peaceful and quiet, which was awesome since I was working remotely during my stay. I highly recommend Lita's place if you are visiting Rochester.

We stayed at Dan and Catherines lake home Christmas week. What a great place to gather with family for the holiday, they even had it decorated including a tree. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and more. The large dining table was great for all the grandkids. The instructions for use of the equipment were great. Kids of all ages loved the game room in the basement. It was nice to get our vehicle in the garage during snowy weather. We would stay here again and would recommend this property to anyone. Thanks
