Absolutely wonderful house to stay in. My children who are 9 and 11 had a wonderful stay in Canterbury, especially as the home was central to so many activities, shops, restaurants, the cinema, a great indoor arcade area, and so much more. The parks were beautiful, the home was warm with everything we needed. Fantastic will stay again

This past week was such a treat! Stewart’s place is so fantastic - the images really don’t do it justice! It is stylish, thoughtful and generous in its design and furnishing. The property gets beautiful light, and is peaceful even though it’s right in the centre of everything. Stewart gave suggestions of things to do and places to go. We will definitely be returning🌟

Staying at Fleur’s place was such a treat. A gorgeous, elegant house with a garden for miles. Super easy to check in, and we had everything we needed for a weekend away. Don’t hesitate to book, you won’t want to leave at the end!

Staying at Anna’s place was absolutely wonderful, exactly what we needed. We had our cat with us, and the house was perfect for him. He felt instantly at ease and was fascinated by the many seagulls outside. The home itself is beautifully designed with impeccable taste. Every corner feels thoughtfully curated, and we loved admiring the art throughout the space. The bathroom felt practically new - spotless, modern, and beautifully finished. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. While we didn’t use the kitchen, everything was well-equipped and as expected. The location is fantastic, just minutes away from a stunning vista overlooking the sea. Lastly, Wendy, who managed the house, was wonderful - super responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’re really grateful for the experience and would absolutely stay here again!

Deanna was a wonderful host, so friendly, helpful, responsive and accommodating - absolute pleasure to interact with. The house was terrific, in fact the description didn’t do it justice - fabulous. Perfect for a large group of people with everything you need. Clean, cosy and felt like home from home. My friends and I had a fantastic weekend. Would definitely recommend and go back.

Really good location and nice size rooms. Only downside is the parking but if you can walk the 15 minutes to the station the car park is very reasonable. Good access to back of house to drop off bags

The property was exactly what we were after. Spotless and had everything we needed. Great location for getting to things to do. Would certainly recommend Duncan as a host and would happily stay here again in the future.

Lovely place very clean and cozy. Hot tub was great also very clean. Love the little touches with the eggs and orange juice. Will book again in the summer when the pool is open thanks for our stay.

I booked to stay at the cottage for my husband's birthday and it didn't disappoint. The communication between myself and Tim & Maite was great. They were always responsive and super helpful. The photos of the house don't do it justice. It’s such a lovely area and although you may see the occasional walker in the distance, you feel like your'e in the middle of nowehere. The hot tub was a great addition to the property, especially since the pool at the house was not available due to it being out of season and super cold, as explained prior to our arrival. We ( and the kids) loved the house, loved the fire, loved the hot tub, loved the games, We played the family edition of Cards Against Humanity and it was just a lovely relaxing family weekend away without computer games - it was bliss. The perfect setting and in my husbands words - it was the perfect find! Thank you so much to Tim and Maite for such a wonderful stay.

We had a lovely couple of nights in the caravan as a family of 5. Good fun for the children during half term, we used the pool and the crazy golf on site, but the best part of the stay was the location, being a great base for visits to the stunning Botany Bay, the fun of Margate, the charm of Whitstable. A really cost effective getaway for the Easter holiday.

The whole experience was amazing the cottage and the location were amazing. Being both from suburban and urban parts of London as young couple who are engaged it was lovely to get to what we both love country side quiet and amazing views. Me and my partner were gutted we only booked two nights next time we will book more. We loved the great welcome to the produce from their farm as a welcome. To their lovely dogs who were really friendly. We will be returning hundred percent it’s got a perfect old feel but modernity to fill in the gaps. We loved the swimming pool the all round access will come back when it’s warmer to enjoy it properly. A wonderful find set in the countryside with a very private location. Secure, gated parking and only ten minutes drive from Le Shuttle... the perfect launch pad to a trip to France and beyond. Very relaxing.

Nina was a great host, and I am thankful that she shared her lovely space with us! Would recommend if you’re looking for a relaxing break somewhere relaxing and different :)

Lovely stay at this bolthole during a few days away in Broadstairs. The place had everything we needed.

We had a delightful 3 night stay at Fancoombe. The property was immaculate, just as shown in the photos, in a beautiful, quiet setting. Highly recommend it for a peaceful getaway!

We were a group of 5, we throughly enjoyed our relaxing stay, the annexe was just perfect, everything you needed for a stay away. The welcome basket was such a nice touch and went down with all of us. The hottub was lovely and was enjoyed multiple times. We will definitely be recommending to our friends and family and will return in the future, thankyou from all of us the break is just what we all needed 🥰🙂
